Ellie served us this evening and she was a true diamond. Went out her way to speak to my little girl, offering her alternative drinks and newbies! Asked if she would like her croissant heated, going the extra mile when she didn’t have to! Very good experience and will certainly pass by next time we’re on the road. Thank you so much for making my girl feel welcomed and important when she was feeling a little poorly :) you will go far Ellie

i like starbucks the iced coffees are my favourite, however the past 3 times i have been iv been left disappointed. on the website they advertise a certain flavoured drink - i went and asked for it at the drive through (forfar) and was told it wouldnt be out till next week, cool thats fine. went back twice since then (same location and different) and they never have it - asked today and the girl clearly had no clue if/when it was ever coming out? hahaha this has happened to me a couple times with starbucks - they advertise a drink everywhere on the site/boards and never have it in scotland. really annoying

Words fail me - the food was fine but the service awful, lacked interest, training and warmth. Paid £30 for two for lunch to eat in. Asked for a plate and was told they were all out, so had to eat out of a paper bag, everything served in dribs and drabs, other customers left speechless when asking for a plate, told no, then a tray, told they weren’t allowed to give out trays due to health and safety! On selecting a table we saw endless tables not cleared, perhaps if they did this they would have enough plates. It wasn’t busy, 4 staff on and only 3 in the queue! Drive through was being ignored. Starbucks I thought had standards - they need to check this branch out it’s giving your brand a bad name!

absolutely horrendous 'pigs under blanket roll' as someone who is allergic to tomato ketchup, i didnt even ask for it and they gave me it without stating. i am now having a flare up in my car this is ridiculous i will not be returning.

Having ordered coffee to take away I was informed I had to pay 5p to take the cup out of the restaurant. After I paid I then waited 20 minutes to try to get my coffee to no avail. I then requested a refund to be told no one knew how to do a refund but I could get a voucher to get a coffee elsewhere, no Starbucks near me. Waited on coffee but when I took it away it was disgusting and had to be binned.

The rare times they do mess something up with my order it's quickly fixed, and they actually come to the right address the vast majority of the time unlike some places who will just leave with my food when they can't find it. Extremely pricey but that's on Dominos rather than this specific branch and the food is always worth it as it's so good and I've only ever rarely not enjoyed it. I do live close to the place, though, so I could be biased.

I reviewed here a few years ago, so time to try again. Nice staff and reasonable prices. A chicken chow mien and a lemon chicken. The lemon chicken was nice and very lemony. The chow mien was a bit tasteless and a bit devoid of chicken. I’m in two minds about here, so just a 3 stars.

I’m regular costumer of your brunch in arbroath mainly. Just wanted to share my story from yesterday and your managing staff behavior. Ordered meal for all family yesterday afternoon through Uber our delivery was fine but there was wrap missing for my son. So called arbroath mc Donald lady manager answers the phone I explained situation and before I managed ask what’s the options she rudely said “is nothing to do with me ask Uber for refund “ and hang up on me. So I get in my car get to mc Donald spoke with other manager she said at least sorry and passed me wrap what was forgotten to put in my bag and was stone cold. I working myself as manager in hospitality event industry and just wondering how do you train your staff? On our side is always “ our costumes our gods “ no matter what they want because we are paid from the money they spending. That manager lady in arbroath wasn’t only rude but her behavior was absolutely disgusting and instead saying at least sorry and try to solve the matter with me she ended phone call without word. That kind of person should work on factory line or somewhere where she not dealing with the customers because people as her damaging your reputation.
