Food was way too spicy , I've had it before and wasn't that spicy. It was too spicy I could enjoy it I had to throw it away. Absolutely gutted as I was so hungry. My daughter enjoyed herself and delivery was quick .

Wasn’t happy my food was cold couldn’t taste any coconut in my nan paid quite a bit of money for it to be thrown in the bin

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Meal deal one for £16 was plenty of food for 2 people. Excellent choice of food. The bhuna was really tasty. So good we went back the following night. Will now be our go to when camping in Todmorden.

AVOID ! They only want cash when ordering in store ?? I WONDER WHY ?? Then delivered and spoilt the kebab with excessive chilli source because I queried the service charge when ordering instore ??!!I 🤔🤪 Unfortunately there alsp appears to be the opportunity being taken to rip off customers. Price increase yet again. Mixed nan kebab has now increased from £5.50 to £9.50 in less than 12 months, blatant greed, £9.50 for a take away kebab ! Really ! Checked other items and same across the entire menu. I accept prices have increased but not by 70%, I wish my wage increased by this amount, this is simply profiteering at the expense of loyal customers and then to add 60p service charge is simply wrong. Really disappointing that a local business is trying this approach on loyal customers. Unfortunately I do not like being ripped off, just lost a loyal customer.

Ordered a large Donner on Naan with salad but only got roughly 8 peices of salad and cold donner meat

Delivery driver abusing regular customers shocking behaviour 😡

They messed up my order and didn't want to redo it as they was closed and told me to ring next time and they would redo it, but upon ringing them next time they refused to redo take away as they couldn't remember it even though I had record and order number of it and said the best they would do is 10 pounds off a takeaway that was 28 pounds, as if I'm gonna pay 20 pounds because they won't keep their word so I won't b going here again

Was the reason my kebab had traces of garlic mayo on it because you accidentally put it on, or was the kebab you sent a return order and you scraped off the garlic mayo as best you could? Either way not great 😕

When they get it right the pizzas are great, but recently they are more ‘meh’ than good. Tonight’s went in the bin. At these prices I won’t be risking it again.

A really fiery Jalfrezi and very, very tasty! The Bombay Potato was possibly made with tinned potatoes so not what I expected, but everything else - faultless! There wasn't even any oil spillage in the bag - well done! Always pukka food, always delivered hot and on time. True professionals.

Amazing Chilli Garlic Keema curry. Tasted authentic which is so hard to find around Tod. Ordered chicken Tikka kebabs which could have done with being marinated abit longer but still good and Fries were tasty. Thanks will definitely be ordering again. 5 stars 🌟

Fish pakora tasted like the fish was old, batter was kind of soggy and not seasoned, the chicken curry meat tasted old too quite dry. The garlic and coriander rice was okay

I eat from Spicy Valley quite often. The majority of items on the menu are good quality but I usually have a chicken tikka wrap meal and its always great. They're very generous with the meat and their fries are the best from any fast food/takeaway I've ever been too. Great service, great food.

Really disappointed that the biriyanis arrived with a cold boiled egg rather than an omelette. Could also tell the eggs had been slowly cooled as they were grey around the yolk. Couldn’t eat them as they smelled strange. The rest of the main was good

There was a mix up with the order and they swapped a naan for a rice, rang up and they came straight back with the naan and had a complementary rice on top. Great service and food was 10/10

Food came cold. Phoned up to see where it was and the person I spoke to was extremely rude.

The curry was nice but the chips where stone cold.

Delivery was on time. Chips were soggy, samosas were probably worst I've had so was the chicken burger. Just all seemed like bad quality freezer food. Shame as the currys are good.

The prices here are now unrealistic. I appreciate inflation is high, but around 20% increase on the price of a kebab or curry, plus £2 for delivery is wrong. I used to love Spicy Valley, but I won't be ordering from here anymore.

The worst takeaway I’ve ever had! Dry and tough chicken, hard naan bread and cold chips. Spicy valley has gone from a 10/10 to a 0/10 in 3 or 4 months.. A total waste of £25. Order spicy bites, they’re in a different league

Absolutely love this place. But with their recent price increase I won’t be going here anytime soon which we are absolutely gutted about. Im sorry but i wont be paying £7 for a standard donor kebab. When every other local take out are wanting between £4.50-£5.50. Absolutely gutting.

I don't like curry. So I ordered pizza. One does not expect excellence from a curry house pizza, and yet this was pretty good. Not amazing, but decent. 'Not quite as underwhelming as I was expecting' isn't exactly glowing praise, but it was acceptable.

First time we have used this take away as we are new to the area. But no complaints whatsoever 👍🏽

Food arrived before estimated time and went down a treat would order from them again.

Cretins! I placed the order on the night of the twelfth. Because the transaction went through one minute after their early closing time the order went over to the thirteenth. I phoned the place and got an answer. They said that they were closed. I asked them to cancel my order and either refund my money or hold it as a credit against a future order. I got a phone call on the thirteenth at half four in the afternoon from a guy saying that he was at my house with my food. I was ten miles away and in no hurry to return home. I hope they enjoy the money they skanked out of me because it is the last of my money they will ever see!
