Purchase two coolers lemonade with a dash of fruit £10.45 Sorry that’s just a rip off paid extra for lemonade !!! More ice than anything waste of money

I am really unhappy with just eat. I clicked the current address as I am at work and it’s went back to my usual address. The delivery driver told me to send other address and he will deliver then blocked me and I haven’t received my two drinks that has cost over £15 including deliver and service charge! To be lied to and blocked is not professional. I went out my way to send other address and explain it’s only a few mins away.

Most awful experience with my driver I have EVER had. Just eat also did nothing. Driver turned up to say he had spilt my Starbucks everywhere and that he would replace it have waited 2 hours and he never came back. Lied straight to my face and only came to tell me so the app picked up delivery address and he got paid! Oh well I guess I’ll wait 7 days to get my money back with no Starbucks!!!!! Disgusting behaviour I am absolutely disgusted by this whole situation.

I always order from Starbucks and have always enjoyed ,today I decided to order sausage sandwich sausage was delicious but the bun you couldn't eat it was like a rock went in bin 😒

Ordered a venti strawberry matcha, and they sent a tall. It tastes good, but I would have liked to have had the size I ordered

I order Egg Bites and Caffe Latte via Uber eats. I got frozen eggs with instructions on how to cook it. And no sugar for my coffee. When I contacted uber eats there were useless. Very disappointing.

Who was the courier for this delivery??? Whoever it was, they gave my delivery to my neighbour! Fortunately my neighbour was honest enough to give me my delivery, however it is somewhat worrying that the courier made such an error, especially when the number of my home is quite clearly shown above my door!!

Driver delivered a damaged coffee which I refused to take in coz it was nearly empty the driver said I could have a refund as he would tell the managers that it was damaged. Now to be told that I need a picture of the damaged coffee to get my money back.... Not happy

Literally never has what you want, they run out of ingredients by midday quite regularly. For such a central location you'd think they could get their supply quantity right

I didn’t get my order. The delivery driver got lost and told me I had put my address in totally wrong. I was politely trying to direct him as I could see he was on my estate and he told me to cancel the order because he just didn’t have time and couldn’t find me. Abysmal.

Took over an hour when started 10-25 min. The driver had for over 30 min arrived stone cold. Starbucks told me to take it up with just eat the driver said not his problem take up with Starbucks !!! Nobody taking responsibility and no option to cancel as said driver was at restaurant for 30 min

Received my order and the drink was all poured out in bottom of bag.

Ordered on app, but the doors were locked early and wouldn’t give me my order. Had to go through drive through to collect - which always has a long wait and makes it pointless ordering.

20 minute wait in the drive thru, completed melted frappe, outside of cup covered in caramel sauce. Get it together Starbucks.

Ordered same drink as i always get, recieved coffee frappchino that was just milk, paid for extra shot of espresso, certainly no extra shot and tastes like no actual shots where even added. Expensive cup of iced milk 🙄

You canny little eggs. Thanks for the extra muffins coz the one I ordered was sold out. The pumpkin spice latte really filled my basic gal fantasy, perhaps a little too syrupy - but that’s more my taste than an issue with the drink making! Would be perfect if half a shot was an option

Good location, but most of the time caramel drizzle is unavailable. This has been a recurrent issue for me.

Cakes were amazing and the drinks were nice and cold and well presented. Very happy with the order and will order again soon.

Drink cup empty as driver spilt it clearly and it was freezing by the time I chased him around my estate to get it, even though he parked at the back of my house???

My coffee is stone cold! And the second drink I ordered is really hot. How does that happen?!

The location is totally wrong, I went there and searched everywhere there's no sign of any Starbucks or any other shop even. Please fix the location.

Thankful to the staff as if there a issue they go out of their way to contact you direct.

Hopefully reopen soon as this is at times too busy and can be a bit of a wait, but still far better than the shop inside just past the apple store.

Incredibly long wait for the drive thru

Asked for a hot decaf latte with sugar and got an iced latte. Asked to change to correct drink and got a caffeinated latte with no sugar. The signature breakfast sandwhich was poor with hardly any filling. I can't eat cheese. I know I should've checked but why do you have to put cheese in everything on your menu? It was expensive as well. Drove straight back to costa where I usually go. Won't be coming back to Starbucks again.

Covid 19 secure, coffee was okay and cake was nice. Not the same when cant sit in and enjoy but we understand why.

Plenty of space staff see to yr tables. Place order at counter then it gets delivered to yr table clraning tables etc staff at door so no body can just walk in well organized with covid going on

Great coffee served by attentive staff. Nice coffee shop which is quite large and plenty of seating in and outside the store.

While standing in the queue waiting to order my coffee and slice of cake a couple of minutes ago. Barista sprayed two top empty food display shelves with what looked like disinfectant.. The spray fell on the bottom shelf where there were cake slices. She then wiped the crumbles from the top shelves which agin fell on the bottom shelf and cross contaminated everything below. The barista then proceeded to put on gloves and placed fresh produce on the top shelves - oh the irony. I will no longer buy food on display.

A few times the staff have been unhelpful and difficult.

Visited several weeks ago and couldn't fault any of the staff at all, went above and beyond to help out and surprised us with their quality of service. Definitely one of the better choices in the metrocentre.

Always excellent service and the coffee is to a high standard, polite and friendly staff who really do go the extra mile for you!

Love the staff in there, the coffee is ok just too strong for me but its like sitting in a black hole - the lighting is shockingly poor, I know it probably frustrates the staff as much as the customers.
