Pizza was cold and extremely late! Appauling!

I've been eating from this takeaway for over 2 years and the food is always spot on. Good size portions, healthy grilled food and great size fried chicken, with options for fries or wedges. Pizza is not the best but for the price you cannot grumble. Friendly staff who now call me by my name and always a happy smile.. well done star kebab in Brislington 5 stars

Awful experience. Ordered on Uber Eats and when I realised that the order was placed multiple times, I could not get through on telephone number to speak with someone the phone just rang off.. I have been charged now 3 times for same oder so hoping they will refund 3rd order that I did not want or receive. I will keep you updated on the outcome. Not happy with this shop and will never order gain.

Delivery was great and on time but meat (chicken) was pink inside, come on chicken can’t be pink… and sauce (garlic mayo) taste like water so that was first time in my life I didn’t finish my kebab so definitely last time ordered from you, please check the food carefully before send to customer. For me that was waste money, I hope you will be more careful with preparing food for people.

Ok, let’s start.. food was pink inside (chicken) guys please chicken can’t be pink so I put it to bin after first bite… garlic mayo rubbish - taste like water not even close to good tasting sauce, Is only one what I can say was good - delivery (fine and for time). Guys you need to be more careful with preparing food for customers For me not acceptable and definitely I will not comeback to this place and pink chicken that’s crazy as you can be really sick 🤢 after eat something like that. Paid for big bottle of Pepsi, didn’t arrive, driver said didn’t have, rang shop, they said they gave to delivery driver, so as usual lost money with Just eats

Hi good morning I ordered from the menu at 21.10 and they took the money for a xl chicken donor kebab and a kids meal sausage and chips and I ordered it to be delivered for 23.00 and nothing was delivered and also on my cctv no attempt of delivery I would like to make a formal complaint regarding this shop as it’s very unprofessional on them to do such a thing and I would like a full refund as the monies was taken out of my bank account

I asked for a dietary requirement and stated no oil of any kind and it had oil was cooked wid oil thus could of put me in hospital I have a serious health condition and this was a dangerous thing you have done I called up and was refused my ££ back when I just spent £50 nearly disgusting

The driver is struggling to find my address because the map pin point is incorrect regardless of which postcode i use, unless i missed the option you need to include a custom map point option for customers to use to help the drivers find a specific address. He communicated with me and all is good but it could be made easier for the drivers and paying customers. This is a common problem with my address. Thanks

I only recived the lamb kebab but I paid and ordered a mixed kebab and chips too

Very dissatisfied with food. Chips were not hot so cheese didn’t melt and the bits that did formed Clumps of half melted cheese. Garlic baguette was over cooked, burger was very greasy.

I have recieved an order that isnt mine through just eat. I have rang star kebab and they have told me to take it up with just eat, which isnt an option. I rang shop back to get verbal abuse from staff, telling me not there problem.. well yes it is. You as a company hired them to deliver your food. So your responsibility star kebab. Now myself and children and another family have food we dont like. .

Best chicken shish kebabs we've had in Bristol. Big chunks of chicken, tasty, great value. We thought this place was shut a few weeks ago and ordered from elsewhere, the other place was disappointing compared to this one. Also got a kebab in town on Saturday night which was small and rubbish compared to this one.

Kebab tasted a little weird and was really thickly cut, not how I like my kebabs personally

usually really quick and great service, use nearly every week, but unfortunately on this occasion, recommended time was 5.10pm - 5.30pm; then extended to 6.10pm - 6.30pm. Driver rang me at 6.26pm to ask for my address and arrived 6.51pm - and the food was cold, not enjoyable, and not sure we have the appetite to order again. Would have appreciated telephone update and hot food. It was obviously with driver for more than half hour (yet only 10 minutes away). Really disappointing.

Good was great as always. With the recent inevitable price increase and now Just Eat slamming the customer with a fee I'll be ordering less frequently unfortunately. The set menu also contains a canned drink on Just Eat, I phoned the shop and they said there is no drink coming with what I ordered. Could this be checked and updated please. The food was great, I will order again but I'm not happy with the just eat service charge.

Absolute shocking state of pizza on arrival. Also not even warm. Kebab was also extremely dry. When we rang them they offered us a solution for next time we go there. The only way I could rate this positively was that they remembered all of our order. Other than that nothing else to say about it.

Very disappointing. The food looked like it had been thrown into the pitta and the sauce was all over to one side so 'fell out' when unwrapped. The salad and meat was a complete mess and quite inedible. Such a shame as we have used Star Kebab a lot and the food is usually really nice.

The driver was a nice guy however he didn't follow the special instructions to call me when outside. Luckily a resident knocked on my door asking if i had ordered food. However the reason i always ask for the phone call is so that a random resident doesn't take my order! I found the driver asking random people outside if they had ordered food. Just a note to follow instructions to avoid my order going missing.

They get it correct. Unlike Mcdonalds who take my order, you take the money and i get no food or refund. Just eat should be thankful for the places that get it correct because if it wasn't for take-aways like this that cares, i wouldn't even use just eat.

These guys are great! I appreciate the consistency in food quality and customer service. They remember their regulars and treat you well sometimes with bigger portions; we got a couple extra onion rings for example! They're almost faultless but it's clear they're passionate about their business and food. If you want cheap and cheerful food, you won't find many other places as good as these guys, they're one of the best in their class. Chicken shish is our favourite and these guys do it great!
