The food at Zizzis always delivers and never disappoints - the only issue is knowing what to choose as there's so much on the menu! The staff at Cardiff Bay were amazing and very attentive. I would definitely recommend.

Sorry, this place is very overpriced for what it is. A basic pizza, for £15... They messed up our order, staff dropping stuff, tables falling apart, and no room to move, all on top of each other. I was gutted, thought it would have been a great place for where it is situated.

Service, kindness, experience were a 10/10 My friend and I were looking for an Italian restaurant in Cardiff bay and (Zizzi) was amazing. We first noticed (Signor Valentino) but the server there was extremely rude about no tables available and not putting us on a waiting list, oppositely we felt very welcomed in Zizzi where Mr Ali took good care of us and was able to sit us by the view even though they also had reservations.

Came to Zizzi, absolutely beautiful food, atmosphere, view and service, will definitely return 😍

Staff were lovely but food not so good. Starters were fine, but salmon and pasta dish was bad. Salmon really dry and pasta overcooked and flavourless. Pizza was ok but not great. This was all a bit of a shame as I know they can do so much better.

Came here for lunch before film and myself and my partner been greeted and welcomed in with lovely smiles. Took our seats and chatted through the menu, even chatted about my preferences on spices and made known which items have got a spice in and have a separate menu to tweak the meals as well. Drinks are beautiful, had the pineapple refresher and raspberry and mint cooler. Happily come here again and try out the rest of the menu

Great food, amazing service. Prices are surprisingly affordable. Tried 4 different Mocktails and all 4 were great. Garlic Bombe was the bomb 💣 Would definitely come again.

The food and facilities are what you would expect from this chain, thus meeting the normal standards. What elevated the experience was the effort that Fernando put in to ensure that the requests that our kids had were met. Top marks Fernando, good man!

Reserved a table of 11 for 5pm arrived a bit late and had to be in millennium centre by 6.30 the manager was very helpfull and tried his best to get us fed and out on time the food was fantastic going to go back and spend the evening there definitely a 5 star

Had a great down in Cardiff bay celebrating our daughters first bithrday and decided to grab some food. I have been to Zizi loads in Cardiff town and the one in the bay did not dissopoint. Had a pizza and my partner had pasta along with mac and cheese and potatoes. The pizza was huge, it was stretched even longer than normal and was full of toppings and flavour but still light and crispy. The pasta was full of filling and was in a rich sauce and really decent soze portion. Mac and cheese was decent but the potatoes with rosemary and sea salt were exceptional. They were crispy, yet light cooked inside and that seasoning was banging. The baby had a bit of our food and it was like she had never been fed. She shoveled it down with a smile on her face which made our day. I will say, Barry and Elen were great. Attentive, nice to speak with and the service was faultless. The only thing I regret when I got home, I thought service charge was included and just clicked buttons when paying but realised I paid a very small tip which to be honest I am quite gutted about. I will definitely make up for this when we go back very soon and leave a proper tip to make up for this time. Great food, great service and that's all I want when visiting a resturant.

The food we had was delicious!! Definitely go back there when we get the chance. We went at lunchtime, where it was quiet so we liked the atmosphere, because it wasn't busy at all. The decor of the restaurant and the layout of everything was really nice! The young lady who served us was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Exemplary service, food & views. Made extra special considerations for our dog, which meant a lot. Special mention to our lovely Greek waiter (Kristos?) who made us feel very welcome & accommodated for. A true lighthouse of hospitality on the Cardiff Bay.

We visited yesterday lunchtime as part of a birthday celebration and, as always, had a lovely meal! The manager seated us and was very friendly and attentive. The food didn’t take long and everything was fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back in the future 🙂

Lovely spacious restaurant, a good amount of seating, extremely clean and tidy with excellent decor. A lovely menu and specials board available. Food and drink arrived quickly and was a good temperature and taste. Waitress Natalie was very friendly and more than helpful throughout the stay. The toilets we're a very high standard and it was refreshing to see hand lotion available too. There are other dishes I'd like to try on the menu, so will be calling again very soon. Perhaps my favourite is the pizzas. Highly recommended. 10/10..

Aly was very friendly and welcoming. The service was speedy and professional. We sat outside for drinks and really enjoyed the morello cherry spritz. I would definitely recommend.

Delicious food, friendly staff, great sea views

Always had a good experience here but today's was poor. Sat where a cold wind blew on to our table whenever the door was opened despite lots of empty tables elsewhere. Only 12 there , and 8 were already eating when we arrived but it still took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. When mine arrived the plate was cold and the pasta was warm at best. The Stufato was tasteless with a chewy dough and the Beef Ragu was lacking in beef. At about £18 for a pasta dish it was not worth the money. I have had a bigger , tastier dish in a seafront restaurant in Cannes for 15 euros. I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. I must add that despite the overall disappointment , the staff serving us were very pleasant and helpful.

It was quite busy when we arrived and we were concerned so when we ordered we advised that were going to a show and were reassured that we would have enough time to get there. Our order was quickly delivered and delicious as always. I'd highly recommend the garlic prawns speidini which is a starter but I had it as a mains with a side order of chips (to mop up the delicious garlic sauce) Delicious!!! I would definitely recommend A++

Really nice family meal, great value with the children’s meals £8.50 for a 3 course including drink. Just wish there was one closer to home. Definitely will be returning
