Starbucks in Dumfries & Galloway

I had a pick up and it wasn't available and that was fine! But it was at that point that the manager stepped up and sorted out the situation! She just totally stepped up without me having to say or do anything. Thank you so much your amazing customer service and keeping me being disappointed.

First time ever using this app, was amazing

Worst order I’ve had, no coffee or shortbread to eat due to be spilt

arrived by bike courier. everything was spilt and unable to consume. waiting on refund

They were closing an hour before they were supposed too, although the door remained unlocked they cleaned and put everything away to make you feel uncomfortable as they wanted to throw you out and go home

I hate when they stop service at 5:30 because they closed at 6

Lovely atmosphere with background music, clean tables/surroundings, friendly professional staff with knowledge. Highly recommend a visit for anyone.

Waited a solid 2hrs for it to arrive just for it to come on its side with a good amount tipped out

Wrong drinks! Sent two of the same one

Ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini and received a croissant

Store called to advise no toastie as and oat milk as ordered available. Agreed to take croissant and soya instead. Order arrived, and medium instead of large drink sent. Really disappointed as usually no complaints.

delivery woman was rude and my coffee was everywhere in the bag causing a soggy panini!

Been a few months since I last visited here dirty disabled toilet doesn't work and staff don't give a f---.

Sent me wrong egg bites, ordered veggie ones and sent me meat so I can’t eat them. Delivery driver left my order outside at the wrong address and when called was told ‘can’t help you place another order’ sent complete wrong order last time and time before that items missing. Won’t order again

Tables outside so very handy to grab and coffee sit outside with my dog and enjoy. A very kind staff member today offered my cockapoo his first pupcup and he enjoyed it. A kind gesture as I wasn't aware you could get a pupcup so thumbs up from me my sister and cockapoo Alfie to the kind staff member whose name I didn't get unfortunately. Long hair tied back from face. Starbucks high St dumfries lucky to have you. Well done.

Golden caramel white hot chocolate and chocolate twist were both good.

Starbucks Dumfries always goes above and beyond with any order! Great coffees and good selection of food. Highly recommended.

Don't normally do reviews but really annoyed me. I went in to Starbucks stood at th counter for 15 minutes with no one in the queue and was like they were trying there best not to serve me and I walked out

Really good customer service - they had tried to phone as something was out of stock and I hadn’t seen the call - so they substituted the items and left a lovely note to explain. Such a simple thing but makes a difference!

Absolutely terrible we ordered 9 items and they only had coffee get a grip mun

The coffee is great but me and my friends got banned for something we didn’t do at this location with no proof, we where accused of graffitiing on the tables even though it wasn’t us and they didn’t listen to us saying it wasn’t us

I don’t know why it’s so hard to put the right items in the bag, there’s always something missing or they send the wrong stuff

Relaxed, chilled out atmosphere in a good way Staff always looking in a good place and coffee is served quickly Good be a little faster though BUT maybe it's just me being impatient cos of the coffee addiction 😅

Seems like a great place to work brilliant work environment. Staff are always lovely and kind. Never once had a bad experience or a bad coffee.

Wonderfully patient people. Have helped me a few times. Only problem is the disabled toilet lock is broken.

Pretty average Starbucks. Accessible toilets were a disgrace- lock broken, tap missing lever and no soap in dispenser. I had a coffee (ok) and a banana, caramel muffin which was very dry.

Driver only delivered one drink so had to drive to them up myself

Attended due to visiting UCI championships. Surprised at the late opening time of 08:00. When opened the store wasn't ready, pastry section empty. Toilet had a broken door lock.

Disabled customers will find the only downsides toilet has a broken lock, a door handle that falls off when pulled to close the door and a tap with a missing handle. Clearly disabled customers don’t matter to Starbucks here. Staff friendly and coffee okay but overpriced.

This stores abit run down but team were super friendly and coffee was great. Also very clean and lots of seating space 😊

Delivery was super quick, but the sausage baps that we ordered hadn’t even been cooked at the location which is really bizarre. Had just taken them straight off the shelve and then delivered to us. Had to cook them in the microwave at home which made them a little bit soggy and not as nice when toasted at Starbucks itself like they usually do. Strange decision indeed. Coffee was lovely as usual tho.

Ordered caramel macchiato and non of the drinks have even a hint of caramel in them. Also I went for grande & the 3 cups were 3/4 filled. Unsure why I bothered to pay more for grande

Coffee absolutely disgusting, never tasted anything like it.

Ordered at 2.30 and still nothing by 3.30 had to go to the shop to collect the order myself very poor service from just eats however staff at Starbucks were amazing

Order from Starbucks nearly every week and get the wrong order EVERY week, not sure if I’ll ever learn!!! Paid for cream, didn’t get cream, on notes asked for cookie pieces on top as I always do and get when in store, never got those as there wasnt cream in it.. don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Also have pictures if needed.

Don’t think Starbucks know what a blender is to blend the ice up. Carmel frappe was just more solid ice than anything else no taste to it apart from “water” nothing “blended” about it.

I had a black expresso which was very strong but drank most of it ,Atmosphere was alright 👍

First time ordering and won’t order again, ordered at 10 past 9, then got a call from the delivery driver at 10:25 to ask if the order had been cancelled because the staff were confused… nothing to say cancelled on my side just times kept changing over and over, drinks arrived with ice fully melted and drinks tasted watered down due to ice being melted, obviously been delivered the drinks that were made at time of order almost 2 hours later, as a former Starbucks manager I am deeply saddened by this service.

Did not get what we ordered. Ordered trio of cakes and got sent a bag of mixed nuts.

Wrong food delivered, only the drinks were right, ended up with 4 bacons rolls when allergic to bacon

Amazing as always! I’m in almost every day now, the staff are always attentive and make my drink exactly how I like it without me needing to ask! It’s nice to know the staff care enough to remember my order🤩

The staff are lovely they are really nice and they are polite to their customers neve road an issue in Starbucks their food is nice. The atmosphere is also really good. I highly recommend this.

Came in for a coffee today as the weather is terrible, Shannon the girl at the till was every welcoming and extremely chatty which is exactly what I needed today.

The two girls working last week were amazing! It was so busy and close to closing time but they were still so helpful and made sure we all had great service. They even had some cheeky samples for us at the end of the bar while we waited for our coffees! Amazing!😍😍 love coming here with my friends for a catch up 😊

Poor quality food and coffee for a high price. No atmosphere.

Not for the first time I was served a Flat White made with the wrong milk. Flat Whites should be made with whole (blue) milk and NOT skimmed milk.

No contact number in app to cancel. Then they phoned me to say no soy milk so I said cancel but they still delivered !!!

Very cheerful and hospital place. Free wifi and you don't even have to buy anything. When you have travelled across the world to get here it's nice to warm up next to the Christmas tree with a hot tea!! Starbucks is a gift that keeps on giving when you're a bit lost and need directions as many clock towers look similar. Cheers

I would like to thank the staff for my visit today, they were so helpful, could not be any nicer. The drinks were delicious and well needed on a day like today.

So I ordered a iced mocha and a all day breakfast wrap. 1 hour later the driver was still being called to the restaurant Order finally comes no coffee and a cold wrap The shop then proceeded to blame the driver and just eat and nothing else no compromise or settlement what so ever and her attitude was stinking.

Fast delivery and tasty food and drink!!

I ordered my drink, asked for no coffee in it and no whipped cream (i’m lactose intolerant) i order my drinks with nut milk, it arrived 30 minutes late, full of coffee and with cream on top, i can’t even drink it.

Nice place up to usual Starbucks standards, with a few personal touches. Quieter space upstairs if that’s what you’re after. Friendly and helpful staff!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, always very clean, Lynsey and Mark were very helpful this morning when I dropped my Pastry on the floor!

As with all Starbucks they serve a good Mocha with (in my humble opinion) just the right mix of coffee and chocolate.

I visited this store recently and it was really good. The staff were really helpful and efficient. I will definitley be returning again soon.

Considering how expensive starbucks is, you expect them to get your order right. Ordered a caramel frapp with whole milk, caramel syrup, whipped cream, and extra caramel drizzle. Drink came with no drizzle at all and the drizzle if pretty much the whole point

Shout out the great service I received when I was in Dumfries for a meeting. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier in sorting my coffee fix for the morning ahead. Can’t fault the pumpkin spice either
