Starbucks Coffee in City of London, Westminster

Good pit stop on the way to see the king. Small but usual Starbucks fare.

Came to pick up TooGoodToGo, extremely friendly and attentive staff. Stayed for a while

Located outside St. James's Park station. It is a quite small shop but it's clean and has a small outside seating area and the staff were really friendly. The man with the beard that made my coffee was very polite. Didn't see his name tag unfortunately to mention.

Asia and Amar are amazing, really got my order right, listened to everything and ensured my Frappe was as delicious as it looked, friendly customer service and even taster complimentary cake outside. Outstanding :)

Noisy. Not very clean. Sticky. Tables were not cleared and wiped clean. Staff member who served me was brupt and rude. At closing time, she stood by the door, hands on hips intently looking at her watch and tapping her fingers on the table with a look that gestured, get out. Could have announced politely that it's closing time, ladies and gents

The manager Asia and her team are the most friendly fast people ever, everytime I come its good vibes. Keep it up

Beit 2pa from the Starbucks chain, at the exit of the metro, does the job

The drinks always taste watered down and bland. Other Starbucks tastes better. I don’t recommend. Customer service is also not great. Those behind the till could be warmer. Also the man (i assume manager) makes the worse tasting drinks, the others make them better but still not as great as other branches.

The coffee is fine as expected, but beyond that it is cramped, noisy and not particularly clean. Oh, and the WiFi was dreadful. Much better independent options near here.

Watered-down chai latte and a macchiatto caramel that tastes like coffee from a roadside bar. 11 pounds. Luckily I'm going home today!

What can we say about a Starbucks, they always taste the same in any country no matter what you order

Ambiente limpo e organizado, tomada pra carregar celular, atendimento rápido e o melhor cafés de qualidade sempre

A kávézó nagyon kicsi,néhány ember fér el benne. Minden asztalnál ültek és így kellemetlen volt mert várnunk kellett szabad helyre. Minden alkalommal karamellás machiátót iszom mikor Starbucks kávézóban vagyok így ismerem ezt az ízt. Itt is ezt kértem viszont itt nem azt a minőséget kaptam amit megszoktam más kávézóknál. Teljesen más volt az íze a kávénak. Egyébként finom volt és teljesen rendben volt csak a megszokottól eltérő ízt kaptam. A kávézó véleményem szerintem koszos volt mindenhol a padlón morzsa darabok voltak és az asztalokon is. Gyakrabban kellene takarítani hogy a tiszta érzést keltsen a vendégeknek.

Very rude, and unhelpful staff. Used the TGtG app, and was made to feel like I was begging for food, even though I paid for it through the app. Disgusting attitude.....will NEVER shop there again 😡

I witnessed one of the most embarrassing events where a female member of staff treated a customer so rudely. It was obvious she had some problem and was so rude. Everyone in the shop was looking at each other and couldn't believe what we were seeing. I won't be back to this branch. She was fine with me but will it be next she takes a disliking too 🤔 Friday evening of 30/06/23.

Erreur dans notre commande, notre anglais n’est pas parfait mais il semble que « no » à la question « voulez vous de la crème ? » soit clair et que « grande » soit le terme utilisé dans tous les starbucks… Ce n’est pas grave. Mais s’ajoute à cela, des WC extrêmement sales. Cela arrive, des personnes ne sont pas respectueuses. Mais je ne peux que le faire remarquer lorsque c’est une employée qui en sort juste avant moi et qui ne prend pas la peine de nettoyer ou de me faire patienter pour le faire… elle ne s’est d’ailleurs pas précipitée pour nettoyer après moi non plus. Il n’y avait d’ailleurs plus de savon dans les wc. L’a t-elle terminé ou ne s’est elle pas lavée les mains avant de servir de nouveaux cafés et de nouvelles pâtisseries ?…

This has become my regular coffee stop on my journey to work, I always have a warm welcome from Michelle and Nadeem. The shop is always clean, tidy and well stocked. My drink is always on point, as are the staff!

Your advertised opening times are 9 to 5pm on Saturday. You advertised on Too Good to Go for collection between 4-5pm on Saturday and the store was closed when I arrived. At least put a note outside your shop if you are going to close your shop. Wasted journey

Extremely busy and because of that less clean than usual starbucks. However has a power outlet, wifi and toilet.

Handily situated for Buckingham Palace and other royal attractions. Right outside one of St. James' Park tube station. Good, friendly service. Most people seemed to have take out, so plenty of seating available even in the relatively small space.

Such a greatest starbucks in UK. Especially, the staff, JOEY, is so cute and sweet. The service is the best. He made my day!! I enjoy coming here👍👍

The store was very clean and baristas very kind and polite. There was an extremely rude belligerent customer claiming to be a Starbucks stockholder and demanding to be given a free refill in a free ceramic mug. He was yelling and cursing the employees. I tried to rescue the poor employees by offering to buy the man a coffee. The entitled jerk refused the offer and continued berating the employees…and me. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 Sad excuse for a human 😡. The employees deserve recognition for keeping their tempers. 😍

If you are after great customer service and friendly staff then this is the place to go. Sam is fantastic and always smiling. To be honest, the staff are the reason I pop by here given the amount of coffee places in St James's Park area (plus the nut blend flat white is ever so comforting).

I noticed similar reviews on here which are that there’s nothing special per se about the cafe itself but the customer service is 💯💯💯💯. I’ve forgotten the name of the main guy that helped me (blonde wavy hair, I think glasses?), but he and his colleague Soren were downright LOVELY. So genuinely friendly, you can tell they had a nice working relationship, and helpful (they kept an eye on my laptop while I used the toilet). Honestly the 2 of them created the most pleasant atmosphere, I’d come back just for that reason. Thank you guys! X

It's not so much the coffee I go here for is the customer service. You can find a better coffee shop as there are about 20 within a few hundred metres radius. What you won't find is better, friendly baristas

(This happened before Coronavirus when life was still normal)....there were not enough table and chairs yet there was space to put more! The lady serving was very unhelpful aswell!

The Starbucks coffee near St James Park underground station is small but very friendly. The waiter is so caring. Near to stop by and feel a warm welcome in the city while drinking a hot coffee or hot chocolate.

Clean, bright and cozy. Espresso beans too bitter, if you like your coffee black. Otherwise, a nice little cafe.

Only one working cubicle toilet for both men and women which was a disgusting mess with at least a 10 to 15 minute queue. Only upside was the funny, hapless staff member that came to attend the loo as I was in there!

Have been using this cafe for almost 1 year. I don't understand why some people criticize this place. I can't say about any disadvantage. Just a regular Starbucks cafe. Most employees are with sense of humor.

A busy stop right outside the station. Coffee juice and other options available. Some outside seating or around 3 seats per table. Starbucks offers recycle containers, sadly only standard waste bins were accessible.

I went to this Starbucks like two weeks ago with my fiancé, my grandmother, my best friend and her husband. It was only like 20 minutes before closing and I hated to have them use all their machines again but my friend and I were dying for some Starbucks. We are from the US and attempted to order things that UK Starbucks do not use. The barista, Robert, was SO nice. He was helpful and made great suggestions and didn’t make us feel unwelcome even though it was so close to closing time. He was kind and helpful to my grandmother (who doesn’t know anything about coffee or Starbucks) and was just so helpful and kind. Thank you Robert!!! I had to search all the Starbucks in London on google just so I could write this review.

The sandwiches are amazing! I recommend the tuna panini :). It also has a toilet and is open fairly early, so if you're here with a tour-bus it's very nice!

This store has been recently refurbished and looks all the better for it! The staff are always friendly and welcoming in this store compared to others nearby. The coffee is exactly what you would expect from Starbucks.

As Starbucks go, it's a nice one.

Standard Starbucks service, with occasional hysterical humour depending on who serves you, one individual gives very frank advice on what you might not want to eat if you ask them. On that basis alone this venue definitely deserves repeat visits, sometimes these unique characters transform a place from good to great.

Brodway Metro İstasyonu'nun Palmer Caddesi çıkışının tam karşısında , çok da büyük olmamasına rağmen ; köşebaşı cam cephesi ve yüksek tavanlı binası, ferahlığı ,genişliği , güleryüzlü , sevecen çalışanları olmasının yanısıra bu bölgede 1 km2 alan içindeki 4 Starbucks içinde WC olan tek Starbucks oluşu ile keyifli bir kahve molası sunuyor..

Busy little shop but lovely fast service

One of the worst Starbucks shops I’ve been into. I asked for a Rooibos Tea. I got a Rooibos Tea Latte. I am dairy free and when I went to asked the lady behind the counter to change for a tea, she said she has to charge me again. 1. I haven’t asked for a stupid tea latte, I asked for a tea. 2. When you make a mistake, you should apologise and try and fix it somehow, not ask me for more money when you don’t understand what people are asking for. 3. Never using Starbucks again.
