Starbucks in Epping Forest

Great coffee, clean, fast and efficient service. Good service by Riley! I will defo be back! My local store!

Loughton branch Disgusting dirty place .Floor and tables were dirty and there was lots of litter on the floor .On entering the two members of staff were standing at the counter talking to each other as there was no customers waiting to be served 2pm . The toilet was filthy uine all over the floor and a strong smell of urine .The hand drier did not work and there was no toilet paper.Will not be visiting again.

Without doubt the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. The Loo was a disgrace, worst than king's cross railway station public toilets! Chairs look like they've been chewed by dogs. Floors and general appearance dirty. Bad and weak americano. Avoid.

Really poor customer service and filthy toilets/seating area. I visit a lot of Starbucks and this is by far the worst I have been to.

People serving couldn’t be any less interested. Genuinely awful attitudes (aside from old manager) who really nice. Come in here a lot and consistently poor service with what I would say would come across as going out of their way to be short sometimes. Hard to compute why as I am a please and thank you type of guy. Decided today I won’t be back. Doubt they will miss my money but I can’t validate bad behaviour. That would be wrong.

Ordered at 10.12 am uber said on route long story turned up at 12 cold hard food could have been redone as it had the sticker on it 10.12 am almost 2 hours late i get its uber but still cold hard food.. Not good enough. 😔 And no sauce like we asked for just no good

I get the same drink every time I go and it never tastes right from this Starbucks only. The barista couldn’t care less whether it was right or not.

Quite possibly the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been in! The staff dont even look like they want to be there.

Starbucks was always my number 1 go to coffee place and this one is just the best of them all. Amazing coffee... always.

Very nice. Drinks were perfectly made but I would say they did take a lot longer than other Starbucks around when there was only me ordering but other than that the men employee who served me was very polite and I think he is single to I’ll Be continuing to visit there the same day as his shift was on that day as he was a bit of me The main reason for the 5/5 was partly for the gl boy as the wait was long Sophia xx

The people that work at this Starbucks are just okay... just doing their job and don’t really care.. interesting experience as in Loughton the service is must different then the service in central london...why would that be? We all know ... diversity is the answer

So much for the all American charm. The staff here do not want to serve the customer, that’s why there is never any customers in the premises. They do not want to greet, acknowledge, or serve the customer. When I pointed this out to the manager, he called me a liar. But ignorance is bliss, when they have lost their jobs, and yet another Starbucks closes down! When will businesses ever realise - customer is key to success!

i like starbucks as a rule but this one doesnt quite feel like the franchise in whole, the staff are nice but dont move with urgency. the coffee I ordered was wrong twice (and again the third time but I was in a rush to leave so accepted it). staff were busy chatting to eachother and not busy listening to the customers, shame as I looked forward to this on the high street which is finally picking back up again.

Ash and the team are always welcoming and I like their coffee! I know it's a massive chain but it feels like a 'local'

We popped in for a quick drink during our trip into town. It was a tidy cafe, friendly staff and a good product.

Soulless coffee shop. Dirty floor and tables. Random furniture that makes the place look like a furniture graveyard. Avoid. We won't be back!

Hot chocolate with coconut milk is a winner. Lovely that you can take dogs in. The sandwiches are really tasty

Visit every afternoon to pick up a coffee or a tea as I work locally. Coffee is always consistent and good to try a couple of different blends now and then.

Am a big fan of starbucks, best coffee of the major chains. This one however is not right. The coffee is very weak, I asked a staff member why this is and was told that they don't use the amount they should as the owner (this is a franchise store) says people won't notice. Do not go here unless you like tasteless coffee.

I have never had a problem in starbucks before. The drinks are amazing and the food is good quality. Free Wifi in there which is always nice. I always order something from the secret starbucks menu which you can find online and the workers are always happy to make my customized drink they have never had a problem. The place is clean .

Latte coffee had no flavour and very weak.
