Asked for collection of 6.10 and partner was still waiting for food at 6.35

Got text saying driver was on way 20 mins after delivery actually due. Waiting in front room with our 2 dogs. No one appeared and after an hour shop said they had lost our slip but driver was on way. 10 mins later went out front to see a soffy delivery lying outside. Driver claimed he knocked on window.... Must have been invisible man... Dogs never even barked and we were sitting right at window. Total joke of a company. Shame as had used them before and altho always late food was usually ok

The a bunch of idiots who shouldn't own a business keep me waiting 3 and a half hours for my delivery apparently they wrote address down wrong and didn't even want to send it out till we argued on phone never order from here

Food is banging 👌 the chef is grumpy but im sure it's because he fancies me 😘 the delivery driver hasn't washed since the last time it rained 🤣 but good food

After 90 mins the pizza came freezing cold. I’m waiting on a reorder. There’s so many places in Forfar, I’d avoid if possible. I live less than a mile from the takeaway.

2 hrs late, not what I asked for, popcorn chicken was nuggets, garlic bread was cheesy garlic bread and burnt, food is cold

just got threw the 20.00 curry deal chicken Rogan josh chicken korma rice chips garlic naan pakora and it was absolutely amazing flavours galore busting out defo giving a 10/10 smashed it out of the park 💯🥳🥳🥳

Really good food and for people that say that their food arrived late just order in person not really that hard ngl

One of my orders was wrong so they doubled up on chips tried to contact but by the time I did it was closed.

Food took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered Note requesting sauce separate from the food was ignored Driver should have asked for an extra £2.50 for delivery but didn't agree with doing so - ADVERTISE THE CORRECT DELIVERY PRICE

2 items missing from order and the veg had a strong vinegar taste

Burger didn't have any sauce and the salad was slimey. Peri peri chips have gone downhill too. Don't think I'll be ordering again any time soon!

Idk why but curry was nothing but a tub of spicy oil with tikka in it. since I'm spending enough money, I am hesitant to order any more from takeaways. The driver always delivers open, late or damaged food and it appears works for other local takeaway Istanbul too might not be the company but guy who delivers damaging food.

Ordered at 7:44, due to be delivered between 8:25&8:45, messaged just eat at 9, they said there was a delay and would be here 9:15. Still hadn’t arrived. Phoned the restaurant at 9:30 to ask where it was, said had left and was on way, that they didn’t have usual delivery driver tonight and had to phone a friend. Delivery arrived at 9:45, by their usual delivery driver, so manager lied to me on phone. Opened food for it all to be cold, chips completely inedible and managed to get the drinks wein

Ordered their house special kebab. Turned up after 2hrs with no nan, no sauce and no salad - just a tray of cold meat. Shocking!! Won't be back !!

I asked for no salad in my kebab and there was loads of it not happy and when I got it it wasn’t a large and it was freezing

Was 30 mins late and missing chicken pakora. Phoned up and said the driver will get it out to me and never did.

Delivery driver drove too fast up our street and upset a neighbour by his erratic driviing

phoned shop after being 10 minutes late said was on way i live 5 minute drive from shop and took another 30 minutes to arrive it arrived cold so half went in bin

Ordered our family meal at 18:30 arrived around 9 o'clock after three phone calls. Missing items from the order. I recommend having numerous drivers working over the weekend to avoid this happening. We are new to forfar and this was our first meal in our new house and I can promise I won't be dining here again.

Food is excellent. Collection time 20.25 but food not ready until 20.50

Absolutely love this place. I ordered the jacket potato with chicken curry but got rice, don’t even care it was delish!!! Didn’t get my can of coke either. But I’ll not grudge, I’ll just ask for a free one next time I order cause there will be plenty more orders from me. The food here is just mint!!

Ordered a veggie curry, received lamb. Ordered peshwari naan, received garlic. Ordered poppadoms and a mint yoghurt for them, received just the mint yoghurt and am still waiting for a refund. No sympathy when I called originally. AVOID.

Asked for a chicken Tikka kebab & received donner in it,which I don't like,so ended up with just a few bits of chicken 😞

The lettuce had a strange taste and the burger was slightly burnt on the outside but other than that was good

I was not impressed with the food when it arrived, the pizza I had ordered arrived cold and burnt on the bottom, and the curry I always order was very bland and the chicken going through it was black. I will not be returning here. Absolutely disgusting

Cold food, driver was useless at following instructions. Not what we're used to with Sher Khan. Very disappointed.

Have had food from here a few times and all good except tonight everything was so dry it was not edible tasted and looked like reheats from last night. Donner meat had threads in it would guess from cuff of a shirt very very disappointed 😞

Called at 21:00 to be told that the order had left 20mins ago (so 20mins AFTER it was meant to be at my house) and delivery would be in 10mins. Delivery driver called 21:15 as lost, asked 4 times if they were using the postcode as it takes you direct to the house - they said yes - then phoned back 10 mins later and asks for the postcode??! Nearly 2.5hrs after ordering we received the food, majority was alright but cold so had to be reheated, and the chips, garlic mayo and chilli sauce were all missing. Only charged us £25 which then became £20 as the driver didn't have any cash or change (I did write a note advising that I had £40 cash for a £30.90 order)

Carrot cake was stale waffles over cooked and not worth £4.95 at all

Delivery was due 18:30/ 18:50. Called restaurant at 19:00 the person who answered really couldn't be bothered and didn't help just said it would arrive. Then got text saying 19:30, at 19:40 I called again got better person who apologised and said driver wasn't far away. 10min later driver finally called saying she was just pulling into campsite but then proceeded to hand it to another customer onsite and we had to go get our food from other camper when she realised wasn't even her order. Not impressed with delivery time or driver but food surprisingly was still hot and nice, definitely hadn't been in delivery vehicle over 1hr so think either new order sent or it never went to driver when stated on tracking

Really good quality food, comes piping hot. Delivery person polite, courtesy and smiling what more can you ask for

mixed pakoras and dips were exactly right and the curry I ordered, the chicken was cooked pretty perfectly and tasted great, I will order again.

Waited delivery more than hour. Box with kebab was broked and all sauce get in the bag. Lettuce was O.O.D. and wafels was so dry as they stayed few days without packing. Ordered first and last time.

Absolutely Disgusting after waiting 1hour on a week day, i ordered a tower burger and had to pay extra for the stuff that was ment to be on it anyway, the chicken was like cardboard and the rest of the ingredients were the same also ordered waffles and they were not fresh seemed strore bought and dryer than Sahara don't order from here if you like your taste buds I don't recommend

Had high hopes for this place as under new management. When order came it was cold and there was no salad or sauce even though it said it came with it so order wasn't what I expected

Ordered Bannoffee waffle, waffle came syrup and ice cream. No banana or toffee sauce will not be returning.

Don't know what happened tonight but was seriously disappointed. On a Sunday night I had to wait an hour and a half for my order to be delivered. Ordered at 5.40, called at 6.55 to find out what was happening was told it was on its way and finally arrived at 7.15 cold. Ordered a Dundonia pizza but received a dunkin pizza cold. My daughter ordered chicken korma and she couldn't eat it as she said it didn't taste the same as usual, the sauce was too runny. Extremely disappointed

Really bad service, do not get a delivery from this place. Food wasn't great as I had to heat it up. Waited Nearly 2hr for food only 1 delivery driver. They should have turned delivery off to catch up

Terrible! Ordered one of their set menus - when delivered, items were missing. We contacted them directly and they advised us they no longer stocked these items. However they are still advertising on JustEat and their own website. They tried to blame JustEat but it was just an excuse. No offer of alternatives or compensation. Waste of money. I would avoid this place.

I've ordered from Sher Khan a few times and it's always excellent. Really delicious, fairly priced food which arrives on time. I've ordered different things and it's all very tasty. Nothing bad to say as of yet. Thanks for some great food, guys! Edit: tonight's order was almost cold, and we didn't receive the dips with the burger meal which was disappointing as they're so delicious. A bit gutted! It's no hard to chuck 2 pots of dip in! The phone order was a faff too. Better off ordering online, I think. Such a shame.

The food was awful. I ordered a chicken tikka masala and the chicken was chewy and the sauce was like a bhuna. Not what I ordered. The other meal ordered was cold and they forgot to pack the naan only noticed this when got home. Not impressed and won’t b using them again. Most of our meal went in bin. Waste of hard earned money!!

Poor service poor food dont waste your money phoned order in arrive 25 minutes after phoning hadn't even started cooking it so had to wait a further 20 minutes got home to discover paet off order was missing .. most off food ended up in the bin ..

Terrible service I order food they took payment then didn’t turn up then so unprofessionally didn’t even bother to answer the phone again to me. Basically thief’s stole money from my bank and didn’t even deliver any food. Disgusted

Probably my favourite pizza shop in Forfar but lately toppings seem to be getting smaller last few times and this is a shame , Lets just hope they get there finger out before we find a new favourite

First order was great, delivery was quick and the food was very good..downhill after that, there is no consistency, portion sizes differ, sometimes you get normal chips,the next time you get skinny chips, ordered a chicken kebab with salad..barely any salad on it so it was swimming in sauce, donner kebab had sweet corn on it ??? Beginning to wonder if the owners have any experience in the takeaway business! Such a let down.

Ordered 5 times now everything has been fresh hot and 4/5 arrived early. Son loves the food it’s not often we agree on same takeaway to order from

Took 2 hours to arrive on a thursday night, had to phone numerous times to find out where it was, Chips and nachos were cold and soggy not nice to eat at all. Definitely won’t order again
