I think it was on time. However over an hour for deluvery is a bit poor, also i didn't get ham on my pizza which i payed for. Overall experience, not good.

Good fish supper, good service, I had brown sauce on my fish supper, which was very sweet for me.

Collection time was longer, food was ok but not what we expected from menu! Our kebab is on a pizza base!! Presentation wasn’t the best either! disappointed is an understatement as it’s not a cheap option!

Ordered for home delivery. Took over a hour and a half. Was barely warm , and order was in complete missed out my daughters pizza who was very upset and disappointed, my pizza was horrible , used to be nice there , but definitely gone down hill

food was alright but the delivery driver must have been a ninja as we were not told it had arrived and he didn't knock or ring the bell. we discovered it 20 minutes later on the doorstep cold. but we were given another meal so worked out in the end but not ideal

Never been here before. Got a kebab and chips separate. The kebab was freezing 🤬 had to reheat everything. Didnt taste good either. Only went 4 streets away from shop and had car. Won't be back again.........

Food was disgusting, the fish was stinking, batter was stodgy and not edible. Worst food ever. But noted that you took my money no problem, yet not a single response to my complaint.

Great choice of menu, really really big choice. Always hot and crispy chips. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely appalling service waited over 2 hours for a mock chop supper for it to be stone cold won’t be ordering again!

I placed my order at 5.30pm and was given an estimated arrival of 6.40pm-7pm. My order didn't arrive by this time. I called the shop at 7.15pm and they said my order was next to leave the shop. I feel waiting more than 2 hours for an order of 2 hotdogs and a chips and curry sauce is massively excessive. My advice would be for to stop taking orders if you cannot possibly get them out on the expected hour and 30 minute delivery time that you set yourselves. Delivery arrived at 7.30pm and food was surprisingly warm. Still not impressed!

Avoid this place at all costs. Surly bloke serving. Took a long time. Food tasteless. Cash only and when I paid £10 for my £8.50 meal, the bloke "forgot" my change which I had to remind him to hand over to me. Saffron it is not. Again, avoid at all costs.

Driving through Arbroath on way home, popped in for fish and chips. Probably the best fish and chips I’ve had for some time. Keep it up

Our first visit, menu has so much to offer. Hubby had black pudding supper, I had a doner kebab and the dog had a battered sausage. All cooked fresh, really good and hot, big portions. 😋 Will use them again if we are in the area.

It was not as hot as it should have been, kebab was tasty but tough because it was not hot.

The food took over an hour to be delivered and was wrong. The correct order then took even longer than the original. The girl answering the phone had a terrible attitude on both occasions I called. There are so many issues for this place to sort out, but there seem to be very little desire to do so. They are happy with their terrible service as long as they can still make some profit. Very short sighted, uncaring owners and staff. One to avoid.

The nachos were really dry and there was no sauce as per stated on the item description. The chicken on top was cold, and so was the rest of the nachos too, and they tasted stale. Also, the halloumi fries were mozzarella sticks.

I ordered the chicken wrap which is so big it had to be cut in half. I ate half for dinner and the other for lunch. It was so good and you got plenty for the cost. I’ll order again definitely.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied called for a home delivery and was told it would be 25-30 minutes had to call back it took over an hour the fish and chips I ordered was disgusting the chip’s didn’t look or taste fresh and the breaded fish was rock hard and was disgusting will not be getting food from fisheracher ever again we have been customers there for years but no more I will find somewhere else to eat from

best in town always on time theyve put up with my tantrums when i think theyve got my order wrong but in reality its me who got it wrong but yet they r ever so polite and understanding only complaint i have is large donor kebab looks like a medium one but thats maybe just me who wants more and its not very hot lol but dont let that put u off try this chip shop and see for urself just how good it is

Had a munchy box, and 4 of us were proper stuffed off it. Was really tasty hot and fresh!

Good portion of fish and chips , freshly cooked and delicious, batter was perfectly crispy with tender fish , would highly recommend a try if your in the area or passing by 10/10

Service was absolutely disgusting. Called numerous times after waiting an hour and was told my order was in the way, another 30 mins passed and was told again it was on its way, to be honest the little girl who was answering the phone her attitude was terrible!!! I explained I was a bit concerned that my food would be cold, her response was awk well once it leaves our shop it basically nothing to do with us 😠 and that everyone was in the same boat!! I understand business's can be busy, I did wait over an hour before calling to find out about my order. Will not be back service is disgusting, food was cold when it arrived food was horrible aswell, didn't want to deal with the takeaway directly so I contacted just eat and received a full refund, and rightfully so.

Got no salad with my meal, website wanted extra for this. However, their own website was the same price including the salad. Phoned store about the delivery time to be told it would be another 30 minutes even though it was already 25 minutes past expected delivery. They couldn't even apologise. Delivery driver was the same.

Went in last night. Just got a bag of chips. Quite possibly the most disgusting food I have ever tasted in my life. Cips were tiny, dry, shrivelled up and absolutely horrible. Unable to taste the salt and vinegar that was asked for. Won't be back.

Over two hours wait on delivery. Had phone shop and already been told good had left. Phoned again twenty minutes later to ask where it was to be told it had just left shop. When pointed out that was what I was told twenty minutes prior just given lip. Eventually arrived but sent it back for being way too late. Avoid this shop.

we got a delivery and the chips were absolutely freezing the last 2 times we have been the whole order had been cold but thought we would give it one last shot but nope absolute freezing! gone very downhill

Rang the shop twice. Nothing offered in the way of an apology. First time told the order wasn’t ready, 20 mins after delivery due. second time, 40 mins after delivery due told it had gone out for delivery but still took another 20 mins. Not the girl on the phones fault but no indication from her that the order was going to be late, or there was a issue.

We ordered one pizza. It took an hour and a half to arrive. It tasted just fine and was still warm, but couldn't be called hot. The delivery driver left our gate, which we always keep shut, wide open.

The vendor was unable to change delivery time expected on the app. I called and they gave me an updated time. The app needs to be adaptable or the vendor should not use it when deliveries are not keeping up.

Arrived late, cold. I ordered a hoggie and it arrived as a wrap.

No salad provided yet again, it seems to be sometimes it is and sometimes it’s not even though it states salad is included. Seems to be if order on just eat there’s no salad provided but if order on their own website they provide salad

I called up to cancel after an hour and a half. Only response from them was "well its out for delivery so there will be no refund" lol. When the delivery guy did turn up (obviously they didn't bother calling him to let him know I'd cancelled) I told him I had cancelled and to just return the food. He was so apologetic and nice, couldn't fault him. He had just picked the food up moments before.

Ordered at 1819 hours. Pizza was meant to be delivered between 1845 and 1905 hours. It arrived at 1950 hours. Poor show for just a 12” Pizza order.

Pizza was undercooked, the bottom of the pizza was still soggy-like and the hot dog was on such a stale role, the hotdog was cold I really wish I took a photo but the tomato Sauce was everywhere but the hotdog too. It was like a school meal.

I didn't like Fisheracre Chip shop as the last time I tried to order online they didn't accept my new bank card and twice before that my meal was practically cold, so I went to Marcos and had no trouble with my bank card.

Very enjoyable meal with fast delivery

Gutted by this as the food from this shop is always good. However we Ordered food at 6:45 and specifically selected 8pm for delivery. Not only was this late, part of the order was missing. My partner contacted the shop and to resolve the problems we experienced this evening they said the next time we will not be charged for a meal. I hope this happens

Food arrived at earliest stated time. Delivery driver followed our delivery instructions to the letter (had to be extra careful as we both have Covid.) Pizzas were piping hot and delicious. The pot of dip for the crusts was a tasty surprise. We'll certainly order from here again as both food and delivery was first class.
