Starbucks in North Lanarkshire

Local Starbucks and great for popping in to the drive through for a cuppa on our way past.

Most hopeless and clueless staff I have encountered, whoever manages this branch needs a good think about its employees positions…

The first visit was disastrous. Staff was rude and not helpful. I will think again twice to go back.

Great delivery driver closed my gate

Coffee always great. Shane unable to get gift cards before Christmas. Sold out!

I ordered a 2 drinks n only got one

Really poor, ordered a premium coffee and it is never right, always has something missing

Wrong order, submitted for myself to be refunded. No cream & no coffee in either mochas

Cakes put into the same bag as hot food so really you would need a straw for the brownie! And no straws for the drinks.

wrong ingredients and no straw

So disappointed. This place needs a real clean, the floors are so sticky, seats covered in crumbs, and are sticky. The tables were filthy, The young man serving had no smile, and was so quiet, it was just a mumble. No plates, or cutlery with my food, had to ask for milk as none was out, even although I asked for milk with my Americano. Sadly, I have to say that this is not a Starbucks!

Honestly I love this location not just because it's right across from my college but the staff are so nice I'm deaf and I've had one staff member sign to me which was an amazing experience and they always make it accommodating for me

Went out of my way. Wanted a particular coffee. Was told they didn't have it, wouldn't be getting it back in. It's seasonal for Autumn. This is on 25th September! And the bright neon boards busy advertising it. Great 😒

Friendly driver and on time delivery

The most expensive drink was only three quarters full, rest was foam & the iced latte with carmel was disgusting. I don’t know what they did to it but it was vile. Waste of money.

Drinks were not what we asked for

Great service this morning from Beth and Taylor. They made me the most amazing Creme brulee frapachino today. They explained how they made it and they had great knowledge on other drinks. Thanks again.

Excellent. The staff were under great pressure today with the store so busy and not enough staff working , yes the wait time was long but between drive through, cafe and just eat orders they done great and Sophie was so polite.

Only One Strawberry In My Strawberry Acai Drink, Ridiculous

first time ordering. notification that courier was on route. I didn't track. notification that courier was close. notification that order delivered.

Says on Google it closes at 10.30 on a Saturday, just turned up at 21.40 and it’s closed,,,

asked for a ham and cheese croissant got a toasties, I didn't ask for a toasties

The delivery man was very nice and chatty as he handed me my order.

20 minutes in drive though order wrong

Service was atrocious. 3 people serving at counter no queue at all but still we were kept waiting until I eventually asked why we were not being served. Staff were sullen and dismissive. Don't go there.

Despite the Starbucks ad for being dog friendly this one isn’t. Turned away from a place that had four customers. It’s insulting for franchise managers to make this decision.

There was no coffee in my frappy

When someone orders sugar free there is probably a good reason for it… like being diabetic you made my blood glucose explode and I only know because me and my husband are both diabetics…got the same type of coffee for both …his glucose stayed normal while mine exploded!!! Please be careful and discard if youmeka a mistake in the pump rather than hand it anyway to the customer not my figure I am looking out for but my health…

Disappointed after ordering the new Iced Tea Strawberry Matcha Tea Lattes as a treat. The server didn’t make them correctly but handed them to us anyway. The layer of strawberry foam wasn’t at the top as shown in the menu. A squirt of strawberry syrup had been squirted into standard Iced Matcha Green Tea Lattes so there was just a small circle of red syrup at the top where the red syrup had been dropped in. No apology was given when the drinks were handed over. The server just said that the strawberry layer was in the drink but it had sunk. It was like getting a Guinness without the head. Sloppy service which needs to be improved.

great atmosphere very fitting for the location, staff great no complaints there, food and drink impeccable- little overpriced but that is due to the chain itself. my only complaint is the toilets! the locks are hard to use and taps also apart from that extravagant

Served a lot of kids that were behind us in the queue before us. We ended up taking it away as it took a lot longer than it should have to be served, Then they didn't have any straws. so had to go buy straws from Asda in order to drink. Won't be back.

Coffee came hot and was good no spillage and great service from the delivery

As a regular user of Starbucks across the country this branch is by far the worst I’ve been to. Service on last two occasions was not just slow but non-existent as I had to chase the coffees, then the fruit toast (which came untoasted, butter wouldn’t melt!) and then the cookie for my guest. Couldn’t even say it was busy so no excuse for this. This is the branch closest to me so very disappointed.

The lid was put on a wee bit loose & almost spilled my drink in the bag when trying to take it out but apart from that everything I ordered was spot on! Great service overall! 🤍

The driver has phoned as he couldn’t find us. I told him where I am he hasn’t appeared 10 mins later when he said he could see where we were. Neither coffee has been delivered. Tried phoning the number back it’s just going to voicemail

Starbucks drive-through: convenient and efficient. The coffee? Simply brilliant.

The coffee was burst, the delivery driver said "sorry its leaking" we are not mopping coffee off of our floor, only ordered coffee because I'm disabled and struggling to do things today

I don't visit Starbucks too often but pretty sure the prices are higher at this branch was shocked to be charged £5 for a regular mocha at drive through should have got it from mcdonalds next door as it was rank, the milk or mocha mix tasted off

Drink has spilled all over bag and ruined food, almost no liquid left!!

As a relatively new coffee shop I have cut them some slack. However, I've twice been sat the in drive thru when someone appears with a cone to block access. No notification or communication with those sat in the queue, just plonk a cone and walk away. Very annoying if you've sat there for 10 minutes already.

Missing cinnamon swirl and the toffee nut frappe was like slush and warm because it was put in a bag with HOT TEA !!!!!!!!!

Every time I’ve been can’t get a simple order right! Oat milk latte one brown sugar, for hazelnut syrup. Took it back then got normal milk! Took it back again and third time still got it wrong!

Terrible terrible service. All items were missing and I had to re order which has cost me double delivery. These delivery drivers are shockingly bad. Always messing up every order tht is placed

I wish I could rate this branch higher. My drinks were inconsistent. My first frap tasted great was nice and icy and basically a standard frap. However, my second frap an hour later was not correct, more milky and basically no ice, but it still tasted good (I was not in the mood to have it remade) That said the main issue are the toilets, the Disabled loo was disgusting and despite reporting it, roughly an hour and a half later it was still not clean and the regular gents toilet was also dirty and did not have any loo roll, overall disappointing. I hope to be able to post a better review on my next visit.

Literally brain dead workers. 3rd time I’ve picked up a coffee asked for toffee nut and they give me a coffee without the syrup. Are yous morons?

I had a flavoured latte which was ok but not much flavour and could have been warmer. My friend had a cold brew latte. I didn't know such a thing existed but with latte in the title I would have expected more milk. Can't fault the tidiness of the interior. I know it's not the most stimulating job but the staff might at least try to be cheery and try smiling at the customers.

Absolutely lovely. The food is really nice and it arrived hot!

Tables were dirty, bins overflowing. Staff dont leave from behind the counter to tidy up. The coffee was horrible, the counter width is huge so can't hear what the staff are saying, even when leaning in. Coffee was horrible, was probably one of the worst coffees I've had

Great delivery time, food packaged well and separate from coffee. Never any issues ordering from here the staff are on the ball. I love the notes on the bag. Lovely food and still warm despite being a wee drive away.

I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and have been sent an iced one. I also ordered the signature breakfast sandwich and it has been toasted within an inch of its life. It’s rock hard to the point that the bacon is shattering and falling out and there is no egg in it let alone sauce it’s completely inedible.

Very little choice, coffee is awful, no atmosphere in here. Waited 20 mins for a black coffee which I couldn't drink.

Genuinely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to

Drinks are always tasty and fresh. The service is fast and friendly.

Placed an order on the app, went to store to collect. After much waiting and seeing other people that got there after me leaving with their drinks, I asked what was going on with mine, and the answer was that I needed to let them know when I arrive at the store so they can make my order. This is not how it works in other Starbucks shops and the whole point of ordering on the app is so that your order is ready and waiting for you to collect it when you get there.

Had a mixup over coffee order but was quickly sorted.

every time i’ve ordered the quality of drinks is different, never have chai or dairy alternatives available. staff are really kind! but long waiting times

Waited 10 minutes before leaving no one ahead of me in que. No one acknowledged I was waiting.

The service here was amazing. So quick and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back!
