Starbucks Barrhead in East Renfrewshire

First time in barrhead branch and won't be the last very comfortable thanks

Used the drive through when I received my order and began to drive away I realised one of my ordered items were missing. I returned to store and informed them I was missing part of my order. I was told to wait in the parking bay at the side after waiting almost 15 minutes with my two year old in the car I left. The quality of the other items was great just wish the service was better

Visit here often, the staff are really friendly and the service is great The store has a nice atmosphere and is spotlessly clean.

Disappointed no dogs when so many Starbucks allow dogs.

Not dog friendly unlike other Starbucks

It's real hit and miss, if you have people Infront of you in queue then I can almost guarantee an average coffee. They over reuse steamed milk and so a latte often ends up as simply hot milky coffee no foam blended through or on top. If I'm paying £5 or near £5 it should be a top tear coffee. It's really disappointing spending that much for a cup of average.

The staff in the Barrhead store are so friendly and engaging and also give us service with smile

Drink were great, staff were quick and polite. Can not fault them.

I visit this branch most days and have been so happy with the service overall. There's a couple girls in particular that are so sweet and kind and always make a point to remember my regular order. I wanted to give a special mention to Paula, she is an absolute ray of sunshine and just a genuine sweetheart!

I visit this Starbucks regularly, both drive thru and restaurant and can honestly say it is the friendliest most efficient and welcoming Starbucks I have ever been in. The staff are all extremely helpful, polite and professional. Well done. It’s a pleasure to visit.

When people ask for a latte, your response should be "what size?". Not immediately upsell your customer by asking "is that a large?". Silly mind games. And instead of throwing lattes out the door by blasting the milk into oblivion, actually take the time to measure the temperature. It's scorching.

Staff very friendly. Great calming atmosphere. Would recommend coming here for a bite to eat & a tea or coffee or soft drink. Also recommend a frappaccino. They have a great selection of cakes. They also have a drive-thru too

Some messy tables and floor areas were left unattended after customers had finished, for long periods. This was an off putting sight for new customers walking around.

I was served by Jess who really made my night - After a hard day she made me laugh which really cheered me up. She was excellent. Fab coffee as always and Barrhead seems quicker than other Starbucks drive throughs.

Fast service, and the staff were friendly.

Ordered a few venti coffees online and when they arrived they were half full… I phoned the store and got a gentleman named Kyle and he was very apologetic, told me to call back next time ordering which I did, he made sure our coffees were right and added in extra for the inconvenience. Definitely made the experience so much better. Thank you so much to Kyle.

Staff are fab here. I’m in with my two little ones and they offered to make the toddler a drink too. Really friendly and helpful.

Hi my name is Hira and i wanted to leave this fabulous review for the two girls that work in Starbuck Barrhead. Their names are Lani and Neave honestly they are just stars.🤗They are the best baristas out there. They are so nice really kind and incredibly polite. And they make the perfect coffee always for me, well i bet they do that for everyone but i cannot recommend this Starbucks enough the staff is amazing but Lani and Neave are just stars of this coffee shop. A big big shoutout to them, keep up the hard work am sure your manger will be proud of you. I have recomended my freinds my family and to the world to now. What a fun experience! We go to the drive through every day now. Usually served by Jess or Leila, who are not your typical franchise employees. They're friendly and efficient and I wish they worked for me. Coffee's just what you expect from Starbucks.

10/10 service all round. I bring a 9 year old with autism in here regularly and the staff make her day and cheer her up!

Every time I have been there has been a mistake with my order & I have to wait up, very annoying as I always come on my way to work. Can’t come back because every time they have made me late because for some reason when they mess up your order you have to wait up for ages!!!

I visited barrhead Starbucks on the 21st of August at around 1pm, and was served by the most friendly and warm staff. They are a credit to Starbucks ❤️

Went through the drive through the other day so not sure what the atmosphere in store is like but was served by a lovely girl think her name was Leila. I know the drill with timers and targets of drive throughs with past work. she was just back from holiday and took time to have a nice wee chat whilst my drink was being made which really just made my day to be honest. I felt like a customer rather than a process. Drink and food was grand too

Visited this Starbucks for the first time on the way past and had the best Large Hot Chocolate ever, served by Georgia. She was very patient, kind and friendly, will definitely be back

Ordered a coffee base chocolate waffle cone Frappuccino and was given a cream Frappuccino very disappointing my morning coffee was just a milkshake unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got to work so was unable to go back and ask for another

Substandard coffee,macchiato was like a frothless latte without caramel on top of froth even though I paid for it,staff are pleasant but they need more training, 4 visits and 3 were poor

Have used this new Starbucks both for sit in and drive through, so happy to have a starbucks in our wee town of Barrhead. Friendly staff. Also love the fact I can use my bluelight card. So good to see place so busy.

I came in after a horrible day at work and I left smiling ear to ear all thanks to lani who gave me some amazing customer service and even recommended me my new favourite drink the ice chai latte with sweet cream foam

I was really looking forward to Starbucks opening as I go to the Costa in Darnley every morning which is not on my route. I have been repeatedly quite shocked by the customer service here. I understand having worked in the public sector for years that it can be difficult to always be happy and smiley but there just seems to be a general theme of blunt and sometimes just rude staff (with some exceptions of course). The other day I ordered my drink and received the response "what?" To which I replied sorry what? To then be asked what I wanted so I asked sorry did you get any of the order or you didn't hear any of it and the reply I received was "just repeat the whole thing". No apology no sorry could I ask you to repeat that nothing just "what?". On another occasion I ordered the same drink I order everyday to be told that's not a drink they make. So when I explained I order it here daily the response was "right so what was it?" It totally puts me off using this store. There are of course more important things in the world to worry about but it really puts me off going as bad customer service can really ruin someone's mood. I would much rather go out of my way to drive somewhere else where I know I will have a pleasant interaction. Sorry for the negative feedback I know you are a new store and it takes time to find your feet but I just don't think there's any good excuse for consistent bad customer service. X
