Chiefs special was fantastic, food came on time and was really hot. This was my first impression and boy was it a good one

spice's is my go to takeaway, was a very nice kebab, with the fresh salad and nan... the ONLY thing is a warm can of pop

chicken nuggets taste not like chicken and chips aren't very nice

ordered peri peri chicken which was good as expected. Also ordered shawarma chicken which wasn't. Naan was soaked in oil, chicken pieces far too salty and for some strange reason seemed to have skin on it which I hate, and no other taste. Won't order it again unless in person. I know you can do better, but it wasn't good today.

Had takeout and it was awful! The rice was cold as in from the fridge cold and the naan breads we more like chapattis, and also cold. Will definitely not be going there ever again 😡

DISGUSTING SERVICE. Absolutely outrages service. Attempted to order via phone and several times had the phone put down on me. As someone who has previously worked in the service industry I am not one to be rude to someone who works in food or retail. I spoke to the same gentleman on 3 occasions and all 3 times he put the phone down on me and told me to order online - this alone is ridiculous. When I managed to get through again as I did not wish to order online I asked to speak to someone else as he did not seem to be able to grasp what I was asking for which is fine however I believed I would be better speaking to another member of staff. I placed my whopping £45 order with another member of staff which, to my surprise, ran smoothly. When my order arrived not 40 minutes later, not an hour later, but an hour and a half later (I understand an hour waiting time but this was ridiculous) - to my surprise there was 2 items of my order missing which I couldn’t eat without so there was no rice and no chips however obviously both items had been paid for. I called back to say these items had not arrived and he tried to tell me several times that the rice had arrived just not the chips which begs the question, was he aware the chips had not been sent out? He continuously told me the rice had arrived just not the chips before ending the call on me yet again. He then told me when I called back for maybe the 10th time after receiving rude disgraceful service (as a regular that orders fortnightly) that he had sent the chips and rice out - I am still sat waiting an hour later with curry but no rice or chips. I would advise anyone that wants to order fast food for the easiness and ‘fast’ part that they do not DO NOT order here.

Best lamb tikka kebab about!!! Naan was lovely and soft too

I won’t be returning. The lemon rice was more like a lemon soup which spoiled the entire meal. The Tikka Bhuna was greasy. I pre ordered at 1530, arrived at 1700. The delivery wasn’t an issue but ordering so early on a Saturday evening I see no reason for poor food.

Cold food no salad on one burger other burger ordered half pounder on got same amount of meat as a-quarter pounder order Lilt and got a substitute other than that food was just ok but I won’t be using again

This place is hot and miss, when it's good it's very very good. But that's not always the case. Like Russian roulette really, if your lucky it's brilliant, and if it was consistent, this would be the only place I would ever order from. Unfortunately its not, sometimes its not worth the phone call.

We did not get chips with our burgers!! The menu says, at the top of the Burger section: ..BURGERS. Served with salad & sauce on request. Extra toppings available. Meals served with chips & a can of drink. When we rang they tried to tell us that they were not included. If so they are very expensive and the menu is mis-leading. The manager was patronising! but they said they would send some out. The manager turned up at our door without the chips and handed me the receipt for the order saying it did not include chips!! We also ordered a curry which was awful and expensive! NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered 2 wraps chicken shish and special kebab wrap but the chicken sish was fatty and chewy was nice at all

The karahi chicken and garlic naan bread is one of the best I’ve had and absolutely out of this world, beautiful and very authentic! The grilled combo box was great value for money but the quality of the meat was amazing too, great taste and flavours on all the meat, fresh, good portions. Wings were the overall favourite. Cannot fault anything and delivery is always quick too. Food was still hot when arrived. 10/10. Can’t wait to order again. Best place for Indian food in Doncaster 100%

When the food eventually arrived after being over 40 mins late it was cold wife ordered a chicken starter dish very disappointing chicken was cold a couple of bits of salad I ordered a pizza that too was cold and very oily won't be ordering again

Inedible, went in the bin specifically stated no tomatoes amd everything came woth tomatoes, chicken wasnt cooked through and the lamb was disgusting chewy lumps, the naan breads were like soggy bits of kitchen towel. Will not be returning

The pizzas are under cooked and the chip buttie that we ordered came with only 4 chips.

Prices have gone up and amount of meat in the kebabs has gone down. Other than that food always amazing, hot and on time

The Butter Chicken wasn't great quality and pretty much tasteless.

Took well over a hour to come which was fine because that was the time it said, however the food was stone coke. Binned it after one mouthful and a waste of money completely. If not refunded I won’t be ordering again. Do understand it was a cold wet night but still not good enough

The delivery man knocked on next door who by the way are not at home. When we asked if the food was ours he asked our name and he said it wasn’t ours and that it definitely was next door. The food was cold and had to be reheated

The meal that came with chips and drink didn't and my wrap was cold.

Spices, on a good day delivers exceptional food, however lately the food seems thrown together without the historical attention to customer preference, doesn't appear or taste like it was made with love and pride. Staff were rude and hung up when I rang to check on my order I have used them less and less because of this and no longer recommend them with confidence as good food and good value for money.

On saturday 22nd april we ordered a pepperoni pizza with instructions of a bbq base and a chicken burger. Our order took over an hour to be delivered, when it got here it was all stone cold the pizza looked asif a child cut it up and it did not have a bbq base and the burger tasted as if it had been microwaved we phoned the takeaway and they ended the phone. The food was crap along with their customer service! I would NOT recommend to eat/order from here it’s absolutely sh*t!!!

We ordered mixed kebab a we get it only chicken tikka, the meat was so dry and the fries were awful as if they had been fried for 2 minutes in old oil I do not recommend this place

Delivery request: asap; stated time: 17:20; delivery time: 16:44. This would have been fine, apart from catching me unawares, if it were not for the fact that the system was only updated with 'driver at the restaurant' at 17:40. Not a great customer experience. The food was expensive compared to other restaurants on Just Eat. Poppadoms were slightly chewy; the bhajis were great, nicely spiced; a generous peshwari naan accompanied a rich, sweet korma with plenty of chicken and sauce; the Rubicon was lukewarm. So many issues easily addressed to merit the price; disappointing.

DONT ORDER A GARLIC NAAN, or anything else saying that. worst I’ve ever seen. Not even garlic butter. Just boat loads of garlic cloves chopped and pressed into the bread. Horrible. Chicken was dry as a bone. Use poppadoms in Cantley for chicken on naan. Much better.

The food did not taste nice. The rice was over cooked. It was all heat and no flavour. I could not eat it. Very disappointed.

Chicken was chewy and there was barely any kebab meat on a chef special kebab for £11.50 also no lamb peices. For the prices they charge it was disgusting.
