Just been to meet a friend for coffee at starbucks in the main entrance .where I was served by Matt . What an absolute delightful, helpful and extremely cheerful individual. He made a horrible wet and windy day turn into a ray of sunshine. Look forward to being served my coffee by him again ☕👌

Rob the manager is amazing- really listens and is trying so hard despite pandemic/ Brexit difficulties with staffing and ordering. Wish head office would send the cream he keeps ordering instead of crossing it off the order form.

Awful stay , we stayed at this hotel 9 years ago which was a great stay. I understand with Covid and restriction. The hotel looked very tired & in need of an up date. Rooms very dark & dull. Staff in restaurant seem not to have a clue what they are doing. One night we had a table book for 8pm , ordered our food at 8.20pm & didn't get it till 9.40pm. There where tables still needed to be cleaned up after the last people had their meals. One table had not been cleared away for at least 45 minutes. Not good enough. Swimming pool to hot to swim in it. The only thing that is keeping that hotel open , is the gym and the golf. We did hear from one member of staff , that the staff turn over is high as no one wants to stay. That can't be good. No one seems to hav a clue. We won't be booking another stay in that hotel again . Very unsatisfied stay.

Bitter coffee and ordered an almond croissant - which was so dried out I touched it and it turned to powder. Took it back to complain and was looked at as if I had two heads and told - well I didn't bake it.

Rien d'original: un Starbucks avec tout ce que ça peut proposer. Trés pratique pour les petits déjeuners des clients de l’hôtel.

The service can be a bit uneven, some are very good whilst others don't seem very customer friendly. When all is said and done it's a Starbucks so the quality is a given, but it is very expensive.

It's a small cafe in reception and great for meeting up at the beginning of the day or end of the day. Considering it's only a small cafe it has a great range of food and drinks. On one day we had our dinner there and there was plenty to choose from even though it wasn't a conventional dinner. We had a starter, main course which was microwaved and a dessert, along with a drink. The service was really good with the staff being jolly and friendly.

Great choice of coffees and cakes. Just a pity it closes as early as it does. Was only opened to 7 at the weekends

This Starbucks is situated in the main lobby of the Village Urban Resort Hotel (not the Heron's Reach DeVere anymore) and can get quite busy at times - specifically mornings and 'check-in' when it can be difficult to get in or out of the hotel/lobby/Starbucks. Popular with guests, walkers and users of the gym and facilities they now no longer allow dogs inside but there is an outside seating (smoking) area where you can sit with you dog and as it is west facing it can be nice if the weather is OK. As Starbucks goes it is small (more like a small station one) but service is OK and the quality of the food/drinks is pretty standard across Starbucks chains.

Good service, and great coffee, friendly staff. It just gets a little crowded as it is in a hotel foyer. The iced drinks are lovely.

Nothing wrong with the service. But the prices well over the top. Would only drink or eat here if there was nowhere else to go

Me and my mum decided to have a walk to the Starbucks at the village. I waited outside with the dog and sent mum in to get our drinks. I asked for a cold brew. Five minutes later she came outside "they don't have any" confusing to me as its coffee, water, ice and abit of sweetener. No explanation as to why they didn't have the cold brew but I said "ok I'll have an iced soya latte" mum went back in to get us the drinks, came back out another five mins later "they don't have soya milk" at this point it was ridiculous as they wouldn't serve my mum a frappachino with no syrup as she doesn't like syrup. They said the reason for this was the drink would be too thick and impossible to drink. This is an absolute lie because other branches have served me frappachino with no syrup and it's fine. The staff were incompetent, terrible customer service will never visit this store again and I doubt Starbucks. For the price you pay you expect to get what you want not to be told it's unavailable or they can't make a drink. The customer should be allowed what they want! I don't eat dairy so I had no option but to leave. Absolute joke of a place wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had the chance to enjoy a latte while staying at The Village Hotel. It seems a popular hangout for users of the hotels on-site gym and pool. I ordered a medium latte and it was huge! I though it was a little expensive, but it's in a hotel, so I didn't expect it to be cheap, and you get a lot of drink for your money!

Great having this in a hotel, although their machines were broken on most of our 4 night stay so restricted drinks available.

Situated within the Village Hotel, this Starbucks outlet relies almost exclusively on the Hotel's clientele. It is ideally located adjacent to the main entrance and is the perfect meeting place for guests and visitors alike.

Haven't been to a subway for two years and the food and coffee was fine but £6.28 for a six inch sub and a coffee is a rip off. Won't be going back. Greggs bacon roll and a coffee is half the price.

Used to go here decades ago when it was called “Winmarith”. car park was empty so didn’t bode well, however, very pleasantly surprised. Called Saturday lunch for a quick bite whilst out and about. Tried some tapas off the menu and was very tasty. The lady who served us was very nice, explained some things on the menu and was attentive, but not overly so. Will certainly pop back again for a drink and tapas.

My friend loved her fish and chips but my chicken was so dry it was mostly inedible. Staff not over friendly. Very clean with plenty of seating.
