Domino's Pizza - Halifax in Calderdale

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big shoutout to Neil, who delivered my Domino’s pizza in the early hours of the morning! Despite the late shift, he was full of energy, cheerful, and had a great sense of humor. It’s not often you get a delivery driver who brightens your night with a joke and a smile. Such a lovely guy—made the experience even better! Thanks, Neil! Keep up the amazing work.

Just bought the new chicken Mexicano from here comes with no drizzle and no peppers on it. When called the halifax dominoes stated they have no drizzle. What about the peppers?? No comment. 22 quid for a pizza that has not met the standard of the advertisement. Misleading advertisement and no morals for delivering it as substandard.

Food is good. But the delivery is disgusting. I don't know who is the person delivered my order. He didn't even contact my flat and just abandoned the order outside. My daughter placed the order and I just went out to find what has happened. Even he didn't call her. I am really disappointed about the situation.

Didn't get as far as ordering any food. The chap that answered said "yep" I asked if I had called dominoes. He said "yeh". I replied "well your chatty! Can I ask why you don't do the cheeseburger pizza?". And he promptly hung up. Rude was not the word for it.

I recently placed an order, and while I regularly enjoy your pizzas, I wanted to share some feedback about my latest experience. David, the delivery driver, was prompt, arriving on time, and had a very friendly and professional attitude, which I truly appreciated. However, I noticed that the pizza this time was not up to the usual standard. It didn’t seem well-cooked, and the taste of the ingredients was lacking freshness. The sauce was not evenly spread, and there were noticeable bubbles in the pizza.

In addition we ordered potato wedges a farmhouse pizza with added olives and the Ultimate Banger pizza. Amazing Friday night treat. David our driver brought it straight to us which is no mean feat as we live on a new estate and everyone gets lost. Such a pleasant man as well. Thank you. Highly recommend 👌

This time I had to complain. I used order a lot in the past and it used to be a hit and miss on the food temperature, it arrived cold. But I used to order regularly so I didn't care stick it in the oven. Because of health reasons I had to stop and now I order every now and again. So if the pizza is cold that's just very annoying! And your food is not necessarily cheap either... I need to review my options and start ordering elsewhere!
