I always appreciate the consistent quality and the friendly service at Starbucks London road, Glasgow. The manager is so down to earth, the staff are beyond lovely, Kim, Aidan ,Ashton, Emma and the list can go on and on. The place is always immaculate and clean the staff are always working hard. Due to my ADHD and several other conditions,i tend to be very fussy with my drink the texture can be a big sensory issue for me if not done right so whenever I order my usual double espresso Frappuccino, only this branch seems to get my order correct along with very few. I like my frappe strong coffee taste, not too thick or too runny and only the lovely staff in this branch seem to understand the assignment 😄 Tables are always clean, Toilets are always on spot too. My two toddler’s favourite Starbucks for sure☺️

Sorry, but the new chairs are too low, difficulty getting up after I had my coffee ☕😞 Not very comfortable, back of chair too far back, altogether they are awful. !!!!

My order did not come aye haven't gave the driver my code and its saying its deliverd ,just eat can talk to driver and see hes not had code as i havnt received my order atawl ,facts are there i would like request a refund aye already phoned shop !

Nothing to do with Starbucks. Just eat are refusing to give me a refund as 2 items weren’t available in store & instead of a Frappuccino they gave me a latte. Think I won’t be ordering again, at least from just eat.

Always is order on time, nothing is ever missed and exactly what we order. Best Starbucks around

The delivery driver had our order for over 45 minutes and by the time it arrived it was cold. Starbucks had made the order in a good time but the delivery driver took to long to deliver it and said it “wasn’t his problem” when I asked why it took so long.

Frappuccino is wrong. Straight down the sink. No way it’s whole milk, it’s water. It’s a joke this happens far too often. How hard is it to make coffee

Really disappointed today with my order. Bought two coffee’ la neither had syrup in that I’d purchased. Also ordered a hot chocolate that was never delivered. Normally London Road is always my go to, perhaps an off day, but still disappointing.

Had the nicest freshest coffee last night. After Telling my work mates they told me to put a review on which I never do. We all work very close to this Starbucks and we all agree on this. The girl kiera is an absolute delight. She’s so lovely and her service is top class. I will be back tonight for another delish latte Kiera good luck with the studies.

The 3 drinks we ordered with our food were missing. This was a straightforward order, so how do 3 drinks go missing. This is not the first time this has happened either. If this service is available, it should be accurate. I left a five pound tip as well . Very dissapointing

Always order from here and very rarely have any issues. My order was a bit later yesterday and when I opened the bag there was a voucher for 2 free drinks and a hand written note apologising which was a nice touch.

The brownie and drink is tasty, however I ordered the new golden Carmel white hot chocolate with one shot of mocha, but I’ve received just a normal hot chocolate with mocha shot. Sad as I was really looking forward to trying your new drink.

Porridge was burnt, the lid was flaking off with char from the oven. Missed butter, jam, honey, cutlery. Coffee was also spilled all over the bottom of the bag..

Delivery was good but I wish they’d gotten lost as the coffee & food was rotten. Sausage sandwich was cold and oily, and the coffee tasted like lukewarm water with a hint of coffee bean. Usually a great service all round but it’s put me right off ordering again.

Ordered at 8am and it got delivered at 9:25. Coffee cups were 2/3rds full and barely warm. Pointless and a complete waste of money and my time

Coffee was spilled all over the bag so did not reorder as I would have had to of paid for delivery again. Not the first time this has happened to me when ordering online for delivery and whilst I appreciate it’s difficult as it’s drinks it’s really disappointing. Nuts I ordered were also incorrect. Just Eat refunded the order.

Lovely women and came early when I was in a rush!

Believe it or not, my first time using Starbucks. It was very busy, both the inside seating area and the drive through. Managed to get a seat. Have to say the coffee was first class and very large. Would go back again.

This Starbucks is great so long as you use the drive thru. If you go in for any reason (collection or to sit in) you get ignored for ages. Customers in cars definitely get a huge focus, but those waiting inside can watch as five or six cars pass ordering and collecting, before anyone bothers to come over and ask how they can help. This order showed as courier in restaurant, preparing order for well over 10 minutes. D

Coffee was cold when it arrived

Absolutely shocking delivery and was missing an iced latte ! Was not impressed. Delivery driver drove into the address and drove out twice I’m absolutely appalled

The drinks I ordered didn’t taste like they normally would especially the iced peach tea didn’t taste like it at all couldn’t drink it so was a bit of a waste as I ordered 2 🥲

£8 for the completely wrong drink and wrong size to be delivered, disappointing. Starbucks at the fort’s much better so next time they’re closed i’ll stick to making coffee at home.

This is now my favourite drive thru to go to because its so quiet (I hope me writing this doesn't change that 😅) the staff are friendly and lovely. They have a tips cup and there is always a lovely message written on it for customers, I hope everyone puts in something 😊 and a wee tip for the guys put your tip cup out more so more people can see it

Ordered at 7:08 and arrived at 8:50 after both of us should have left for work. I could have driven to my local Starbucks and picked them up before 7:30. Really unacceptable

Large coffee missing and wrong roll delivered

Good don’t turn up and I called Starbucks to query and I was told that all they could do was send it again if I reordered paying again and take up a refund request with just eat. Absolutely shocking customer service from a big company like Starbucks

Stopped in for coffee. Staff were very friendly though seating was difficult as it was very busy.

I am allergic to dairy so ordered the vegan muffin and was given a non vegan muffin so I’ll have to bin it, waste of money

Barely any caramel syrup in drinks, can hardly taste this which is disappointing given the 70p additional charge.

Delivery was late and the drinks were pretty much empty as they were spilled all over the bag absolute joke from the delivery driver and no apology from him. He pulled the bag out from being on its side. Waste of 13 pound
