Starbucks in Swansea

Fui a tomar un café aquí, me enteré unos días después de que tuve una multa de una compañía de estacionamiento privada llamada National Parking Enforcement. Las multas por estacionamiento ilegal son una cosa, pero cuando se trata de un cliente real realmente pueden ir a empacar. Hablé con alguien por teléfono a quien no le importó dos veces. Todavía no lo han pagado y enviado la carta y la transacción en el extracto de mi tarjeta de crédito a Starbucks ellos mismos, pueden ordenarlo. Evite el lugar, necesita cerrar.

We had excellent service here yesterday and our coffee and fruit toasts were very enjoyable. It was nice to see staff clearing and cleaning tables immediately customers left. Well done and keep up the good work.

Rip off merchants fine me £100 for parking for 23 mins waiting for family member. Just because I didn’t buy their overpriced coffee . Legalised robbery . Will make sure none of my family ever put a good Emmy into Starbucks pocket

Spent 2 weeks travelling back and forth to South West Wales Cancer Centre for radiation therapy. First week the kids were on half term so we stopped at red and yellow joint opposite for food. Got food and obviously, 4+5 year old spawn would not wait and the car park was slammed so we trundled opposite to park up and eat. Did not see the parking restrictions and got slapped with £100 fine for being non patrons. Will never visit either of these establishments again! Didn’t bother trying to appeal because they don’t give two sh!ts Wish I could give it zero

On 11th January arrived at 16:35:39 for a coffe/snack. Waited for my wife in the car park but she couldn't make it. So left at 16:50:05 without leaving the car. How am I so sure of the times....well the nice people have sent me a £100 parking fine as a 'Non Patron' for my 14 minutes of waiting. Thanks Starbucks, and please don't pass the back to National Parking Enforcement. I'm sure there were notices and won't waste my time appealing but certainly not very obvious from the inside of my car in the drizzle and half light of an early January tea time. I can see from previous reviews that I am not the first to get caught out. Great business model Starbucks, cost you two customers for life.

Awful, trying to fine £100 for parking here for 10 minutes - terrible experience will never use Starbucks again

Received a fine.... when I took my daughter and 6 friends out on her birthday of all days :-( and it was overruled in my appeal. The priority and safety of 7 young children did not matter to you, it was PURE GREED to line your pockets was number 1 I factor here. I appealed a parking fine and basically had a standard push print letter back from your big boys watching your car park which didn't give 2 hoots, I gave a detailed account and a full explanation why I parked there that day (38 minutes!) and it was totally disregarded.

This is a good coffee shop. The coffee was nice and enjoyable. The service was fast. And not much wait. The staff were friendly.

Had to repeat my name 3 times still got it wrong. Call the customer in front of me a very derogatory name because they misinterpreted his name repeatedly. Overpriced £3.05 for a small hot chocolate that was Luke warm verging on cold hot chocolate. Would not recommend and will not be revisiting staff unfriendly and uncooperative.

Absolutely shoddy areas floors disgustingly dirty Coffee served in cheap paper cups yet we were sitting in Coffee was also very poor ! Earl grey tea was saturated in milk

Parked for 25 mins for a coffee , had a lovely £100 fine for saying i wasn't a patron ! Wouldn't accept proof i went in to appeal the fine ! looks like its a common thing at this starbucks 100% should avoid parking here if you can what a scam!!!

As other reviewers have posted, parked in Starbucks, went to meet friend walked back to the car decided to get a drive through instead. Got fined £100 for car being parked for 30 mins, reason for issue was non patron. Well actually I was a patron ???? Appealed with evidence of my coffee receipt but was refused. Most expensive coffee I’ve ever bought. Safe to say I am no longer a customer of Starbucks.

I went to Starbucks last week (17th November) and have since received an unfair parking fine saying I wasn't a patron :(

I try my best to avoid chain coffee joints, but the rates some places charge on Uber is silly, gave in and went for Starbucks and much like the last 5 times I’ve had it. It was wrong

Stopped in the car park at Starbucks because the drive-through was rammed with cars. Thought I'd either wait until the car jam cleared or the queue inside was reduced. Neither happened. . After 20 minutes I gave up. 7 days later I get a £100pcn for being a non patron. I have been in a Starbucks almost every working day for coffee or a take-out pastry for years. I will never visit again - Well done Starbucks - I'll be returning my loyalty card and uninstalling the app. I'll be using anyone but your chain in future. Also, make the signs bigger if you're going to do this.

Will never go there again, we had to go there in An emergency as my husband is diabetic and his blood sugar was low, we parked up as we had the bikes on top on the truck and didn't want to risk the height restrictions...
