Ordered from the app and the food never arrived

If I could give them no stars then I would. Sick of ordering food and never getting the right drinks, no dips etc and customising a couple of the items and these being ignored. Food was freezing cold as well. Never rectify the issues and it’s just a complete joke. Waste of money and won’t be ordering anymore

Sign up saying 24 hour McDonald’s but opens at 6 and closes at 12 everyday not very 24 hours is it

Order correct but not unusual for it to be wrong.

It's a McDonald's and the food is as you'd expect. I went with kids as it's conveniently close to the sport centre. They were excited about it at first but after a several visits they even started to get tired of the bland flavours. The parking is quite good and there are family spaces usually free. However, sometimes the entrance gets blocked to the parking due to the way the drive through is channelled. The table staff are nice and usually really friendly and helpful. I don't like the kids tablet stations. My kids stopped using them due to all the shared greasy finger prints on them. It looks unhygienic, they should at least have a cleaning station. Toilets reasonably clean but were lacking hand towels last time. Food - tried the mozzarella sticks. They were disappointing. Flavourless and any cheese taste drowned out by the thick starchy coating. Best option was crispy chicken wrap and I found it alright. Attempted the chicken burger but the bun was soggy and the chicken inside rather rubbery. The drinks selection is poor. The only healthy options come in tiny bottles (orange, apple juice, milk, water). All the junk drinks comes larger and have size enhancememt with the large meal deals. You pay extra for the large meal but still only get a tiny healthy option drink. Overall I'd avoid due to lack of value and choice of healthy options.

Could not use vouchers I had as there was no option to use them on the self service and couldn't wait in queue as there seemed to be a lack of staff available to serve the customers and no where to sit as school kids had finished their meal but were still sitting with friends

Phoned yiu back. But had to leave voicemail. Drink was spilt into 2 mc flurries. Thus is the second time thus has happened. Also food was cold. Time to tell drivers when someone leaves a tip of £3. Ins would expect the driver to acknowledge and food

They actually sent me chicken nuggets instead of whatI ordered I actually cant believe it. Avoid this place like the plague it is run by dolts.

I joined the queue in the drive thru (lane 2). On arrival at the speaker I was greeted by a staff member on the headset with “I will be 2 minutes”. Not the most ideal greeting to a customer who doesn’t regularly use McDonalds. When they start to take my order I’m asked in the most monotonous tone “are you using the app?” to which I replied “No”. I was then asked “what can I get you?” in quite a diminishing tone. I then proceed to read out my order, as I am reading it I notice that they have started to put the wrong items through - now I can understand if the weather was bad and they couldn’t hear very well but the weather was fine. I then corrected the staff member and said that it was a breakfast wrap and not a breakfast roll, to which there was an audible sigh as if I was the issue. I was then told “first window” to which I had to reply “I’m not finished ordering” as they had only put one meal through. After ordering I was told “first window” again in quite a cheeky tone. Eventually when I reached the second window to retrieve my order I was greeted by a manager who handed me each item individually (not in a bag). I then asked “no bag?” To which I was met with “you didn’t pay for a bag”. Maybe if the employee taking my order took their time to be polite and do their job correctly and offer me a bag I wouldn’t then have food spilling all over my car on my drive home. I am absolutely appalled at the service I received and can assure you I will not be returning to this establishment.

No drink. No sauce. Mmmm dry, sauceless food. Just what I wanted. This place very consistently forgets the sauce you choose on the menu and just eat refuse to do anything about it

Experience poor not able to get refund back straight away when delivery driver not able to deliver full order need to be more checks done at point of sale when collecting orders as this would stop mistakes happening

Time kept changing and took an hour for delivery. Delivery was cold and no dips that was ordered. Disappointing

Meal was cold by the time it got to me. They really need to do some kind of hot bag to keep our food hot or even warm.

food is always cold juice is always flat I get they have a bigh demand but if they can't keep up the quality or even deliver hot food they shouldn't be offering delivery very disappointing as I did ask for food to be fresh and pipping hot as it had been cold my last 2 orders so that's a total of 3 cold orders in a row will be avoiding for a while now

3 rd time in a row ordered food and half of it wasn't delivered when phone up about it told to come into the restaurant asked for delivery for a reason not dragging 3 unwell kids out to pick up food that should of been in the delivery in first place how can you actually miss the main thing from a meal on 3 different occasions that's just very poor service only been refunded once 2nd time disgraceful need to actually pay attention to what people order and pay for

Driver was fine but we got someone else’s order in one of the bags. We ordered 4 burgers and only got 3 and only one of them was correct. Staff at store really need to pay attention.

Every time I order from this McDonald’s there is always items missing or spoiled (undercooked or cold). They had the driver waiting at the restaurant for so long that the delivery time had to change twice. The food is prepared & packed carelessly.

The delivery guy didn’t understand or speak enough English had to phone a colleague to speak to myself I have used Just Eat a few times but I have never been asked for a four digit code before but the delivery guy couldn’t communicate with me

It came let they kept pushing back the time and when it arrived the bag was ripped open and all the food was squished inside the bag and cold I’m really not happy

Chips were awful, cold and some undercooked. hamburgers thrown in the bottom and squished. bag broke and spilled coke over my rug at front door. Forgotten sauces.

ordered fish finger happy meal for my daughter, got a hamburger happy meal. ordered a chicken nuggets one last time and got cheese bites in the bag instead of chicken nuggets. ordered a quarter pounder meal another time, received two big macs and fries. Another time the entire happy meal was missing. food often arrives cold also.

Order is wrong at least half the times I order from here, it is ridiculous.

Picked up the takeaway in good faith but found when opened that there was another order within. Really disappointed as it was cold as well. Too many just eat collections at the same time. Whoever was expecting pancakes got an egg macmuffin, so they'll be disappointed as well.

Actually disgusting. Food stale and freezing. Coke was defo either left sat there for hours or one of the staffs.. had been drunk out of and completely flat. Chips were literally stale to the point you could barely bite through. Phoned McDonald's to get a wee lass being cheeky 'did you get everything in your order anyway' was her response then when I asked.. are you kidding? - she lit hung up. Training is clearly not given here.. food standards at an all time low.. wish I had noticed the flat drank coke before I took a sip.. as a pregnant woman this is absolutely disgusting. Don't eat from here.

Majority of the items I ordered were missing, phoned up to see if they could actually send them out & got told no. I had to request a refund through JUSTEAT. Missing items - hashbrown, 2 jam muffins (not that they ever send the jam for them either), bottle of milk (I order a bottle coz they never actually give you any), bacon flatwrap, added extra sausage & egg for pancake sausage meal & that was missing & so was the pancake syrup! They always never put that in the bag.

They again didn’t provide me with a straw or sauce for my nephew. Thanks.

The food was late, and it was freezing cold on arrival, I didn’t enjoy it at all! Thankfully I have an air fryer so I was able to heat up my food but this degraded the already poor quality

my food was cold and the bottom of the bag was soaking and had ripped, this was because of the drink I had ordered burst inside the bag. Probably because the cups are paper and I don’t know if this was the drivers fault of the restaurant. The driver was spot on in delivery and seemed very nice. But the burst juice that I couldn’t even have because it was flooding my kitchen floor, is unbelievable and unacceptable.
