Delicious pizza and decently priced

Lovely hot food delivered earlier than expected which was great. Request made in the comments was listened to and they even threw in some extra chips and dips. This is a great chippy with tasty chips and if you like SFC it’s lovely and tastes great. Thanks will defo order again

asked the restaurant to phone when outside as buzzer doesn't work. no contact was made, then said food was delivered. phoned them and they gave excuses saying they couldn't contact us. food was then delivered after a lengthy phone call and was stone cold

Had the 2 pizza and 2 chips deal, everything was lovely apart from the 2 "large chips" were just about a medium at most!

Food was amazing as always freshly cooked boiling hot always listen to the comments these guys are a defo go to we use these regular and they never fail to unimpress us 5* always

Food come after 1 hour and a half of waiting. Food was cold, chicken was over cooked and donner meat looked undercooked. Not happy with the food at all 👎🏾

Ordered off deliveroo and the pizzas look absolutely NOTHING like the photos on the website, and both pizzas were missing toppings.

Food was warm and they gave a small amount of cheese but staff were really nice

Food has always been tasty, hot and the portions are great. Had an issue with a missing chicken curry and chips and they sorted it out right away with no problem. Would recommend this place.

Bought two 7’ pizza for £2.99 each on offer. It was sooooooo good . We literally thought of ordering again but it was already 10.50 and the shop closes at 11pm. Best place for absolutely tasty pizzzzaaaas. ❤️

Wouldn’t deliver to the door, but without doubt the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Stale, square & shabby!!! All tasted of stale grease!! AVOID

I dont normally write reviews but this needed doing. Chips looked/tasted like they were refried twice. Kebab was awful. Took 1 bit and couldnt eat anymore. Only thing that got eaten was the nuggets and a kids pizza. Waste of money.

Put in an order via uber eats and they cancelled the order "Too far to deliver" even though they have delivered to me before 🤷🏻‍♂️

Burgers are banging out of there pure flavour recommendations for them

I had the chicken curry and chips, was piping hot and really enjoyed the meal, generous portion and great value.

Excellent service ,excellent and delicious food, the delivery was early and the driver was polite and courteous. What more can a customer ask or demand . The Stat Pizza is a place of choice for everything that is wonderful about food and service.

Food was terrible. Worst "wrap" i had ever had. The driver couldnt find the address even though its clearly stated on the order and no other takeaway has this issue. Took 30 mins for them to deliver after it was sent out of the shop ( i was around the corner). The owner was very rude and aggressive on the phone claiming i didnt go out to meet the driver even though he had never shown up on security cams. Food came in the end and it was ice cold. Soggy to a point where it couldnt be considered a wrap. Chips were soggy, undercooked and cold. Most of it went in the bin, underseasoned, 10 minutes later it had me running to the toilet going out the other end. Terrible terrible place. If you give this more than 1 star then you have no idea what food is

Food was cold and 45 minutes late I’d read the reviews and thought I’d give it a go despite £5 delivery charge which I thought was a bit steep Driver got stuck in traffic so just unlucky !!

People seem to have split opinions on this place, but I've only ever had lovely experiences, great value pizzas and they're really nice! I walk 30 minutes to get here, always worth the travel time <3

Asked for a receipt which I never got Order was wrong Had to go and get order from the driver in the rain as he didn't want to drive into the hotel car park!

Walked in for food, last time i had a takeaway this cold it had a flake in it

Had a meat machine pizza, its bogof. Came early, hot and tasty. Restaurant phoned me due to problems with my address several times, so good communication. Food was lush. I'd recommend it. Service, food and time of delivery were all excellent.

Star Pizza offer amazing deals to the local community. They have a delivery service which is also on point and arrives well packaged. They have been operating for many years and are definitely reliable. There is also a variety of food.

Star pizza has amazing food. The pizzas are tasty, always bogof and fresh, the chips are solid and the salt and vinegar is perfect. The Irish curry will knock your ears off - fantastic. Good variety of soft drinks too

Kebabs were watery n diddnt have change for 20 so had to go n then transfer me ten pound over n then do not reply

They messed up my order, so out of good faith I agreed next time I ordered they would send the missing item. The second time I ordered they sent the wrong burger then told me they'd resend the correct one in the same night. 2 hours later I call for them to say, no next time they'll do it right. So they expect me to order for a 3rd time and not have the customer service to have even sent the correct order the first time round. Guy on the phone was a proper tool and all. Lost a customer here guys.

What a joke this shop is food was orderd at 19:15 didn’t arrive till 21:00 ( I live 5 minutes a down the road) Person on phone is rude didn’t offer no refund and actually made his driver come back for £4 !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP UNLESS U WANT TO WAIT 2 hours for food

Even though 5 mins late still came piping hot and food was high quality, would 100% recommend and will order again in the future

Great service, shame about the ingredients. The price has gone up by £2 from the last time I ordered and it seems the quality has gone down. The delivery was quick and the delivery driver was pleasant as always. The onions tasted like yesterday’s and the beef was tough. What a shame.

Food was cold, late and delivery driver didn’t give me change, I don’t mind tipping but when delivery was £4 in the first place I dont expect to tip £3!!!!!!! I will never use this place again as a walk in customer or for delivery

Some of the food what was order failed to arrive although charged for it.

Whilst ordering the estimated delivery was 20-40 minutes (at around 10 o'clock) when the order was placed the expected time of arrival became 23:15 over an hour and 10 minutes later. The order didn't actually arrive until after 23:50 and the driver told us we should have ordered earlier in quite an obnoxious way, stating he should be at home not out on a delivery. The food was tepid at best in spite of the fact that he had also informed us everything had had to be made fresh as our order was so late. Shouldn't be taking orders at 10 o'clock if they are not prepared to fulfil them and definitely shouldn't be an hour and 45 minutes until food is delivered cold.

This is was the worst takeaway I have ordered in my life. Please don’t waste your money on Star pizza. I ordered a Parmesan that was burnt and chips were drier than my elbows. I’m not upset, I’m just disappointed. Your chef needs to find a new career. My fried Rathan can’t make even make toast yet I believe he can make better food than that

ordered chicken with chips, had one chip only. Apart from that the food was quite nice

restaurant manager was polite over the phone and was very informative with details about my order, also tossed in a few complimentary dips. the pepperoni pizza was yum.

Food was lovely as always only problem was I ordered a mixed kebab and only got a lamb kebab which was disappointing as I love the mixed kebab apart from that it was banging thumbs up

Was lovely food, abit late but was overall a good service plenty of food

Both pizzas were dry, not enough sauce. Also, ordered 4 cans and only 1 was delivered, tried ringing but they were closed as it was 11:30 so wasn’t able to get it ré delivered.

Good food. Took 1hr and 15 mins to get here. As it’s only 1 mile down the road it seems like they need a better delivery service
