Portion size is a joke £22.50 for a meal for 2 that literally was enough meat for one person. Won't be using again. Absolute rip off compared to other kebab shops in the area.

Posts different opening times on different platforms, leaves themselves as open on JustEat, accepts the order, then cancels it. Now don't have the money in the bank to do another order and have to wait 3 days for the money back, thanks for absolutely nothing guys!

Friendly and efficient service but not the nicest donner I have had.

Completely messed up my order of a doner wrap meal! And my partners order of a doner kebab! Ended up with a burger bun with doner meat and partner didn't get chili peppers and asked for no salad! The people before hand got their orders fine... Sadly won't use this place again.

Unfortunately, always order from star grill. Tonight, bloody awful. Ordered two chicken kebabs with pepper, onion and mushrooms. 2 mushrooms, 1 slice of pepper and a couple of onions. Pitta bread had been toasted and was hard. And chicken had a tandoori colour and taste. Totally not upto standard.

We had 2 chicken kebabs and chips. The kebabs were OK with really nice bread but the chilli sauce was dry. The chips were disgusting, crispy but really chewy as if they were old or reheated.

Ordered food few mins ago. Very well cooked food that came pipping hot. The burger was really juicy and kofte kebab, chicken wings were delish. I found the fried chicken a bit salty but it could be my taste buds.. I definitely recommend this takeaway.

Lovely meal me and the kids had for the first time this week. The meat was tender and seasoned very well with fresh salad (red cabbage is amazing) and a lovely type of pita bread. Recommend

I love this place ,really good but unfortunately if doing a phone delivery please be very clear I ordered tonight a mixed done of lamb and chicken and a portion of cheese and got a medium doner kebab and portion of chips I haven't complained but letting people know to be clear

Like most kebab shops this place doesn't give you value for money. I've been ordering from here for years and they were always very good. Portion sizes are now a joke along with the prices of kebabs. Ordered a full house and ended up with a quarter house. Meat wasn't tasty and chips were like they'd been warmed up n hard and they didn't include chicken donner meat. I was that disappointed that I didn't bother complaining that they forgot my salad. Ordered a side medium chicken shish too.. Got four tiny pieces of chicken. Total spend £32.50... Satisfaction 0 never going here again.

First time going there. Had a chicken kebab with salad and onion rings. Chicken and flat bread both badly overcooked, chicken dry flat bread like cardboard. Salad dominated by large amount of sliced red onion with a little limp lettuce and not much else. The onion ring were to only reasonable element. Sat in my stomach like a lump of lead and ruined my whole nights sleep. Last time going there.

best pizza I’ve ever had. Beautiful quick and delicious pizza! Not the best pizza you'll have, but it will leave your mouth wanting more! Would definitely come again😋 Great service

If your hungry and feel like a pizza do not seriously do not order a pizza from here chicken is ok but I have never seen a dry tasteless pizza in all my years no wonder this takeaway is up for sale!! It’s probably worth £20 after the crap they serve to there customers

Ordered the family meal chicken pieces. Overall very tasty I'd recommend any of the fried chicken on the menu and also the fillet burger.

We ordered a takeaway yesterday from here waited a fair while for delivery and when it turned up it was cold and didn't smell to healthy and today i have been sick all day would strongly avoid

Absaloutly terrible did not deliver half the food. Said they don't know when they could bring the missing stuff. Did not give a refund abusive down the phone. Food cold salad was brown. Last time we eat here

I've been a loyal customer with Star Grill for over 14 years now. Ordered with them yesterday was told my order would be 45mins. Waited over an hour, when I called to find out what the issue was, was told they were very busy. The delivery had only left, and had alot a food on the grill🤨. I'm sorry not a good enough excuse. Common courtesy could of rang me to update me. Instead of saying sorry. when the food arrive there was hardly any chicken and was burnt. Overall, was not impressed...Star grill you have left me down big time. I will never place an order with you again. Clearly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer😔 Didn't have the common sense to offer any discount on next order, or a partial refund or use their initiative to through something in extra. To show they were sorry, that they value you a a value customer 🙄 poor service. All they care about is your money.

Delicious as always - quick, friendly delivery

I’ve always ordered food from here even with my parents when I was younger and even though I’ve moved out of the area I still order from Star Grill! Never had a problem with food always hot and really tasty & staff are always extremely nice. Love the option of ‘Chicken Donor’ & ‘Chicken Breast’ as I’ve ordered food from other kebab shops (regrettable) and had to guess what type of chicken I was going to receive. Added bonus : the potato wedges are to die for!! Big massive chunks of southern fried potato and the chilli sauce actually tastes nice isn’t just spicy with no flavour!

Ordered online was told 50 minute wait but after an hour and half still no sign of food so rang was told website had gone down but strangely the order had gone through and was confirmed . Was then told food was being cooked and be leaving in ten minutes but another 40 minutes passed before our food came delivery driver was unaware of website going down just said its busy . No discount was offered and some of the food was cold . 2 hour delivery thats got to be a record .

Este local es bueno llevar para nosotros estar a la vuelta de la esquina de nuestra casa y el personal es siempre muy acogedor y amableque nos saben lo suficiente ahora para predecir lo que tendremos que esperar y charlar mientras.Excelente comida para papas fritas, hamburguesas de pollo pizza pinchos etc... . . .Tienen 2 x 4 mesas asientos para poder comer.

Local take away with range of kebabs, burgers and pizzas

Mi novia pidió una pizza de 15 pulgadas de la casa rural. Cuando llegó parecía y sabía bien. Luego comencé en mi segundo trozo cuando sentí algo duro en mi boca. Después de conseguir lo que pude ver era un partido shard de algún tipo de metal. Así que llamé a ellos y todo lo que podía oír era un hombre gritando en un idioma que no conozco. La comida es muy mala y muy mala atención al cliente

Si buscas un buen precio y una muy agradable ir aquí, además de kebabs brillante servicio. Mi única opción local.

Mejor kebab shop en Ipswich, siempre puedes ir aquí para mi kebabs. La tienda está siempre limpio. El personal es encantador y amable :).
