The worst pizza I've had in years. 12" donner pizza was more like a 12" cheese pizza, with the odd bit of scragly donner meat here and there, absolutely disgusting rip off.

Brilliant food and the milkshakes are great. People are so kind and delivery is extremely fast

Food missing, Donna kebab too greasy and pitta bread all broken. Sending the missing food out but now can’t eat as a family and food that was meant to be shared can’t be. This has happened a few times before. Won’t be returning !

Nice food but always engaged because they have taken the phone off the hook. Absolutely useless.

Usually it's really good and I have no complaints, but tonight something definitely went awry, it took a lot longer than usual to get to us, the chips weren't nice at all and it's the second time a dip has been missed despite being paid for, need to up your game STAR.

ive had food from here several time and tonight will be the last time as when I sent feedback to the manager regards the poor and quality and cold food they had delivered I got a phone from the manager and his disgusting attitude was "if you don't like it don't buy anymore food from us" and put the phone down so would recommend this place now..I would let my dog eat here the end

Use to order from here not anymore been waiting over a hour and when phoned up to see where it was just got told it was still cooking

French fries are cheap and chewy and doner meat was very greasy ..first and last time going here..also greedy with the garlic yoghurt

Never again will I order food from this takeaway. I found a piece of plastic in my food and when confronted they told me that it must have been my child who put it there. (Myself and my child was sharing the food together so this was obviously not the case) I did get my money back but I was very upset with their accusation rather than accept their responsibility. It could have been much worse if my child had choked on the plastic!!

For me the best take away in hull really nice and polite staff and the food is fabulous
