Starbucks in Hartlepool

The staff are very professional and kind . Food lovely drinks fabulous.

Absolute joke, walked all the way to a different Starbucks as they never had ice, ordered from this one and they sent the hot version of what I payed for. Absolute joke as it’s completely wasted loads of money. Cannot get a refund, can’t even phone the shop or anything. Never going here ever again!!

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff who went out off their way to help with opening the door for a wheelchair and even carried the coffee out to the car for us which was much appreciated and very kind as it is hard when using a wheelchair and needing extra help.

my iced latte was deliver d and it was a regular latte , this has happened a few times now , will be using a different Starbucks in the future , the staff here are incompetent

the food is shocking for the price

Visited today and had such a lovely caramel macchiato. Lady who served me was so pleasant, we even shared a laugh.

i ordered an iced matcha from here and i received it hot, matcha wasnt mixed properly either and was lumpy. wouldnt normally go to a chain for matcha but i was really craving one overall upsetting and a waste of £7.

I use this starbucks quite regularly, but I have an issue with the store not accepting cash. I've dined in (poor service), and I use the drive thru, which is quite often a poor service, but I keep on returning because I love the coffee. The staff seem to be poor in customer service delivery, I don't want to assume why; but there's only a couple that seem pleasant. The rest, well, they treat you as though you're a burden and have absolutely no interest in you whatsoever- which is odd for a customer facing based role. Additionally. To drink in, you will have to clean your own table before you sit at it.

It was just OK really. Toilet was in need of a good clean with paper on floor and none flushed pan. It was generally a bit lacking on the atmosphere front. Just basic. Staff were 'getting on with their jobs' but were not in any way exceptional. It did its job but that was all. Looked a bit 'tired'.Felt it was on the way down rather than on the way up.

Man, know little BSL is awesome. And I love that stylish build and view garden in corner window sit.

Comfortable very clean speed of service is depending on how busy it is normally from order to sitting down with order 4/5 mins staff very pleasant always parking WiFi consistent dog friendly

I did not get 1 of my pumpkin frappe and got a hot one instead

Freezing cold air con on full so we kept our coats on and the coffees did not stay hot. Hardly any people in but every single free table was covered in dirty dishes and chairs covered in dog hair. Espresso served in a paper cup even though we were sitting in. No toilet paper in the toilet. We got 5 drinks at £20 - (which I knew what I was getting and I was okay with that) I expect a nice environment to go with it.

Very off putting dogs just wandering about and not kept under control. Toilets very poor with no loo paper. Very disappointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our caramel macchiato and black americano paired with smoked ham and cheese toastie and a treat of pan au chocolat. The lad who served us has got a friendly aura and a good addition to the front on house staff. Good start of our day before going shopping

Cups not cleared and plates on plates, seats not cleaned full of crumbs just not what I was expecting or thinking I would experience!

It's not all about the best coffee and cakes but my dog gets a puppachino and the staff here are so warm and friendly, normally I only support small coffee shops but this is my go to when home 🙌10/10 the panini's a solid 11❤️

We had two cups of Latte that were both perfect. The staff are very friendly, the service is prompt and the cafe was spotless. Best of all though, they let our mastiff in with us.

Food was cold and poorly packed.

Coffee was lovely but the sandwiches were horrid .... buns were either stale or over microwaved and rock hard inedible ....very dissapointing ....if I was in shop I would have taken back .... what can you do when delivered ?

Level of service extremely poor, 10 minutes to make a coffee is disgraceful. More interested in drive through customers when all customers deserve the same level of service.

Cute store workers are quick and friendly

This place is so hit or miss.... had to again refund a drink because the Staff haven't read my order requirements. Ask for the nut blend milk, get dairy given to me. PAID for extra mocha sauce and caramel drizzle. Got neither. Wanted Blonde Roast and it's obviously not. Just really really disappointed as sometimes the drinks are lovely...

I paid for 3 extra shots and never got what I paid for!! Worst part of this is you can’t claim it back! That latte is way too weak and usually when I’ve paid for extra shots you can tell it’s been put in as the coffee looks and tastes stronger!! Won’t be back!!

Went for a latte and ham and cheese toasty. It took them 10 minutes to warm a toasty up (on a Sunday, with nobody to serve) I asked what seems to be the hold up and was given such attitude by one blonde women (I think she’s the manager) stating the first toasty wasn’t any good so they put me a second one in, then it was thrust into my hand after such a long wait with no apologies or nothing, now I’m late off my work break. Thanks Starbucks

Drinks were ordered over 1hour and 20 mins ago but not updates or anything for my order. Delivery driver no where to be seen and when drinks did arrive they were completely melted and inedible. Should be given the option to cancel or contact the restaurant

Usually nice from this Starbucks, but this time they used normal milk instead of the Nut Blend in my Iced Mocha and it was missing syrup thay i paid extra for. Also not shaken as requested, the frappe had coffee when it was cream based and there was cream ontop when we specified no cream Not sure what's changed but this didn't taste anywhere near as nice as usual, quite disappointed really. Over £20 on 3 drinks and 2 of them are totally wrong.

NOT HAPPY. Not only was it late but I received a sorry note saying they were out of my food order. Just eat DOES NOT make it easy for a refund. I will not be using this app again.

Good was cold and the chocolate had all melted and was in eatable

delivery driver spilled drink in the bag, left it on the front door step and drove off with no explanation. the drink was sideways in the bag and the cup was empty since it had been spilled in the bag.

Nice decor and clean environment but staff a little slow and unfamiliar with the meaning of what each coffee is. Likely because it’s a so far away from the city. But they’re polite and friendly so not a big problem really

Always order from here! Drinks/food are always perfect temperature and never any issues - if there are any issues, the restaurant contact ahead of delivery to make changes. Absolute stars and always a lovely message on the bag too. Would be lost without my Starbucks deliveries!

Fast delivery, great service even got a lovely comment on the bag, also gave me a large instead of a small which was a lovely surprise! Only negative was I felt the frappe could have more flavour and less ice...quite thick.

Retracting a previous good review. Today I went here and asked for a hot chocolate, there was none so had to settle for white chocolate, which is fair enough, supply and demand I suppose. However, I also got a Strawberry Frappacino as I usual do which was extremely disappointing, I've had more syrup on an ice cream cone. Usually when I get one, it's filled with enough strawberry syrup to actually be able to taste strawberry, beautifully filling the bottom and spreading its joy to taste it until the last sip. I've uploaded a picture so everyone can see the rashion of syrup I received today. Unacceptable, may aswell just be drinking milk and cream. Won't be going there again. On the plus side, staff were friendly... they just don't know what they're doing with syrup.

Helpful staff. Good choice of eats. Quality fayre. Just a suggestion : put the milk in a little jug rather than in the tea. Some tea drinkers prefer a lot of milk, others a dash.
