Starbucks in Dacorum

Always a good friendly visit, the whole team are worthy of praise - special mention to Suna, who is always so sweet, efficient, and remembers my order !

Coffees were both not too hot they needed to be hotter facilties were all good Toilets were also good

Friendly staff, service with a smile and a good selection of sweet and savoury dishes. Trio of Favourites cheesecake/brownie set was yummy!

My wife and I had a coffee and a cake here whilst waiting for our film. I wouldn't normally write a review for a Starbucks but the staff there were excellent particularly a young man named Mark. My wife was struggling to find her payment card and due to other things going on she started to get panicky. Mark was very accommodating and assuring and let her know there was no rush and he can simply serve someone else first if she would like more time to find her card. This was helpful and also the coffee was great!

Visited this Starbucks within Cineworld at Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead. Won’t visit again. We are not frequent visitors of Starbucks (we are now reminded why) as we were going to the cinema thought we would grab a drink on the way in to our 10am Sunday film showing. Starbucks wasn’t very busy think there were two other customers in front of us, we placed an order for a filter coffee, it took over 15minutes from placing our order to receiving the drink. On receiving the drink took it into the cinema to find when went to drink it it was luke warm, went back up to the outlet and explained the issue where they apologised and promptly poured out another coffee from the same jug and said it should be fine, funnily enough it was exactly the same as the previous cup, in the end the manager came over and sorted the situation by giving a completely different kind of coffee which was hot, like the first two should of been. Luckily we’d arrived early for our film screening otherwise we would have missed the start of the film with the length of time it took them and the to-ing and fro-ing. Wouldn’t recommend this outlet, if it can take that long to get a drink when it’s a quiet Sunday morning and it’s substandard dread to think what it’s like when it is busy and the drinks are all overpriced as well.
