Always seems to be to hot , Coffee is overpriced

Got my usual coffee, sadly overpriced (captive audience syndrome) However friendly, hard working staff & coffee was up to par

Not just another Starbucks - some of the best staff around !

Even though this Starbucks is inside my local cinema, it's the closest store. Couldn't wait to enjoy another Creme Brulee brown sugar frappuccino which are perfect for these summer days.

Always a friendly service, pleasure to visit and the coffee is amazing with caramel and cream, yum!

I had an amazing experience in this Starbucks. The team is extremely friendly and highly skilled. I had couple of flat white drinks and both were served with outstanding latte art by their Coffee Master who is also Starbucks Regional Champion. I also requested for an adapter to charge my phone as I forgot mine at home. The staff was so helpful that she got me her own charging adapter to use. Thank you for going that extra mile to make every moment right for me during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return back. The staff who served me today were Hazel, Maire (Barista Champion) and Lou. Thank you everyone 🙏

The hot chocolate is sort of ok. It isn’t really mixed that well as I end up with a lot of syrup at the bottom of the cup. Their closing hours don’t really make sense. They close very early in respect to when people start coming to the cinema in the evening. It makes no business sense. You also feel a little chased out as well.

Low rating as I prefer another chain the coffee is very bitter and the whole thing with names is just a security risk

Can't use your starbucks card as it's connected to cineworld

Visited for drinks prior yo seeing a film. There was only one member of staff taking & preparing orders, therefore service was slow. Both the floor & table were very sticky.

Found drinks a little strong. As a franchise they do not accept the loyalty app.

Love this Starbucks my regular haunt. Always nice service , food, coffee happy it's back to pumpkin spice latte season 😁 - just need to remember put your car details for parking as now that's monitored

I asked for decaf and definitely didn’t get it. I was overcharged, and the server was very quiet and unwelcoming. Only giving 3 stars because usually service is better.

This coffee caused me to vomit in one time soooooo ya know, not amazing, but the coffee itself was pretty good

Relaxing atmosphere and plenty of food and drink options.

This is the Starbucks at Cineworld - the lift is out of order so if you have mobility issues I would check it's working before you plan on getting a coffee

It is a nice Starbucks, but you cannot use your app. Because it linked to Cineworld, pay with cash or debit/credit card.

All round perfect staff were friendly and helpful. Lemon muffin was great. Overlooking the stadium

Lovely staff! They always let you try the syrups before the drink in case you don't like it. They are always very chatty and helpful. Drinks are always made well. Great atmosphere for working, only downside wish there were more charging ports! :)

Caramel creme frapp with extra drizzle means we wanted 90% drizzle and 10% drink, sorry 😔😅

Disappointed with lukewarm and flavorless latte coffee, tasting more like milk! Being inside a cinema complex, atmosphere is very average, with very limited range of food.

Had 2 salted pretzel hot chocolates which I highly recommend you try. Very well made. Lots of empty seats. You cannot use app to collect points as employee said it's owned by cinema. Lots of parking outside for this and cinema. You have to go up stairs or there is a small lift you can use.

Good fast service hot toasties was hot and tasty. Chai Latte was great. Good surroundings.

I loved this place - I quite often popped in to do my work my but I think today was the last time. Frap machine wasn't working which was fine, offered alternative which was a nice gesture, took a couple of sips and didn't like it. I asked a barista for a refund but was made another drink instead - didn't like the drink. I explained the situation to a barista, nice guy, but supervisor, not nice, did everything possible to not give me a refund - saying I could have another drink, I didn't want another the first made me feel sick - in the end he said I had drank to much to warrant a refund. Shame because I liked it here and praised them to most people I spoke to because of how nice are normally.

Pretty typical Starbucks. It was clean and well looked after. Coffee and fruit toast is always nice, staffare very nice. No complaints!

Very good. Young lad serving was friendly and helpful giving good table service. Flat white was a medium and tasted a little milky. Not sure if it got an extra shot? Otherwise great.

This Starbucks is great place to get hot drinks before going in the cinema & if you want to just have meet up with someone.

Whether watching a film at cineworld or not, it is a great place to hang out and enjoy a hot drink (cold one in the summer) and some sweet treats. Customer service is great. Some staff are very knowledgeable and great for offering suggestions if you are unsure what to have. Area is nice and clean and service is fast. A little pricey however. Parking is very good, except for peak film-viewing times.

Asked for 2 coffees after waiting at the desk for 10mins (they weren't busy) a member of the public said are you waiting for your coffee it's on the end no staff told us after seeing us waiting subsequently they were cold and tasted... Cheap

Great place to relax before or between movies. Friendly staff, plenty if space and of course great coffee.

A clean, well-run Starbucks in the middle or Sixfields. This is a franchise store so you can't pay with a 'bucks card. They seem to have the latest promotional drinks and eats, which can be mildly interesting. Seating is plentiful and it's not a bad view from the cafe if you can look past Cineworld's car park! Northampton does have them - just don't mind the lift tower.

They do not serve cold drinks, I know its a coffee shop but if you take your kids you don't want them getting high on caffeine

Poor service. Our coffee was taken by someone else after waiting for 10 minutes and we had to wait even longer for another one. Not to mention one guy was standing around doing nothing, another girl walked off and left just one girl to deal with all of the orders which made the service so slow

Staff are all lovely, good location for meetings (free parking as in cinema) and have what looks like a full range of foods available, which isn't always true of franchise sites. A couple of minor complaints are very few power sockets if needed for laptops, etc and the Internet logs you out regularly (fault of Cineworld). Also, staff could be more proactive clearing & cleaning tables when there are no customers to serve. Walking in and finding half the tables with dirty crockery on them doesn't make for a good impression.

Fantastic service from Esther, made our whole group feel welcome and got on well with our banter, some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Also was given a free taster of a new coffee by Ellis, who explained all about it. Excellent service from both members of staff. Very happy customer:)
