Visited Starbucks today and was greated by Tyler. She was friendly, helpful and made a a yummy pistachio latte!

This is my favourite Starbucks store. All staff members are so friendly and welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly. Jess always smiles and makes my day.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Kept moving delivery time. When order arrived, couldn’t tell latte from cappuccino. The frappachino was hot, so steamed coconut milk and white chocolate for £6.45! Will stick with Costa

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff are amazing, really cheerful, helpful and really really nice. Don't know their names, but the young blond short hair female is super efficient and remembers regulars, giving that personal service. Top that with my love of starbucks and their soya caramel machiato, extra hot and tons of caramel drizzle until their hands hurt lol. Cannot recommend this place and staff enough.

Drink wasn't right, had to be remade. Still not great. Lid wasn't on fully (I should have checked it, I know) so spilled onto clothes.

This is by far our favourite Starbucks, great location with plenty of places to relax or work with your favourite Starbucks treats! The staff go out of their way to know their regular customers and give outstanding service, this is the gold standard of welcoming and professional- I’m made to feel like family here! Tyler is always upbeat, organised and ready with my order and some conversation - nothing is too much trouble. Mike is happy and polite I’ve watched him talk to customers new and regular like he has known them for years. Customer facing jobs are not easy but the team here make it look so effortless.

Absolutely great. Really friendly staff who go out of their way to make you welcome. Cosy atmosphere, comfy chairs and an equally good place to get a bit of quiet work done or catch up with friends.

Came in today as I was staying nearby, and everything seemed to go a bit haywire, with a fire alarm and many stressed-looking staff! Shortly afterwards we were let back in and I was served by a really lovely girl called Tyler. She looked immensely stressed but did a really great job at providing the best service given the circumstances and the coffee was excellent too. Felt the need to post this here given the day everyone appeared to be having ❤️

£7.30 for 2 small coffees, go across the road to Costa or better still mcdonalds

A nice branch of Starbucks, although because it's inside The Village health club it has a slightly different vibe than usual. It's a little small and can therefore feel a bit frantic at times. I couldn't use my Starbucks app when I visited a few months ago, but was told that it would be accepted at the end of that same month. Presumably it's accepted now. Lots of parking available.

Starbucks with the Village Hotel. Choice of good in line with usual Starbucks, which is limited. Coffee was great though. Really lovely staff.

We go for coffee after kids / baby swimming lessons every Friday morning (except lockdowns of course!) and have been since November 2019. Our favourite member of staff Winnie has been there since too! Quite honestly she’s fantastic, always cheery, down to earth and top service! Give the woman an award!!

Winnie is amazing and the reason we are regulars. We've been coming after swimming every Friday for 3 years now and there hadn't been a single day she's not super friendly and cheerful.

I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks today! The baristas Aimee, Winnie, Heather and Jo were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was perfect and even recommended some delicious drinks. The coffee was fresh and hot, and the atmosphere of the store was inviting and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and great customer service.

Nice, cosy place to visit, but it's the staff that really make the place sparkle; in particular Jo, Gemma & Winnie, who always go above & beyond. They never fail to make the perfect drink, whether it's a flavoured latte, cappuccino, mocha or even just a small black americano :P

Very good spot to relax in and drink a cup of coffee, amazing staff work in this Starbucks branch and they make a very good pike place(filtered) coffee.

I go here once to twice a week, I love it I always have a lovely warm welcome, I have a annoying drink to which is never too much for them to make including my vegan cream , it always taste great and love catching up with them, honestly I look forward to my coffee every weekend and to have the lovely staff always ask how iam etc always makes my day,, always a joy to go to and look forward to seeing the staff as much as getting my well deserved weekly coffee thank you so much x

Fyi: Cant pay with your Starbucks app here. Coffee is ok, cappuccino was a bit too milky for my liking.

Went for my covid booster, well organised.

Was a regular haunt but moved out of the area. Although the meal was good with a range of steaks cut to the size you want. The theatre of having the steak cut to size at the the bar then cooked on an open grill in the middle of the dining area has gone....missed a trick there....but still good

Please update your opening hours as arrived at 16:30 to find shop is closed and lights are on. Misleading.

Good quality Starbucks, cleanliness well maintained inside the Village Hotel. Good range of drinks and soya milk available.

Not actually open until 7pm, tried to go at 6pm a couple of months ago and it was closed thought maybe it was a one off, went again after work today 5:30pm to surprise my partner with her favourite drink and they were closed again. They should really update their times especially when people go out of their way to buy Starbucks.

Good service ,nicely made drink and free jam with my crossiant where normally you have to pay for it in some stores/other chains , but doesn't accept the Starbucks app for payment :(

Small in-hotel coffee franchise. Good service. Standard drinks, Not enough caramel in my caramel coffee, compared to the shop in Notts city centre.

Me and my family come here all the time (we’re all coffee mad) and it’s a lovely little store. All the employees have been there for a long time so are very efficient and they’re all very lovely and chatty.
