cold and wrong order and missing things

payed for extra sausage but I never seem to get the extra sausage lol 😆

Food was cold by the time it got to us and we weren't given any of the dips we asked for. How hard is it to just give someone what they order.

order was delivered very quickly. young delivery man was very pleasant. we were delighted with meal and grandaughter loved her happy meal. more important got a different ball and has 1 of each now🙌🙌

Terrible the cheeseburger was missing!

They always forgot something with the order and when you ask for help with your order just eat are not help at all

Once again half the food is missing and no refund is guaranteed so out of money with no food for half the family plus no money to order more. This happens all the time it's unacceptable that your constant complaints on this yet do nothing for a year

the food was stone cold and juice spilled evereywere in the bag

the food is alright just most of the time it comes cold . not really something the restaurant can help . would maybe help if drivers weren't have to pick up two to three orders and waiting in each restaurant for 10 to twenty minutes letting other orders go cold

Gave up and went to collect it myself as after 1.5 hrs there was still no driver allocated to collect the food

my burger (bbq ranch stack) had bacon and lettuce on it when i asked for it without. also my drink had no ice in it

Order was missing straws and food was ice cold. Warmest thing was the milkshake. Driver followed instructions well and was very friendly. Not impressed with food

Burger looked like Stevie Wonder had made it and it was colder than the milkshake. Binned most of it. Do yourself a favour and order a burger king.

Well the order I just put in over an hour ago was cancelled. In that hour time frame, they allowed for a courier to be selected and arrive at the restaurant. They’ve said they’ll refund but it’s not the point. The idea that they can accept and order and then not go through with it is ridiculous. Do your job.

Mediocre: food was ok, sounds petty but seriously why offer sauces with nuggets if you can never be bothered to put them in the bag for your customers. The dips are literally a major factor in the taste experience disappointing

I totally said 15-30 mins delivery. Took 45 mins. was at "preparing your order, courier at restaurant" for 30 mins if that. food is freezing cold

Food was freezing as if it had been lying for ages then when arrived no chips and this was being delivered to a child with additional needs and doesn’t understand why things are missing so now have a child sobbing due to no chips and keeping this in mind it was only a happy meal and a burger nothing fancy nothing extra just a simple order

Always forgot half your order but this time it takes the cake with the incompetence. Ordered a wrap with no cucumbers and a wrap with only cucumbers shows up nothing else on it, who do they have working there? Is reading an order really this hard?

found app easy to use order turned up 10mins earlier than expected. Delivery drive very pleasant.

Smashed each bag about like a tennis ball. Drinks were upside down and watched as the delivery driver went to hand me them and they instead poured out infront of me, through the bag. Food was inedible as it was soaked with said drinks.

Just eat driver, friendly 5 star, but order was wrong again but that's McDonald's staffs fault again and not the driver

unfortunately the drinks were knocked over in the bag and was everywhere but driver has offered to pick up two more which was very kind of them.
