Starbucks in South Lanarkshire

Worst Starbucks ever 2 coffees 2 rolls £16.80. Two sips of coffee each and left. Coffee was very weak and had to send roll bk for not being cooked . Eventually got fresh roll and it was disgusting. Shoukd of just went to Greggs . Think Starbucks needs to pick up its game.

I ordered two cappuccinos, a croissant and a roll, The ham in my croissant was hard, the cappuccinos were like milk and the roll and sausage was cold the Gary did get another one but it just tasted horrible Service wasn’t great tbh 3 young ladies bitching on head sets, took the sale and then carried on ….. for nearly £20 I would expect better, had to leave cause my partner was nig happy I usually go to sauchiehall lane in Glasgow the service is amazing, coffee always spot on

I came in today and got a caramel latte with oat milk it didn’t even taste like caramel at all it was just bitter oat milk it was disgusting couldn’t even go back as I was getting late for work, definitely sticking to Polmadie from now on

Very shocked about the cleanliness of Starbucks. The tables were filthy and the floor was a mess.the staff are not fully trained in customer service. We received our drinks and we told her we had an app for our points but she had already put it through the till. Not good enough .its bad enough trying to get the app open without poor customer service. Hope the franchise that has this starbucks read this or even attends this premises and looks at the cleanliness of this unit. It really seems that covid never happened. As cleanliness is not Priority. Shocking

Brilliant staff and fast service

Staff are always very friendly. Come here for a catch-up at times with my friend. We chat for hours.

Will never venture here again practically zero choice so my daughter got a pkt of crisps wasn't asked the size of tea/coffee so paid £10.10 for tea and coffee n 2pkt crisps and it's not the first time but at a different location ...

Was in here on 10th Feb for coffee n cake with my partner banana cake was dry totally tasteless tea was really weak tea bag was tiny and was refused entry to the toilet after having ate there the guy said it was closed and there were still other people still eating and drink had to go over to greggs where to staff were very polite un like starbucks I was a regular customer but never again

Coffee was vile not what I asked for zero receipt given instead a survey shocking service annoyingly allergic reaction due to incompetent staff

Never too busy, allow you to plug in laptop to wall, nice area for quick business 121 meeting.

By far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Never get orders right as always new starts on, place never seems to be able to keep staff…manager must be the problem. There always seems to be a carry on with some staff behind the counters instead of prioritising making drinks to the high standard. (It tastes like water) place is always filthy starting to notice mouse droppings around the cafe area. Never enough staff again seems to be a managerial problem.

It is not open today. Drove out of my way as it stated it was open. Not happy.

Drive thru is a joke. Repeated my order 3x still didn’t listen to what I had asked for. Then had the cheek to state ‘well I asked you’. Very poor show from this Starbucks. Don’t think I’ll be back at this store.

awful treatment of people who apply to work here, and completely ignore you when you ask to make a formal complaint about their awful conduct.

It's Starbucks. If you've been to one you've been to them all. Was fairly good when it opened but already several tables have large chunks broken off of them which makes the place look like it needs some TLC

Starbucks is by far better than Costa... I personally go for a Starbucks every day and can't imagine my day without one... The staff are so nice and genuinely caring. They have time to chat to customers on a personal level. From my experience, it helps my anxiety and day to day stresses. Love the coffee and staff at Rutherglen Starbucks....they all deserve a medal 🏅

Love Starbucks but this establishment has rapidly went down hill. Toilets are never clean anymore. Some staff lovely. Recently ordered the pumpkin spice frap, was disgusting not the usual vibrant orange but dirty brown

Would be brilliant if the location was dog- friendly as there are currently no other options for coffee in the area that are. Most Starbucks seem to be encouraging of dogs but not this one. 🤷 Can still sit outside with the pooch on a nice day though! So small win! ☕☀️

Lovely Starbucks that makes the best Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso ever! Come here daily and it never disappoints! Everyone is very friendly and chatty

Server decided ordering two coffees and two pastries on plates didn't warrant a tray. When I asked for a tray he tried to hand it to me whilst I was holding two cups of coffee! Noticed this consideration and attitude in a few Starbucks! Icing on this particular cake...they are not dog friendly! The coffee and pastries were to the usual standard. Unfortunately the service was also to the usual standard!

Watery Americans not made correctly - expresso shot in cup and topped up with water from boiler. Water should be in cup first!!!!. Latte tasted bitter.

Your service needs to go to Greece for barista training ASAP. Your air conditioning working even is the temperature outside is only 14 degrees. Your food is plastic. Next time you plan a trip go to ANY coffee shop to see how a hospitality works

My favourite Starbucks! Drinks are always made perfectly, the staff are all really friendly, i mostly use the drive-thru as i have a toddler and the staff are so nice that even my little boy likes to say hi! Louis is often working when i visit and always has service with a smile and i leave feeling happy 😃 Spotlessly clean inside also! Thanks guys 👍🏽

Really chilled and relaxed Starbucks don't get many of these gems anymore. We escaped from our Hamilton one which is packed and horrible to this remote one and we enjoyed every part of it the strawberry waffle frappucino is 👌

Visit Starbucks @ Rutherglen Dalmarnock Road regularly. Cafe is always kept clean & tidy, and drinks are always made to a high standard. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ethan who is always very friendly & chatty :-) Would highly recommend.

Come into the Dalmarnock Road Starbucks often when out walking. Plenty choice of food and drink. Good background music as well. Clean and tidy with pleasant friendly staff. Ethan always has a smile and chats with you while serving.

Why aren't dogs allowed in,especially when the one at the retail park allows them?

Not sure why you are asked if you're sitting in, or taking away, it just gets thrown in a take away cup anyway! I was sitting in and said so.

When you're having a catch up with the girls and you're asked to give new things a try for the staff. Excellent service and really yummy brownies and dragonfruit refresher!

Arrived for evening coffee after hospital visit, staff happy, chatty and efficient made my coffee to order as do not like it strong. Staff happy to oblige. Shop was immaculate actually one of cleanest Starbucks I have been to. Will be back Highly recommend :-))

I work by here so I’m here a lot. They’re attentive and always get my order right. Sometimes they’re out of things which isn’t their fault. I do think cleaning could be improved though.

Julie and Alice made the atmosphere so much fun and the drinks were incredible. Great service, great company and the store and toilets were impeccably clean. Well played to Alice for speaking sign language too, was a lovely thing to see. 10/10, would come here again.

This place never seems to get it right - there’s always a mistake with the drink order; whether that be size of drink or specific instructions. I foolishly keep giving it a second chance but it’s beyond redemption for me now. The interior is always dirty - leftover food on the floor and dirty dishes left on tables for a prolonged period of time.

Use this Starbucks literally every other day, best Starbucks I've ever been to, staff are all friendly, always have my order within minutes, and the best part they make the best frappucinos ever, tried other Starbucks but this one is my favourite by a mile.

The coffee shop was extremely dirty.Tables not cleaned.Floors and chairs filthy. Toilets not clean.Young man with glasses gave good customer service but that's the only good thing I can say about my visit.Will not be back.Does not deserve the one star.

Never get the size right. If you order small they give you medium, medium they give you large. And always the wrong price!! Never tastes the same as other Starbucks I’ve tried always tastes weaker or not made properly. Also do all Starbucks charge 5p for the cups?

Recently I went to the Dalmarnock Starbucks and was served by the barista "Kieran" who was incredibly friendly and helpful, truly a credit to the business. I will be visiting again, thanks again Kieran ❤

The staff were amazing my car broke down and they helped me push it to a car spot and gave me a free coffee. The coffee was lovely but not as nice as the staff

Stood at the counter (no other customers in queue) for 5 mins and neither of the two staff acknowledged me - not even a friendly "be with you in a minute". Instead, they continued to accept more and more drive thru orders. The staff may have been busy, but they need training in how to manage customers better. I got fed up waiting so went to Costa instead and was served immediately.

Clean, staff friendly and service very quick. Ordered two latte's and two cakes for about £11.50. Standard prices.
