Spizzami in Kingston upon Thames

I have visited the area couple of weeks back. I was looking for Halal food. I found SPIZZAMI restaurant. I ordered Pizza. It was amazing. Later I found they do peri peri chicken as well. Peri Peri chicken was the best. Enjoy is with rice. Best hot peri peri chicken I have ever tasted.

Good food. Great variety of burgers, wraps, pizza and seafood. Gluten free and halal option. Very courteous and helpful staff. If any issues arise, the staff kindly offer a replacement, deal or fix.

I wanted to try Spizzami in Tolworth as I live locally and often eat pizza. I ordered and collected a pizza with gorgonzola, walnuts and artichokes. The guy at the counter was polite but when I got back home I realised they missed the main topping (gorgonzola), whithout it the pizza was tasteless. I phoned to let them know and they answered that there was very little left and they put it. Now everyone knows that the flavour and smell of gorgonzola are very strong and one is able to see the green stuff it is made with. There was no trace of it and instead of apologising they insisted they put it "but just very very little". At this point I wanted to reply "what is the point of adding something in such a small quantity that one cannot taste it" instead of simply asking the customer to choose another ingredient but the way they handled this complaint was so "stupid" that I just hanged up. Had they simply apologised it would have ended there, instead they lost a customer. I will keep ordering from my usual pizza place.

Después de mi segunda comida para llevar Spizzami soy un total de convertir. Como una pizza para celíacos pueden ser una pesadilla e incluso si puedes conseguir una base libre de gluten son a menudo bastante pesado, pequeña y muy caro. La novia y normal pizza es genial, la base es siempre crujiente en vez de pasada también (Mary berry sería orgulloso :p) nunca he conocido un menú de pizza variada. La entrega siempre es muy rápido incluso en el fin de semana. Estoy muy contento de tener este para llevar por la calle, pidiendo una pocas veces más seguro!

I don't really understand the negative reviews for this place, as a vegan and a fussy one at that, the staff at Spizzami always bend over backwards to accommodate what I want. The staff are lovely, especially the guys on the phones and always deliver quickly with a smile. The vegan pizza is better than Village pizza for a fraction of the price.

We ordered a delivery from this new pizza takeaway and found the base was uncooked. We put them in the overnight to finish them off and phoned Spizzami just to let them know. We were appalled to be told they knew exactly what the issue was they had used a fresh batch of dough that had not had time to rise. Our pizza never did cook properly and ended up in the bin, unfortunately some of us had eaten a few slices. First and last time we use this takeaway.
