Domino's Pizza - Halifax in Calderdale

Great delivery. Ordered 8 pizzas for a lunch meeting and came on time. Also lost the receipt which was needed to claim back and the owner was very helpful and communicated with me to help me get a copy back. Good service

Tiny shop great staff specially the driver Neil never fails me when I'm on late but they do forget sauces everyone in a while but we are all human

Lovely staff, I had an issue with my order and they rang me back after I was speaking to them first to apologise . It was only miss communication but they couldn't be anymore helpful. Definitely recommend

This time I had to complain. I used order a lot in the past and it used to be a hit and miss on the food temperature, it arrived cold. But I used to order regularly so I didn't care stick it in the oven. Because of health reasons I had to stop and now I order every now and again. So if the pizza is cold that's just very annoying! And your food is not necessarily cheap either... I need to review my options and start ordering elsewhere!

My son ordered last night food didn’t taste right around 5am he was vomiting badly which we believe is food poisoning this is now the 2nd place in Halifax which has given us food poisoning

Normally there very kind to me but today they was rude over two hours wait saying they tried to deliver it no they did not I have a ring door bell and willing to provide footage the staff are so so rude sorry Dominos but you won't get another Pennie of my hard earned cash I did get the order in the end but it was cold hard and I'm not even hungry now. This branch wants closing down

Food is ok. Why not just pay your drivers enough money rather than ask me to pay a tip after spending £28 on two pizzas? Of course, it would affect your profit margin…. I’m done with this rubbish, won’t use you again.

Everything ok just don’t let customers wait on counter for 3 to 4 minutes and say sorry i was busy , and always repeat orders whatever someone ordered rather i have to repeat my order to make sure, your one girl was making pizzas on makeline with ring on her finger which is appalling, As A former Dominos’s Manger in 4 different continents couple of suggestion for ya still happy to give you 3 stars

Staff was helpful and took my order as i was driving home from a long distance. The preparation looked very busy and unclean with bare hands. Mixing of multiple items..could improve on that aspect of hygiene

Don't waste your time, one person saying they're open for delivery and another saying they're closed. Total waste of time and money because you won't get a refund

I placed my order prior to the store closing the tracker shows the order is being prepared however no order has been received and the tracker is not updating. No one is answering the store phone and after waiting almost an hour I went to the shop only to find the shop is closed. No food was ever received and I have paid almost £30 for this food . This is appalling, I’m still hungry and fuming and would like my money back! Order number - 544782892

Will literally still take money from you on just eat when they know they can't open due to area being cordoned off.

Extremely rude manager, can't speak english well and couldn't understand me and was abusive. Initial pizza was dry, I called and asked for more pizza sauce, they took the first and gave replacement- it was like they put on 4 times as much just because I complained about the first one. Not edible. Seriously, find some other place- the manager is a joke and doesn't really speak english. He is in a power position so can just tell me to p*** off

Three stars because sometimes it takes ages for the food to come but the food is decent and presented well. I always order the vegan pepperoni and wedges.

2 hours waiting and pizza nowhere, I called 3 times and 2 times you said is on way, on the end our pizza you gave someone else!!

Vamp here today n bought a cheese pizza very it was really enjoyed it.

Placed order at 6:50pm to be delivered at 8:30-8:45pm. Order never arrived. They've had 3 hours and 10 minutes to cook a pizza and deliver it at the time of me writing this review. I've tried calling them but can't get through to them. Ordering a Chinese and will try contacting them tomorrow for a refund.

Pizzas are fine and serviceable for large chain like this. Been to a few brances and pizza quality dies vary though! They have started doing a lot more vegi and vegan and gluten free options which is great to see.

Expensive pizzas but they're absolutely lovely so it's kind of worth it as a special treat for rare occasions

2 hours for delivery and cold when it eventually arrived.

It took best part of an hour to get 3 pizzas delivered, naturally they weren't hot, merely warm when they arrived. The biggest sin though was the measly amount of cheese on two of the pizzas ~ an absolute rip-off even with 40% discount.

Terrible .. fake prices of 30 quid for a basic pizza then "deals" so you pay a bit less.. but your still paying £20 for a pizza ..rude Chinese looking dude serving and cold by the time you get em home.

Friendly staff, ordered online for a selected time pick up but had to wait a extra 15 mintues before it was actually ready for collection but they looked really busy inside the store

What a joke!ordered yesterday afternoon and had a 25 min timeline.. the deliverer name changed twice and the app said it had delivered (when it hadn't!!) This was an hour after I ordered...I rang up and just got oh it will ne there in a few mins...10 mins later it arrived lukewarm and had obviously been sat under the lamp for ages!the guy who delivered just gave the excuse of only 2 drivers and lots of orders!

The people running this store do not care one iota about their customers or the franchise of Dominoes itself. Initially refused to refund me after I pointed out their recent confusing and opaque menu changes. Eventually after asking to speak to the manager numerous times I was told that yes they could refund me but only after 2 weeks, FOR A PIZZA!! I kid you not, 2 weeks for a pizza refund in 2021. He then refused to provide me with a simple receipt or any proof at all that I had requested said refund, because it was apparently 'against procedure'. Welcome to modern fast food folks, never forget that the customer is always wrong at Dominoes in 2021. I will never buy anything from Dominoes again. Over the last 10 years they have gradually tarnished and largely destroyed this once great brand. Stay away if you value your sanity.

Need more offers especially in lockdown

Ordered over £30 of pizza and there was way too much tomato sauce on the pizzas. The toppings were literally swimming in it. Had I wanted that much sauce, id have put it on myself. Taste was mediocre too; have ordered before with no issues so I don't know if this is a new recipe but whatever it is, it's not working. Won't be ordering again and would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered once, just to experience their delivery. The pizza was basically just dough with a thin layer of paste and sprinkled lightly with mozzarella. I can't believe people pay over the odds for this stuff. Would easily give them 5 stars for their delivery however, my first time getting updates when my pizza goes into the oven, comes out and is out for delivery; with the names of the employees doing it 😂. Very novel. Otherwise, it's 100% not worth the price tag.

Disappointing service from Halifax Dominoes. Charged us twice for our order. Took 3 weeks and 3 looooooong phone calls to claim a refund, which I had to fight for. At the time the GM apologised and offered us complimentary Pizzas next time (match the original order), just went to take them up on the order and we got told it's just 1 pizza free. It's buy 1 get 1 free anyway!!! So dissapointed, holding on to our money and passing the blame. Then offering a deal that everyone else gets anyway. Duh

Always consistent food! Comes warm & fresh every time. I order regularly from here & I love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. However deals aren’t as good anymore. I want deals with cookies in too

Dominos pizza used to be so good. The last time I ordered food for a treat, the wedges and cheese were moldy. When I rang to complain they didn't apologise, they just offered to send me more wedges. Once the kids had thrown up I don't think that would have been the best idea. Will never order from there again.

So ordered from here tonight using the app, missing a dip and cookies however manager on the phone and stating that he had got all my order right even though I was able to show the delivery driver the order confirmation and the price even though manager was stating it was £5 more, manager really rude over the phone, then claimed that he doesn't understand the issue as I already had 50"% already deducted from the Bill making out he had already done us a favour but like I told him he hadn't honoured anything and that is the deal currently with dominos so his argument was irrelevant and I was still missing items and was expected to pay £5 extra, I'm surprised he has gained a managerial role as no customer service skills what so ever, rather than honouring the £5 discount I sent the pizzas back with the delivery driver, the delivery driver was very polite and apologised and I felt rather sorry for him as he was in the middle. So bye bye dominos no more money is coming from us again and now we are sat looking forward to our Chinese, whilst they are wasting £25 worth of food

Order regularly and never normally an issue but tonight order and the food was not up to quality the cookies where burnt pizza was not nice at all and the garlic dip had curdled when I rang to tell them they where very rude and Reyes to say the food has always been at this level of quality with it definitely has not as could not even eat my food to night so will not be ordering again from them 🤬😡

Ordered the pizza took money out the account but because of a fault on the website it failed which meant it took it out and no food said 3 to five days and offered no help what so ever apart from nothing they could do . Would not mind if could order again but did not have the funds to do so

Had to wait a while longer for my pizza than expected, but they had a huge number of orders and didn't let the impatient ones distract them - instead they kept working, and most importantly, stuck to the queue order, not who was shouting for their pizza the loudest.

I ordered at 5 pm for 5-45pm to be ready i had to wait a future 20 mins because they was no one on the till to serve (when they was 8staff working ) half of them dont know how to use a till ( head less chicken) pathetic they are a disgrace to Dominos!

Waited 3 hours for our pizza and were told it was out for delivery well over an hour before it arrived. We also had to reheat the pizza before eating it. Absolutely unacceptable service. We will not be using them again.

Ordered many times, never had a problem - apart from one lost driver. The order has always been correct and arrived in good time (although I am quite local). The size of the puddings and sides is a bit upsetting, but at the end of the day they specialise in pizzas and I haven't found a better place to get them! Would definitely recommend.

Not only does it take them ages to get your food to you and whine about where you live. You have to ring them like 20 times before they get of the bloody arses to pick up the phone

Mixed. Sometimes they're on-time and the food's edible, other times they can screw up your entire order, deliver it late and then sigh and flap their arms and say "Well we was busy innit?" and look frustrated that you're complaining because they sent you the wrong order and delivered it an hour late. Delivery drivers often don't seem to know about Google Maps and will wait until 15 minutes past the delivery time and then ask where you are, and whine about your location. Pizza is often doughy and under-topped. Medium pizza seems to be their strong point. Until Pizza Hut start delivering beyond a one mile radius though, Dominos is practically the only place where you can call a pizza-strike in unless you have a load of cash around.

The standard in pizza quality has dropped a lot from this branch. Last pizza we had from here the outside crust area was twice the size as normal, only a small amount of sauce used in the middle and less topping. I recommend you buy a CT large pizza in the supermarket and cook at home, much better quality and cheaper too.

I paid thirty odd pounds for a family meal and received raw inedible food. Don't pay someone for the privilege, if you've got to eat it raw why not save yourself some money and make some dough and eat it! .Yes, my kids had fun with their make shift Plasticine, it even had a touch of rainbow colour infusion too a hint of cheese and tomato here and there. Great if you want a toy! but not if you are hungry with 4 equally hungry kids waiting for a treat. My husband said it was the worst thing he'd ever tasted, as if he was eating plastic, but with a hint of garlic and basil. I am very disappointed and told them as much. I paid online and requested my money back, however, it turns out I have to raise a dispute, my word against theirs. They have not had the courtesy to respond. Please save yourself the time and effort and give this place a wide berth.
