McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

Didn't get what I ordered it was freezing cold & delivery guy... ARROGANT SHAME ON YOU!

After less 30 minute, my order missing 4 bags chips

More than half my order is missing from the delivery. 2 Happy Meals arrived but 4 burgers and a portion of chips did not arrive. How can so many items be missing from the delivery?

Took longer than normal to deliver. Missing a frozen lemonade and there’s no biscoff topping on one of the McFlurrys

Absolutely shocking how the shop can send drivers out to peoples doors without their order and hand them 3 juices 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ because of this tonight it cost me nearly £20 for 1 happy meal!! Absolute joke tbh

I have ordered from this McDonald's multiple times, they can never get and order right I am missing one big Mac burger again,

Good was absolutely feeezing and half of it missing

we did not get 3 flurry and fruit shoot and 2 strawberry shake and 1 banana shake

Learn to get your app orders right man smh order a plain mcspicy and yous put extra cheese on it and got a mean with no chips and no drink came it's absolutely shocking

Received on time, exactly meals were yummy

Excellent the courier was spot on & so polite

The milkshake was all over the bag. No lid on it. One of my children missed out because it was not able to be salvaged

didn't get what I wanted I asked for no dill pickle and I got this flung together also asked for apple slices and got chips want refunded

I literally go here every morning just before 0600 when I'm working in the office (around 2 times a week).They're generally great but occasionally they're a lot slower than other times at the drive through and I'm worried about getting to work on time. I'm glad to say that it was 3- 4 mins from order to leaving the car park this morning. When it works it works !!

ordered the Minecraft collectibe eddition and never received the sauces or the collectibles

I made the order between 07:20 and 07:30, and requested delivery at 08:35. the order finally turned up at 09:12. I was wanting food for my first tea break at 9 o'clock, but now I have to wait until 12:30 to eat a cold breakfast. very disappointed.

Honestly how fecking hard is it. No sauces, no straws.

I paid for 2 Minecraft chicken nugget meals a Minecraft big mac meal and received 1 medium chip instead of 3!! We also had zero Minecraft toys which we paid for. McDonalds do better for your paying customers!!

Fantastic experience. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous! The food was perfect temperature and in great condition.

Our order wasn’t delivered my boyfriend try to wave the car dow and it drove away it was also more than hour after we had already ordered it

Waited nearly two hours for my order and when it arrived it was wrong! Ridiculous time to wait for a McDonalds, apparently due to no drivers…driver said there were plenty!?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered it and selected it to be here at 1.00pm but it was 15 mins late and I only get my lunch break starting from 1-1.30. I am not happy about this now

ordered Minecraft Meal with a Toy and of course there is no Toy .there is no straw either. unfortunately every single time when I ordered from you , something is missing, I understand busy , I'm working for restaurants my whole life , but you guys should change take away person , or give them proper training, to check orders twice before send it away .

ordered 2 dips with my order. one included with chicken suggests. other paid for. Not ideal!

only problem was no forks knifes or straws and there was so syrup for the pancakes everything else was great.

Staff are the worst with completing a delivery order they ALWAYS forget something. Order… pancake with syrup did the syrup arrive with pancakes?.. I know it’s just syrup but it completes the order.. and it’s always every order that something is missed… rant over lol
