I don't visit Starbucks too often but pretty sure the prices are higher at this branch was shocked to be charged £5 for a regular mocha at drive through should have got it from mcdonalds next door as it was rank, the milk or mocha mix tasted off

As a relatively new coffee shop I have cut them some slack. However, I've twice been sat the in drive thru when someone appears with a cone to block access. No notification or communication with those sat in the queue, just plonk a cone and walk away. Very annoying if you've sat there for 10 minutes already.

Every time I’ve been can’t get a simple order right! Oat milk latte one brown sugar, for hazelnut syrup. Took it back then got normal milk! Took it back again and third time still got it wrong!

I wish I could rate this branch higher. My drinks were inconsistent. My first frap tasted great was nice and icy and basically a standard frap. However, my second frap an hour later was not correct, more milky and basically no ice, but it still tasted good (I was not in the mood to have it remade) That said the main issue are the toilets, the Disabled loo was disgusting and despite reporting it, roughly an hour and a half later it was still not clean and the regular gents toilet was also dirty and did not have any loo roll, overall disappointing. I hope to be able to post a better review on my next visit.

I had a flavoured latte which was ok but not much flavour and could have been warmer. My friend had a cold brew latte. I didn't know such a thing existed but with latte in the title I would have expected more milk. Can't fault the tidiness of the interior. I know it's not the most stimulating job but the staff might at least try to be cheery and try smiling at the customers.

Tables were dirty, bins overflowing. Staff dont leave from behind the counter to tidy up. The coffee was horrible, the counter width is huge so can't hear what the staff are saying, even when leaning in. Coffee was horrible, was probably one of the worst coffees I've had

Placed an order on the app, went to store to collect. After much waiting and seeing other people that got there after me leaving with their drinks, I asked what was going on with mine, and the answer was that I needed to let them know when I arrive at the store so they can make my order. This is not how it works in other Starbucks shops and the whole point of ordering on the app is so that your order is ready and waiting for you to collect it when you get there.

Guy was friendly enough whilst ordering. Panini came 10 minutes before drinks. 1 drink missed. The reason we went instore was due to sitting in driveway for a ridiculous amount of time last couple of visits and seeing people inside get served and exit quicker. How wrong we were. Incompetent staff and not even an apology when drinks took so long and third drink wasn't supplied. Not that they will care but absolutely shocking and I will avoid in Future. Maci Ds Caramel Frappes much better anyway and my boy said Pan Au Choc better from lidl and 1/5 of price

The standard selection of food and drinks you'd expect from a Starbucks. The place is new and has a decent amount of seating and windows that let a lot of (what little Scottish light we have) in. There's dedicated parking as well which is handy and there's even a drive through for convenience.

It seems to be common that when you have 18 year olds behind retail outlet counters serving customers, that they don't give a toss about the sitting customer. Because they have no life experience. The music is on loud for them not the customer. I pay £3.50 for a coffee yet can't speak to my wife as it's so loud. The air con is on very good cold because they are warm behind the counter. (It's 12 degrees outside and raining) McDs, BK,, KFC are all the same because kids are serving. Pop music is not what I want for my coffee. coffees is what I want. Not a nightclub. So when I don't come back you understand why you've closed down? No profits. because it's not a coffee shop but a expensive inconvenience.

Arrived 8.30pm when it closes at 10pm Already everything cleared away. Only drinks. I asked what Time they close to which they confirmed 10pm. I asked why everything was cleared away one and a half hours early. I was told It’s so we can clean up. Really at 8.30pm . This is way to early. Never Happens in Hamilton Store. Also absolutely filthy. Floors not cleaned for hours at least. Poor indeed .

We were looking forward to this opening as it’s closer to home than Hamilton but after a few visits we just make the extra journey to Hamilton. The drive thru is a disaster, long waiting times and everything seems to be a hassle. The last time we went we waited 30 minutes and we’re one of 4 cars. We saw our drinks come up to the pass about 10 minutes before we got served and when we asked them about it the server was rude. We just dove away and went to Hamilton where you’ll get far superior service and warm coffee.

Cafe was dirty, we had to clear our own table and ask for it to be wiped down. Had to return more than one of our drink’s including a large hot chocolate the was only half full and mostly whipped cream. Went to order more drinks at 9.25 and was told by Johan that ‘we close at 10” when the website clearly states it should be open to 10:30 every night except Sunday. Table and chairs were stacked up round about us in preparation for closing. Absolutely no gluten free options in this store.

Went to the Motherwell store last week and it was great decided to go again today instead of traipsing all the way down to Hamilton but I was disappointed all the signs say they open at 6 but 7 has come and gone and they are still closed I get that they don’t all open so early but don’t put up a huge sign saying you open at 6 when you don’t

The pre order in the app isn't a pre order. You arrive and are expected to wait in a que only to tell them you're there before they then make your drinks. If you go to the collection counter as per the Starbucks website you're ignored and when after 10 minutes you ask for your drink you get attitude. They could learn a lot from the Costa app collection.

ordered on the app hoping it would be faster since my last few visits have taken nearly half an hour for two frappuccino’s despite it being a quiet weekday with only us in the drive thru. the drive thru was closed when we arrived so had to go inside to collect our order where we then had to wait while every customer behind us got their order before us. the supposed 5-7 minute wait time on the app turned into 25 minutes and is utterly disgusting. i have never experienced something quite like this

Not a warm, welcoming, relaxed environment- that's what I'm used to in Starbucks. Also, not dig friendly which was inconvenience as I had the dog with me, it was bitterly cold outside and never gave it a thought we wouldn't be able to sit in, heat up and enjoy a hot coffee.

First, last and only visit here. Can’t comment on the quality of coffee or the staff friendliness because of the absolute shambles that is the drive thru. Joined the queue with about 5 cars in front of us and 3 behind. After waiting 15 min of no movement at all I asked the cars behind me if they could reverse. I was going to the football and wasn’t prepared to wait potentially over an hour for a coffee. Let’s face it, Starbucks coffee is good but not worth that wait. The drive thru also has no filter lane so you’re relying on the good grace of the customers behind you to reverse. When I did, a customer behind me and one in front of me left too. Given there was about 9 cars waiting that was 33% of their custom they lost. Not sure why it was taking over 15 mins to serve one customer but I’ll not be back to find out. Gave my custom to Tim Hortons instead

So, for being a new Starbucks, it is starting out okay. The place clearly needs more staff - the staff seem nice enough, but the tables are covered in cups/plates etc. The service is slow, as the drive thru is constantly packed. I sat in for a coffee today and there were at least 4 cars at any given time, waiting for coffee. They had also ran out of cups, due to no one being able to take time away from the tills to collect the ones left on tables, so my partner ended up with his coffee in a take-out cup. Coffee was surprisingly lovely. The car park is easily accessible, and the drive thru seems wide enough as well, so no issues structurally. The signposting for here is also helpful. The inside, except the tables, has a clean vibe to it. I will be back, but maybe in a couple of weeks once they have everything sorted.

Clearly not ready to open, pathways are unfinished and there are trip hazard's everywhere. Staff are clearly asking if you are sitting in or taking away then serving everything to take away regardless. When requested they said that they have no cups or plates for sitting in. Coffee & Food were ok but the experience isn't up to Starbucks standard.
