First and last Time i will ever go to Star Bucks. Purchased a medium latte and a bacon roll it cost a whopping £9.60 !. The tiny amount of pale looking bacon looked like it had just been put in the microwave. The bacon was completely tasteless. And the coffee was not very good either. On reflection Greggs beat them hands down and in Boston are only across the road. So i will know where i will go from now on… Complete rip off and food tasteless !!

Every time we visit, the staff are rude and slow. The queues at the drivethrough are terrible... The price you paybis nevervthe same.. Why is this?

On visiting the drive-through, I was quickly served and the staff member made sure to check when I ordered a milk alternative if it was a lifestyle choice or due to allergy. She made sure to make me aware that there is a cross contamination risk. She was ready and waiting at the window payment and it took any a few minutes for my drink to be ready and for me to be on my way.

Absolutely filthy! Avoid! The counters were gross. The sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Disgusting, especially in light of COVID.

We visit the Wyberton drive through relatively frequently however today we were served by Reece, what an outstanding, helpful and professional young man! The service received was above and beyond the level of expectation! If only every visit could be as easy and pleasant as this one!

Starbucks is a global brand which we have always enjoyed in several countries... We ordered 2 almond croissant with our coffees which were ok but the croissant were dry hard on edges and generally stale...at least yesterday's produce This is simply not acceptable and quality is something we pay for and expect from Starbucks. Such sloppy acceptance of serving poor food is a blot on the management and franchise owner. Sort it out and serve fresh.... or lose customers who have been loyal to the brand. If you cannot compete or make money without selling rubbish close down. Costa are across the road and they could provide a better service.

There was nothing wrong with the coffee or snacks that we had today. There was also nothing wrong with the cleanliness or COVID precautions in the unit. However, the staff just don't seem to have any concept of what customer service entails. They weren't deliberately obnoxious - just couldn't care less. Food was delivered to the table next to us. Why? If that is a COVID precaution it's absolutely ridiculous. No sugar was supplied or asked about for our coffees, when I got up and asked for it it was all but thrown in my direction. When we left there was no "thank you" or even just "goodbye". No wonder we were the only customers in there. Are good manners just too much to ask for? https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g315978-d21255033-r771982103-Starbucks-Boston_Lincolnshire_England.html#

Called in for drinks while we used the electric car battery charger in the car park. Alan looked after us, taking our order and bringing the goods to the table. Good social distancing in place, the blueberry muffins were lovely

I have shopped with Asda York for approx 20 years and am now seriously considering switching. I don t drive, so always order online for delivery. If there are no slots I will have use the express delivery but over the last year the entire service has become abysmal. I ve had numerous orders cancelled without explanation, completely wrong orders, and never any contact from the York store , despite being told they will call. It seems the home delivery service is no longer fit for service at the store end. I will say however on occasions when I do receive my orders the delivery drivers are great. Please sort our your service, it is the worst I have ever come across. In fact I am currently waiting for an order which is 2 hours late, and no surprise, there has been no contact from York Asda whatsoever .

the food is shocking it is so bland has no flavour at all, the chicken is raw, the cheese cake is still frozen after an hour, delivery was shocking, you are given the option for sauce you get a drop of it i am not one to give a bad review but the place is SHOCKING!!! and the prices are awful, do not order or go there.

Booked a table to eat on Friday only to arrive on time to be told they only accepted card payments , wow and no mention of this fact on the booking or confirmation e-mail, we will not bother wasting our time again as there are so many other more deserving resterants to choose from in the area that actually take real money
