Always quick and efficient pleasant staff

Paper cups, hardly any food to choose from, rude staff, filthy restaurants.

Arrived at opening time of 5:30am. Staff inside the building still setting up. Waited for 10 minutes in the cold with no indication of when they would open even though it was clearly displayed on the door that they open at 5:30am. Disappointed.

Did a (too good to go food collections,) drove there when i got there, staff said its been cancelled by the App,less than 5 mins ago,just before the time to collect. Cannot check the app whilst driving. Waste if fuel money and not environmentally friendly

Go here often, Call in for a hot or cold drink, depending on the weather . service is brilliant

Staff really friendly, plenty of seating and the toilets were clean.

I bought cookie and cream Frappuccino with cream. The cream was absolutely awful. Smelled of coconut. I doubt this was even in good in the first place to be edible

Staff don't bother asking whether you are drinking in so you get a paper cup with every purchase. Counter staff poor and toilet not great.

Starbucks provides an excellent start to the day with its inviting ambiance, high-quality coffee, and efficient service, making it a perfect spot for both quick solo visits and relaxed morning meetings.

Filthy inside. Fabric seats covered in stains. Crumbs everywhere. Every surface looks disgusting. Bring hand gel…

Would have been so much nicer if they'd had the heating on instead of 5he air-conditioning, in this cold, wet dismal day. Coffee was up to their usual high standard, but didn't get the warm welcome we have come to expect from Starbz!

We often call here for a coffee in a morning and the service at the drive thru is normally quick and friendly (especially Mandy). The coffees are generally good, although relatively expensive.

Can't beat a Starbs and this is one of the great ones. Friendly and efficient, a credit to the brand

Paper cups are failing to contain drinks properly. The cups start to leak after as little as 45 mins. Needs sorting out. My truck cab now needs spills cleaning due to cup leakage.

On the way home from shopping, and being disappointed with our usual stops for coffee being closed, we called here for refreshments. Nice friendly staff, clean premises, option for drive through, sit in, or go in and take away. Lovely fresh coffee, as you would expect from Starbucks, and plenty of treats to choose from 😋 . Would recommend this place, i dont think it will disappoint. We will be calling in again on our way home from our shopping trips.

Dragged in by my daughter on the way to Liverpool...I'm showing my years I know, but I just cannot get my head round paying that sort of money for a coffee! But hats off to Starbucks, Costa et Al for seeing an opportunity 👏

Quick pit stop on journey home 3 adults and a 2 year old. It looked small on entry but was able to get seated OK. Service was good, staff efficient and served quite quickly. Food standard good as expected of Starbucks. Only drawback is only one toilet, but not a dealbreaker, so had a little wait. Overall clean and tidy.

Stopped off for a quick break after driving for 2 hours. Drinks & food are expensive but it's expected for motorway services. Staff are friendly & was clean inside

Not Dog Friendly! Others are, and some even give pupachinos gratis!

Good service even though they were busy . It didn't seem like the drive-thru was the only priority like in some other sites . Customers in the shop were well looked after too and didn't have to wait for long

Had a Lovely Latte with my daughters, fast service from the friendly staff.

Terrible service, ordering screens where off, staff didn't know drink options and at the end made the wrong drinks.

Always stop for a coffee most mornings around 6am as this normally opens at 5.30am even bank holidays drive through eastbound however staff member male obviously overslept and just ignored me at the door should go to bed earlier mate! Took my custom elsewhere. Called again Christmas Eve not open till 7am it a joke motorways are open all night!!! Can’t use machines inside as a have a Milk intolerance so have soya milk.🤬

For a Motorway Services particularly, the facility inside the 'Drive Through' was very clean. Really friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Pleasure to visit.👍

Excellent food and very professional service

Normally I've never had any problems at all at any of the Starbucks I've ever visited, But on this occasion when going through the Drive thru I had asked for a Medium Flat white Coffee & a Medium Frappachino, When I received my order I parked up in the Car Park, I checked what I had received as something didn't feel right? The Frappachino was fine But the Coffee was half filled in a Medium cup & I was charged full price which confused me? So I went inside & complained, Only to be told by Staff that I was given a Large cup & they were out of Medium cups! Now being a reqular Customer at Starbucks I know the difference between a Large & a Medium cup! The cup was exactly the same size as the Medium Frappachino So was clearly a Medium cup! Staff stuck to their story & I wasn't offered a refund either! So I won't be visiting here again. 😕 👎

No food in stock.. Not clear where to make the order on the Drive-Thru, had to reverse back.

Always use this service on my way to Bradford however first time visiting Starbucks. One of the staff was really rude, claimed my card was the problem when trying to use contactless until she actually moved alittle to fix it and then my card worked. No smile, bad attitude and then one of my relatives said the same when they came back to the table. She needs more customer service training. The Starbucks by burger King hope I've got the right one

I drive every morning to Starbucks on the way to work. Lovely sunny Friday this morning greeted by a very rude man who is apparently the manager!! Surly customer service is key? Ruined my morning :- (

Top quality coffee really friendly staff, even replaced a coffee that I dropped free of charge without hesitation even when I offered to pay. Its gestures like this that keep customers loyal to the brand. Thanks Starbucks you're the best

News to me that Starbucks dont have pouring cream so had to have cold milk, I dont like hot milk. The coffee was just warm no stirer sticks had to ask worst starbucks I've ever been in

Great place... great staff. Very happy to help...many thanks...but the mic for the the drive through needs to be lower not everyone will be in big vehicles, and I'm 4ft 11 so not much height in the driver seat 😂, I dont feel comfortable screaming my order so the staff can hear me, thankfully they just had me come round to the window to finish my order. Thanks girls, first starbuck since the lockdown 😱🥰 and it was delish...🤤

Possibly the worst drive through I have been to. The staff member who took our order couldn't get it correct, although it was a fairly simple order: one caramel latte and one vanilla latte. Even when they arrived they were still incorrect. The staff member was surly and impatient even though there was no one else waiting. Definitely one to avoid.
