Starbucks in South Lanarkshire

Great service food selection was great but pricey and busy as always but waited for only a minute or two for service thanks.

It was very busy when I was there. I ordered with the mobile APP. Someone had taken my drink, when I asked if my drink was on the way, the barista said he remembered making it and someone had taken it. They made it again very quickly and the drink was exactly what I wanted. They were all very friendly.

Was mobbed so didn't get the atmosphere I was looking for. Not relaxing at all

As Starbucks go, this place is top notch. There are lots and lots of seating. Is very well laid out. We found the atmosphere really enjoyable. Lots of people sitting about catching up life. We both had a hot chocolate, which we would give a 7/10. We’ve been here a few times and would recommend, but don’t all go when we are there otherwise we won’t get a seat!!

Used drive thru at 6:30am do can't really comment on atmosphere. The rest is great. There's aren't many 24hr Starbucks so I love this one. 😆.

Young girl behind the counter was openly rude to the customer in front of me saying ' you just told me....' With a tone. Manners cost nothing. Service was really slow and my chocolate twist was stale. I won't be back. Oh yes, and despite the fact that we said we were sitting in, we received takeaway cups and packaging.

I drink ice white mocha and can honestly say this Starbucks is the only one locally that seems to nail it every time. The other Hamilton one is touch & go and god forbid if I have to go to that heap in Motherwell that's just an absolute guarantee to be garbage.

worst place everrr! gave me the wrong order went round to change it gave me wrong order againnnn!!!!!! and then huffed and puffed about it then never even gave me a straw poor poor poor lid wasnt on properly and spilled all over my friends clean car she spent hours cleaning in and out. and they gave her a cakepop that wasnt even on the stick so it landed on her floor

Asked for extra hot coffee, what I got was certainly not extra hot.

Yet again the staff are either not listening correctly to the customer order or not checking the orders being handed out at the window of drive thro. Consistently getting the wrong one 😡 despite being a regular who asks for the same drink all the time. I hate syrups 🤮 I just want the my normal latte!

Usual Starbucks selection. This one is really busy, though, and noisy too. It's convenient if coming off the motorway though.

This branch consistently cannot get the Creme brulee topping right. The mix is way too thin and just goes through the drink instead of staying on top like it meant to. It makes the coffee taste of pretty much nothing - literally tastes like a splash of milk instead of the tasty foam you get in other branches. I wish the staff who makes it could match the marketing posters. Not everyone can afford a treat like that all the time so it’s especially disappointing when the drink that’s close to five pounds is executed so poorly.

Good coffee, musics decent, Lorraine’s the best barista in the whole gaff. What a woman.

Very Nice and Cool Starbucks Branch. Its one the best. The Most Beautiful thing is the staff. Awesome staff making coffee and keeping the place clean. Well Done.

The busiest Starbucks I have been in, 🤣

Hot chocolate was absolutely brutal. Tasted like look warm water with a sprinkle of chocolate powder in it. That’s a few times I’ve ordered one and it’s always been awful. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Great Starbucks but my friend and I each got hit with a £100 parking fine for spending too long eating and drinking….totally unaware that there was a time limit while parked in the confines of the Starbucks parking area! Not happy!!!!!!

Had a soya latte and cheese and tomato toasties which were very good 👍, friendly staff and atmosphere

I get so overwhelmed with the number of choices in here, and it didn't help that my first three orders were out of stock. Then had to wait an age until the cakes my friend and I ordered were given to us, despite the fact the place was more quiet than usual. Not impressed with the (lack of) service.

Drove through the drive thru today. At first window, I placed my order, the girl took my order, but failed to mention that they have run out of large cups. If she mentioned that I would’ve ordered something else. But she never. I figure this all out once I get to the second window. The girl hands me a small cup of my order even though I ordered a large. She then tells me that they have run out of large cups. I asked her that she could have told me this at the first window. She then shouts over to a girl called Ruth, who supposedly took my order, and that she is forgetting to mention to customers that they have ran out of large cups. So I wasn’t the only one this has probably happened to today. But I don’t think the staff actually communication within each other. I don’t normally write reviews, but this has just been one of the worst services I’ve had(especially on my birthday)

Nice place to hang out and have some time spent

Service was excellent, and the staff were extremely efficient, served quickly, quality was very good, prices are compatible with other places, so it is what it is, as I say you pay extra for good quality coffee, so far enough. Nice and spacious with adequate comfortable seating.

Always a pain to get in and out of the industrial estate and parking can be a pain, other than that it's a usual Starbucks. Be lucky to get a seat most times aswell

Quintessential Starbucks. We got a few white hot chocolates and a pup cup and it was all extremely tasty and served in less than 5 minutes. A great pit stop on our big Sunday walk.

The place is absolutely disgusting as the floors and some table plus where the self service sugar and spoons table is filled with dirty cups and napkins. There manager should be ashamed of there self with the state of the place for cleanliness

The queue was too long, they should call the names in a speaker, instead of letting the customers stand in a big line

there are many girls who work there with only attendance. they have no idea what an order is. if you ask them something they look at each other as if you are asking them about the history of a foreign country. the local manager should go and sit among them and wake them up to reality

Horrendous. I called them up asking a simple question, “hey, do you guys do any Christmas drinks” and the rude disrespectful worker hung up on me. I will not be buying from this place again ever again!!!!!!

Come here quite alot drive through is good no issues however I'd say 3 out of the last 5 times I've went into the shop they have got my order wrong most recently ordered two large lattes waited almost half an hour and ended up leaving with to medium and a voucher for one free coffee for my inconvenience.

Don't seem to be able to get the same drink twice from this Starbucks, despite always ordering a Caramel Macchiato. No syrup, burnt milk, no caramel or extra shots in my coffee instead of my partners. Feels like I can't win!

I was served today at the drive thru by Lewis & Honey and wanted to leave my thanks for their wonderful customer service. They were both so polite and friendly!!

Workers worship at the alter of the drive-through. Que is always unbearably long while some1 orders a pumpkin spice Smackacino. So, head inside. That'll work wont it? Nope, take ur order and £ then almost forget u exist, just until the car u seen infront of u as u pulled in has been served. Complete ballache

ordered a middle size matcha green tea latte about 10mins ago, cost £5.05, feels funny (so light)when I took it over, opened it in the office, there only half cup!!! £5.05 for half cup of latte. Thanks

Service is terrible. My order sat for 5 minutes on counter without name being called. People in service area running around as if they were on fire, without actually doing anything.

- A nice branch of Starbucks with quite a range of food and products. - Some staff were very friendly but some seemed busy with chatting. - Wanted to have my drinks in ceramic cup/mug but got it in a takeaway paper cup. Other than that, it was great. - Spacious branch so it is nice to chill out here.

I ordered via Deliveroo and the order came quickly and everything was delicious! They have left me a sweet note which said that they ran out of orange juice and instead packed me an apple juice, however I didn't see the note on time and complained on deliveroo that I received a wrong item:( not sure how else to get in touch with the shop, so I am apologising here for my actions!!

Very busy branch. Had to wait a fair while to get served, then get the coffee. Table wasn't cleaned, waited a while before anyone came. The staff were doing their best and they were friendly. It was a lovely day and everywhere was busy, a couple extra staff would have improved service 👍

I enjoy going to Starbucks for a Latte,the staff are very good 👍 and it has a nice atmosphere, even though there is another well known coffee company 2 minutes from my house I travel 5 miles to get to Starbucks.

Visited this afternoon & I was shocked with the appearance of the cafe. Several of the chairs had torn material and the whole place was needing cleared up. Empty tables were strewn with dirty cups etc. Products were great as usual but the premises was appalling 😔

Starbucks was wonderful when I sat in with my partner they didn't judge the fact me and my partner are both Transgender gay men and supported us which I thought was amazing and if I was asked by anyone else in my community where a supportive coffee place is I would have to say Starbucks.

Drinks and cakes were great. Place was a bit of a mess but it was a busy Saturday afternoon to be fair.

I went round the drive thru last night and was served by a girl called Sara who was extremely rude and patronising and made me feel like a total inconvenience. Not only that, but my drink was made with soya milk instead of almond milk, which I am allergic to. Luckily I only had a small sip which I spat back out but after the poor customer service I received the first time I did not feel comfortable going back to ask it to be fixed. Money wasted and will not be back.

Love that this Starbucks is 24hr it means after a long day of looking after kids I can still have a coffee that’s made for me and meet up with friends to have a catch up.

Favourite Starbucks, staff are always very friendly. Have a local Starbucks but would rather travel to this one.

*Update* moved but still get my special treat from here every now and then tbh I need to order a new reusable cup for my hot coffee as my one from almost a year ago needs replaced but great store and staff. I get my Starbucks fix from the Hamilton branch and they are amazing I get my coffee delivered by just eat or deliveroo depending on what one shows the store as open and I love the wee smiles on my coffee bags just makes my day. I don't get out and about much due to my asthma and sciatica so this is my lil treat and the reusable coffee cups are the best!!!! Honestly 5 🌟 and can't forget that the kids love the cream (no coffee) frappe as well as cakes

It's just business as usual when it comes to the coffee. Enjoyable. The atmosphere only got 3 stars because it was really quiet but its an aesthetically pleasing place. Staff were very friendly.

Got frappuccino just now. The service was really bad the employee was rude. The drink was not nice at all. We usually like Starbucks and order the same drinks. This time it was just ice and whipped cream. Not worth the price.

Just paid £3 for a brownie bite and it was so small you’d need a pair of tweezers to eat it. Cheers Starbucks Hamilton, sons crying now 👍

We are regular visitors to this branch in the evenings, customer service varies each time however I would like to give a special mention to Sarah who always goes above and beyond.
