Starbucks Coffee in Peterborough

£4.50 for a coffee! Also, I didn’t want a bucket of coffee and it tasted awful. I haven't been to Starbucks for a few years, I’ll give a lot longer this time… I had a couple of sips and left it by the bin where it belongs….

Guys always do a good job here. Tiny store on the platform but always a smile & remember your order. Well done to Mario & team 👍

Always love a quick Starbucks before jumping on the train and Hannah was attentive, polite and friendly. Couldn’t fault the service and considering this is at a train station they’re very fast paced. Thanks again ☺️

Great service from the manager. We thought we wouldn’t have time to get a coffee and make our train but he made two coffees in record time for us!

Always slow service and a decaf oat flat white costs £4.20 Further to this they don’t accept the Starbucks App so you don’t get any benefits. This is the most money grabbing mercenary Starbucks I have ever encountered. Horrible place to get a coffee.

Visited Starbucks at Peterborough station on 15/02/24 just before I caught 8.57am train, the staff was so polite & professional & there service was quick with a smile, be proud of your staff today as they was excellent

They food is decent but since it's with. Train station. Might have a difficulties having your coffee silently while enjoying your sip. Otherwise it's OK. If you happen to have waitrose card you can have free coffee with any purchase

Shockingly poor service received today. Staff looked bored and seriously not bothered. Ordered a very basic drink and was left waiting for what seemed a long time next to where drinks are made. Nothing said to me, asked them to keep drink (when made) to one side while I used the facilities and was met with a very odd look. Returned to the counter and saw a drink that has now been on the side since before I left. I questioned if it was mine and the response I got was "It's an Americano, don't know what you ordered though" and a shrug. Turns out it was mine, I asked for a white one and ended up having to complete it myself. The attitude as a whole was diabolical. To have 4 people milling about and not doing a lot I was left to feel completely ignored. £4 for a white Americano and I had to put my own milk in and that's how we're treated? Absolutely disgusting.

I asked for a skinny hot chocolate with whipped cream, this may be controversial but it’s what I wanted, the barista serving me (bleached/grey hair) raised her eyebrow at this request. Since when it was any of the baristas business to cast judgement on what people order? This is the second time I have ordered from this Starbucks and the second time this individual has had a horrible attitude.

Extremely disappointed!!! Staff is so mean and rude! Be careful when you order drink without ice, because you will get half of the cup not full just because you don’t want ice, and bear in mind you still get some ice in it🤦🏻‍♀️

There's always a tiny worry when you go to a station kiosk for your Starbucks. Can honestly say I use this one regularly and have never had a problem.

On September 13th I asked the barista for SOYA pumpkin spiced latte ....should've realised something was amiss when he asked if I wanted cream and when I checked if it was dairy free he aaid no ....the spice masked the taste of the milk so it wasn't until I'd drank it I realised it was dairy....I am allergic to dairy so very ill and the station starbucks refuse to answer their phone and customer services ignoring emails SO BEWARE

Fantastic service, great coffee

Arrived in Peterborough after a rather stressful journey. A lovely warm welcome awaited at the Starbucks kiosk where the server was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stop here if you’re on the station.

The female, blonde and a bit bigger, was rude and rolled her eyes as if I knew Starbucks menu. I asked for a flat white—which is not size reatricted elsewhere, and she huffed as if I was supposed to know that. When I asked for half the milk she rolled her eyes and took a long while to make the drink.

Flabby old croissant. It was tasteless and well past being worth £2.35. Server polite but slow and confused by the offering of a banknote!

Pola was super lovely, I dropped my drink a second after getting it and she made sure I was okay and made me a new one! The staff are so lovely, and accommodating. They’re the best place to get a drink from for your journey!! ❤️

Google says its open from 6am, apparently updated by phone 4 weeks ago. But sat here now at 7am and the shutters are down with no signs suggesting why.

Google maps says opens at 6am weekdays however here at quarter past 9 and shutters down. No sign showing alternative hours or explaining why. Train station is very busy so clearly not a lack of demand issue. Starbucks need to get their house in order.

Awful coffee, particularly for the price. Ordered an Americano. It wasn't particularly hot, had a horrid burnt flavour with absolutely no crema. It was the only coffee shop on the station available at the time and it reminded me why I never go to Starbucks if I can help it

Latte etc shot i guess they forgot to add coffee, it was weak just froth and water!!!! Plenty of other coffee shops on the station I recommend pick one of those. Two hours later same experience at another Starbucks Even wrote to customer service surprisingly i heard nothing

Appalling service. Server got my order wrong and then made me wait and charged me extra despite it being their error. Having worked as a barista in the past I am disgusted that such a large chain didn’t give me the correct drink as a gesture of goodwill. I am also a gold member and shouldn’t have paid for syrup. When I challenged the barista she was short with me and continued to charge me again before giving me the correct drink

I'm a regular at Starbucks and this has to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. 20 minutes waiting for a drink to be made! The staff need to drink more caffeine to get them moving a bit quicker

Beautifully looked after at Peterborough Station by Leanne and Sarah this morning - they remembered my usual order, which is always a nice touch, and were chatty and friendly, a good start to my commute! In fact, any time I travel I get a drink/breakfast and the service is always excellent. Thanks to everyone who has looked after me on my recent journeys.

Service to order was quick but drink preparation took longer than expected considering it wasn’t busy. Two staff on shift and one was cleaning after taking my order while one prepared drinks. Both could have prepared drinks to speed service up. Considering they are in a train station speed should be at the forefront as they don’t know who is waiting for which train to depart. It would put me off ordering again if I didn’t have a lot of time before my train departs. The drink itself was fine: as expected for Starbucks.

Really not keen on the train station Starbucks.. rude 4 1 .. just because I ask 4 my eggnog HOT...Not luke warm... plus NO NUTMEG.. 4the eggnog...no1 asks 4 it so no need 4it here.. still should be there on off chance a customer like myself wants it on my EGGNOG!! Just found them short , also get to no what ur selling..its not real egg.n it does not scramble ...it can actually go to 92"..it has been done ✔...please get staff who have knowledge of their products..
