We went through the drive through an mirek was so helpful. With my indecisive mother very knowledgeable about the beans an milk. Excellent service. Definitely recommend. Such quick service for a Saturday dinner too.

Miserable staff, no greeting on arrival, waited ages for a frappucino while the drive through customers sailed through. I think you should address these reviews, there's a common theme!!!

I often pop in for an evening coffee with friends. Each time I find the staff professional and efficient and cannot fault the service here. Thanks to all staff!

I often come here with friends for a chat. There’s always a lovely atmosphere. The staff are well trained, friendly and competent. It’s especially nice that I can bring my dog from time to time. This is the best Starbucks I know.

We visited today during a lunch break from work. It seems the staff prioritise the drive thru rather than the walk in customers, lots of staff, but not much action, it took 10 minutes for the coffees. Even when they arrived, they were wrong, soya milk instead of regular milk. Management really need to get a grip here.....

Scandalous £4.15 for what I can only describe as squash which basically that’s what it was some juice out if a box topped up with water and lots of ice described as a mango and orange refresher naively thought would be similar to the Costa one how wrong was I! Also had limited food products to buy were expecting delivery tonight apparently so back to Costa it is as far superior now selling M and S products too. The staff seemed embarrassed too when I stated bit expensive for what is ultimately squash

Was a bit reluctant to visit this coffee shop after reading the reviews is has had previously. So pleased we decided to, we saw no evidence of the past reviews. The café was busy however the staff we on top of it, clean tables and quick service. Coffees were hot and tasted superb.

Starbucks need to get a grip here, despite choosing the staying in the store, the staff again chose to serve drinks in disposable cups, despite regular cups being available.

Ignored when you walked in. Service staff just stood around chatting. Chris came over so rude to us felt like an effort to serve us. Will never go back, also you really need to clean the venue and train your staff properly.

we planned our dog walk around going for lunch at Starbucks and WOW !! Litter piled up all over and just a general free for all It wasn’t to busy either I only wish the staff would put more effort into cleaning the place as they did chit chatting and laughing in a small huddle behind the Perspex screens. Also the two large tables in the middle of the seating area are inadequate and inappropriate for the pandemic conditions they also attract half the litter the staff can’t be bothered to clear away. Shame on you Starbucks

During lockdown we have taken to getting a weekly Starbucks. I don't know why we bother because the last three times the order has been wrong! We only order vanilla latte (twice we got a plain latte), a chocolate chip cookies latte, a couple of frappacinos for the kids and a load of pastries (if the don't taste out of date). Three times we have not got something we paid for. The first time it was a cinnamon swirl missing, the other two times was the wrong coffee. Obviously by the time we've realised, we've driven away from the drive through so couldn't take it back. We must have lost quite a lot of money through paying for items we haven't got. Might stick to Costa in future!

We bought our drinks and my fiance who is pregnant was refused access to the toilet even though it is illegal to do so and also just completely stupid and unsafe We were told to wait for our drinks and go elsewhere to find a toilet

After receiving my coffee cold and what looked like a nail in my drink, I got another one which wasn’t much warmer... at this point I wasn’t very happy with the service I had received to then see a homeless man (had dirty minimal clothes on) which what looked like just a bra on acting like a dog and going up to the dog bowl and drinking out of it!! Won’t be visiting this weird place again!!...

I tried this limited time Frappuccino but they didn’t seem to have the ingredients required I thought this was terrible and disrespectful service and planning to the staff and customers and it taste like water with cream not that appetising definitely wouldnt request getting in the time it is on

Dropped in with my daughter, we both had hot chocolate which was just what the doctor ordered as it was a cold day. Staff were friendly and prompt.

First visit and not impressed. Place looks dirty, tables not wiped with crumbs from previous customers. Dogs barking very loudly inside the shop, not relaxing at all. Filter coffee was like drinking water not strong and for the price I complained and had another shot...

I visit here every weekend with my two littel dogs after walking. The staff are very courteous and the service is great. The place is always clean and my dogs love the Puppichino's.
