Not a good look, dirty cladding, mucky bin bags, dirty floor, door propped open for rats to join in too

Popped in to pick up a coffee. Staff came across rude and abrupt, offered to pay by cash and was bluntly told “card only” Waiting to collect my coffee when I couldn’t hear them say my name, approached and asked if this was my coffee, again very bluntly told “yes” I explained I couldn’t hear her call my name, just looked at me and then turned away and ignored me. Not a good experience.

The 2 that I go to are great we always get our usual hazelnut latte with oat milk we never get a bad cuppa and the staff are always pleasant with us

I totally don't not agree with it been cashless whatsoever, I've been in when people have walked out due to been cashless, if this wasn't on my way home and in need of a coffee I wouldn't go in myself.

Could be cleaner all tables that had been used didn't get cleared or wiped down floor was filthy

This was a nice big Starbucks with plenty of seating. The service was great.

Large building in a great location for travellers. Cold drinks choice was limited. Expensive but that's expected. Especially food which is pretty basic. Staff were nice. Useful toilet and crest stop.

Despite visiting frequently and ordering a standard drink from the menu with no alterations, they still regularly make the drinks incorrectly. Not sure if this is a lack of training or a lack of care and attention by the staff but at almost £13 for two drinks for them to both be incorrectly made is absurd.

Ordered 2 chocolate cake pops and 2 cookies and cream cake I appreciate the fact they didn’t just not send anything but we didn’t get told they weren’t available and no option to choose a different one as we don’t like the cookies and cream ones.

Starbucks, you only get 4 stars because you are so outrageously priced, but I quite like coming to this one. Serving staff at the drive through window are always lovely and drinks are made well. Plenty of parking, easy to drive in and out of.

Always use the drive through on my way to work. Super fast service and extra friendly staff with the quality you expect from Starbucks.

DO SOCIETY A FAVOUR AND BOYCOTT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. This Starbucks ONLY ACCEPTS CARD PAYMENTS, this is DISCRIMINATION against cash users and people who are unable to obtain a bank account.

Staff were nice, but the place needlessly has music on in the background, which is hard to talk over whilst everyone else is doing the same with their friends too. The price is also absolutely ridiculous for what you got.

Would have been a better experience if not so expensive. Service is friendly apart from a girl who was a bit abrupt. Sorry won't be coming again.

Great dairy free milks for the coffee and plenty of vegan food options. The best starbucks in the area, no wait time and its now dog friendly inside. Love it. The beyond meat sandwich is fantastic

Came here for a coffee and some pastries. The man who served us was pleasant and I sat down with the warm pastries whilst my husband waited for the coffee. We told them we were eating in and after 5 minutes we finally got our coffees in a takeout cup. By this point the pastries had gone cold and when my husband explained we were eating the man offered to pour them into regular cups which we declined. Considering what you pay it wasn't the greatest experience but the pastries were nice enough that I'm giving 4 stars.

Was served by a lovley young man called Kyle, he went above and beyond as always!! His customer service was second to none! his manners and politeness is like no other! That lad deserves a pay rise!!

We bought two Americanos one large and one small, with pooring cream which was added by the staff. Mine was the large and clearly had 2 shots of expresso rather than the four it should have. It was essentially cream and water, I could barely taste and coffee at all. I returned to the counter, I'm pretty sure he pretended to add additional coffee as it was handed back to me again. Regardless of the size of the cups starbucks.. you can see in this photo a substantiall difference in colour which should not be the case. We also asked for takeaway, and were given non takeaway cups. This isn't the first bad experience I have had in Starbucks, your staff just don't seem like they care. Paying £8 for two coffees when, Cafe Nero aces it every time means I'll go out of my way to drink at your competitors, because simply put, the consistently deliver better drinks. Photo included.

Drive-thru. Generally I dislike Starbucks but I was very sleepy and needed a coffee. £4.15 for a regular latte?!?! What?! I shall not be back.

This is one of the places I usually run to, and seem to always enjoy but not today. Today was the first time I’ve been unhappy with the customer service. One of the employed seemed to have an attitude towards me, not sure why? Time 09:23:18. I ordered a “Venti Strawberry Acia Refresher” she didn’t warn me that they’d run out of the actual strawberries 🍓, I had my own Starbs cup, so I handed it to her, of which she gave me half of the drink claiming it’s a Venti, complete filled it with just ICE! For £5+ so I told her to remove the ice and top it up, removing the ice, it wasn’t even a full small cup. I asked her to top it up to the full Venti (there’d still be room for ice with my own cup) but guess what! She literally offered to just add more lemon instead. so I basically paid £5+ for pink lemonade.. it was awful but I pretended, left it and sat down like it was all okay. I then decided to order the same drink, but another employee served me this time. That one too didn’t have the actual strawberries 🍓 (I was already aware of this but they’d just had a delivery,) or at least charged less if some of the ingredients are out of stock. The whole point of ordering another drink, was to see what they do differently. I got no apologies, and neither did they think to offer a different/ similar drink. Even though I’ve had good experiences in the past, today’s customer service involved two different employees with just one worse than the other. First of all she could have given me a full drink to make up for the missing ingredients, apologised for not telling me in advance and mainly her (first CS)’s attitude made the whole experience worse. Imagine I’d only gone there to make my day better it made it even worse.

Love Starbucks anyway, this one recently built and is right next to the main road for very easy access. Has a drive thru for those who need to get going. The place inside is very spacious and open. Cool AC and the atmosphere is quiet , perfect for a chat with friends/family or if you need a quiet space for some work. I did some of my business work here - not the first time and won't be the last. Great place 👍

Amazing customer services and nice food and drinks

Service was good but doesn't do the Starbucks points unless you put money on first. All thew other starbucks you can scan the app and collect points so that was disappointing. They don't do just filtered coffee here as they said it isn't popular. I found that starnge as all starbucks do just filtered coffee so I ahd to order something else.

Called for a quick coffee, very nice, clean place, quick service, and nice coffee

Called today, not busy so we chose to drive-thru, one other car in front. Ordered two wet lattes, got a few miles down the road and one had a flavoring...WHY!. £4 wasted. How hard is it to get a simple order so wrong!😡 The owners don't care judging by the nonreplies from comments both good and bad

Stock availability is poor and often can be quite slow to serve.

Drinks are good when they get them right but a bit too expensive for what you get. Poor choice of food and again too expensive.

Easter Monday I was waiting at the intercom at the drive thru and It was raining at the time. I was waiting and waiting to have my order taken. Rain was wetting me because I had to keep the window down in to hear the intercom. Even down a little let rain in. Some kind of rain shelter would be a good idea instead of this poxy grill they have above which does nothing to stop rain entering you car. I may as well have driven with the top down. Ultimately I got tired of getting wet and just left.

Lsds behind the counter were a laugh to be fair. As usual in here, poor selection of stuff to eat. It can be so bad in the morning (no breakfast fayre) that I've have just walked out in the past never to return at that time. Stick to Costa for consistency.

Great position for a Starbucks as there's absolutely nothing else around in this area. Great, friendly and efficient service Beautiful latte and fruit toast I fully enjoyed my first visit and would fully recommend I would.have given 5 stars But: I dropped a star for not accepting UK currency which I personally do in my business. You could just pay it into a machine like at the supermarket if you don't trust your staff Also I wasn't able to use my data on my phone and had to use the WiFi? So 4 stars Food, service and atmosphere 5 stars as that was prefect ❤️

wanted 0 stars but couldn’t do guess 1 will do. got to the door already annoyed with the sign saying ‘card payments only’‘ no cash taken’ which is a legal tender btw. staff was very rude, i asked for an iced drink and i was told ‘it’s not working we can’t make them’ not even a sorry, terrible customer service. no prices on cups, unlike every other store. highly do not recommended ruined the end of the day with the rude service and over all rubbish store.

I went for a cup of tea while waiting for my wife doing a visit at the hospital. The Tea was no more than warm water. You can not call it a cup of tea more like a half pint of boiled water with a tea bag at a price that is ridiculous. The tea bag just coloured the water as there was no taste. A complete rip off and waste of money, over £4 for a tea and a packet of crisps.

Expensive as always and they get your drinks wrong. Had it made far too sweet on more than one occasion. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Only serving drinks and food in take away cups etc dishwasher broke, whole of the place needs and good deep clean, floors and everything dirty really put me off.

Usual Starbucks offerings but the place needs a clean 😲. Floors full of food and bins overflowing. If you are paying premium price for a cuppa you expect the place to be spotless.

Absolutely appalling service for dine in, take out & delivery! Keep cancelling orders or not fulfilling them and close well earlier then there advertised closing time. They seriously couldn't care less about there customers! Total disgrace of a company.
