Starbucks in Derry

Sorry not enjoyable, food was expensive, pastry was tasteless tea and coffee was not nice to drink and the interior of the coffee shop was drab and dark in need of a makeover. Both the hand sanitizer were empty. No thanks.

Called into this store with my family during the week on a visit from Dublin and can honestly say I was very impressed with the staff. The shop was very busy but the baristas - two fellas, one with curly hair and the other fella with a beard - went out of their to make conversation. When another customer spilled their drink, the barista came down to check on them and remade their drink for them in no time at all!, bravo guys you’ve definitely made a very happy customer!

La señora que nos atendió parecía que no quería estar allí y fue un inconveniente contarnos sobre los diferentes cafés. . . Parecía que ella no tenía conocimiento. . . Decidimos sentarnos ya que habíamos estado caminando por mucho tiempo; No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente lo poco higiénico que era el ambiente en el que estábamos a punto de comer, las migas y los restos de comida debajo de todos los asientos, los clientes anteriores dejaron sobras en las mesas y los asientos en los que nadie en su sano juicio se sentaría mientras estuvieran cubiertos. en manchas de lo que, ni siquiera quiero imaginar. . . . Starbucks tiene una reputación de prestigio, pero esta rama, puedo aclarar, estaba lejos de serlo. . Por el precio de los cafés y la comida fue una decepción extrema. No volveremos

Muy, muy lento servicio. Intento darle una oportunidad a este Starbucks, pero a menudo termino saliendo debido a las largas colas. Les toma 5 minutos como mínimo para obtener un pedido y listo.

I go to this Starbucks 5 days a week, and I can tell you from choice of drinks, a wide selection of snacks, and friendly efficient service from a fantastic group of baristas, it deserves to have a 5 star rating in my opinion. Go,relax,unwind, and try it for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed, unless maybe you are a tea drinker. Lol.

Me and my daughter visited here it was my first time. She had a coffee I had a tea and muffin, very nicely nice. Was a comfortable place and attentive staff, which was nice. Would definitely visit again.

Yes, we all know Starbucks, the American coffee giant, but this Starbucks was nice and snuggly although it was crowded and very noisy. Typical Starbucks with overprice burnt coffee, but I will always love you Starbucks, so I will nearly always rate you 5 stars! This is family friendly and has customer toilets.

Myself and my son recently visited starbucks in the foyleside shopping centre...i ordered a large americano which was very good indeed ..the staff were very friendly and efficient and ...well worth a visit when in derry

For the 1st time ever, after years of requesting I got a extra hot drink! Staff were friendly even under the pressure and constant queues. Quite a small shop with not enough seating, food was being filled up as it was used. Will def be back!

15 min wait for black americano coffee and then got wrong one.... no apology.... staff taking orders very friendly as was the guy clearing the tables....

Small shops compared to other Starbucks I have been to. It was unusually not crowded and therefore very calm. Standard was as expected in any other Starbucks. The server was a young fellow who asked me to spell my name and actually got it right.

7 staff behind counter. Still ridiculously slow and laughing and chatting. No one bothering to clear tables so customers had to clear previous customers' trays themselves. Also no large 'sitting in' cups available. Wash some?

So we all know Starbucks and what should be their consistent level of service at every franchise. Sadly it's not the case. The foyle centre version is more an upmarket greasy spoon than the slick smooth coffee house. Yip, the coffee was up to scratch. The table we sat at was littered with rubbish, wobbled so much as to spill our coffee and 40 minutes after sitting down we left.....with the same rubbish still lying there. At no time did I see anyone clear and clean the tables as the customers left. There was only one toilet working and it was out of order. And the last straw was having to endure someone's fumes floating about as they vaped away to her hearts content. Surly these things should be barred from use. Was going to rate poor but as I write this and reflect, it was simply awful.

In for tea and hot chocolate, both cold, hot chocolate got warmed up but still cold, had a cinnamon swirl definitely not fresh, didn't finish either, poor for the price, £4.35.

Lovely surroundings and lovely staff but at the end of the day all treats are factory produced and very expensive

This Starbucks was like all of the other ones I have been to. I got a delicious hot chocolate and was pleased with it.

this is a popular coffee shop but it is never very clean and its worn and a bit scruffy now. Surely it could be revamped a bit as it has got to the point where i avoid going in there now tbh.

Go here all the time for coffee. Staff are always very friendly and efficient, especially when it's busy. Toilets are always spotless!
