Order was originally delivered on time although we had waited 90 mins. The pizza was dropped on the ground which was a complete accident and couldn't be helped but we had to wait another hour and 35 mins for a new pizza whilst the rest of the order was freezing. Meaning we waited 3 hours 5 mins all in.

Expect to wait a bit longer than given time but it’s defo worth the wait .

Ordered food at 4 o’clock and it didn’t arrive until after 6. Phoned the restaurant around 5:45 and got the generic “the order’s just leaving” before waiting another half hour. Food was okay but not as nice as it usually has been.

Been using this place for ages & not really had any problems. Went other night & noticed its changed names & management & sadly half my food was cold. I hope this isnt the start of problems

nachos were dead dry and had hardly any cheese thought there would have been a bit more too it

Arrived home from Tenerife hungry. We bought a pizza and a kebab I had the kebab. This food was contaminated with a uk strain of salmonella. This put me in hospital where the results from the lab confirmed I had salmonella from a British source the only food I ate in Uk was from this dirty little place. I spent 10 days in critical care recovering from my kebab. Couldn’t give this place less than one star certainly will never use them again.

ordered pizza and two hours later still not arrived ..phoned and they said the delivery driver was just leaving with it ..lie ..still not arrived ..and had paid for it at just eat ..finally went to shop got refund ..no apology and blamed being busy and the weather ..shambles wont order again

Offers a wide range of traditional Indian food along more traditional pizzas. I've ordered from here a few times and haven't been let down yet. I also have to commend them on their service through "Just Eat". Orders always delivered within the stated time.

Food is first class and easily the best pizza takeaway in the area and everything is reasonably priced, highly recommend this place if you like this sort of food.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered at 7pm on a Mon night. Nothing special, just a pizza and kebab. It arrived 2hours later!! On a mon night!! No warning that it would be a long wait for delivery!! Was just about to call and tell them not to bother when it arrived. I almost sent it back, which the driver said would be ok. The food itself was ok although the kebab was warm rather than hot. Also the 10" pizza looked a bit small, and on checking was only 9". I probably would not have noticed this if I had not been annoyed already by the unacceptable delay.

Yet again can't deliver in time had to. Cancel they should be making sure delivery is made on time

Food still not arrived yet again seems to be a regular thing with them. I would recommend go else where

This is not the first time I have ordered from here and had a long wait for delivery however they seemed to have improved over recent months. Then tonight's order reminded me why I was reluctant to order from them. Order for 2 curries, 2 rice and 1 naan placed at 6.40pm estimated delivery time 8.05 pm time food was actually delivered 9.30pm. Food was ok but definetly not worth a 2 hour and 50 minute wait.

Food was good missing chips from the kebab meal and juice from the kids meal but was overall ok :)!

Still hasn't arrived when given a time they need to stick by it and get it there before the time

only takeaway in area iv had issues with hearing at door requested extra delivery money to redeliver after being two hours and 40 mins

Ordered around 7.30 and an additional 40 minutes was added to the delivery time meaning the order should have arrived at 9.10 which was late enough however, it never arrived until 9.40 and the chips were just warm enough.

Overall I was happy with my order only thing I was disappointed with was the choice of pakora sauce would have preferred chilli sauce to bbq as a choice.

Food was never delivered.........avoid at all costs. Extremely rude when phoned!

The timè for delivery was a disgrace, i had to bin my meal as delivery time was confirmed for 8.15pm, but i never received it until 8.59pm & i went out on nightshift at 9pm.

still not arrived £30 odd quid and they can't deliver at designated time or at their revised time - not good enough Just Eat it's happening way too often with all the restaurants on your list and people are just expected to accept shoddy service without compensation or apology. unimpressed once more

Ordered at 19:15 delievered confronted for 20:15 to phone at 20:30 to be told wouldn't be long called again at 21:10 to be told was on way. Although didn't arrive intill 21:35 and was cold tried to recall and no answer. Terrible service and good quality

ordered at 2200 marked as delivered at 2300, 2325 and its still not arrive! no time to eat due to work, this is the 3rd time. Will be using the Aishah from now on. Very poor service!! SORT IT OUT!

Placed order at 8 o clock, deliver was set for around 9.15 latest, arrived quarter to 10 & delivery driver told us he had went to muirkirk first, probably why our two pizzas were stone cold. No heat in them whatsoever and having waited almost two hours since the order was placed I expected a fully cooked pizza, some of the pizza base was chewy! Not even an apology from the delivery driver. I had also phoned to chase the order and was told it had JUST left. Clearly not as delivery driver was away with it on several other runs! Absolutely shocking and worst yet. Shame coz we enjoy the pizzas from here.

Order with the 45min wait time but restaurant added a further 30 to that, order came to £13.10 but when guy came to door he asked for £16.20 so frantically had to search for more more money, food was cold and soggy, it was a munchie box with hardly anything in it, looked like the driver had aye some on way up

Waited for 2 hours for my delivery to arrive even though it is a quiet Wednesday night. Phoned around the 1 hour mark to check on my order, however staff seemed unaware that the order was even placed and told me that it was "the next delivery." Disappointed overall as this is the place I visit most often in my area. Hoping that tonight was just an issue with Just Eat when communicating?

Great food as per but we paid £2.40 for 3 Kebab dips which we never received. ☹

Well came to the door and handed over my munchy box I ordered but the box fell apart and all the salad was all over me and at my door step I was not happy

Delivery time was far longer than what I was told.

Will not be ordering here again, ordered two snack boxes of rice and sauce and the sauce was so thick it was more like a paste, also orders two portions of poppadoms and only got one, I used to enjoy my food from here but the last few times the food quality and delivery times have gotten worse

Food was lovely. Just eat said it would 30 mins. Spice village then added 30 minutes on and then it was 20 minutes late - wouldn't have ordered had it been that long a wait but I enjoyed it when it arrived

My son put down jokingly asking for free chips with burger thinking he was being smart and hats off to the restraunt who done it. And boys boys really enjoyed the burgers

Calzone was not value for money was in 4 pieces and only two had meat in them, won't order again!

Update on appstated that order was delayed by 10 minutes then approximately 3 minutes later the update stated that order had been delivered when it had not. Korma was like a paste and some of the food was cold. Cheese tasted like processed cheese. Not ideal.

Best chicken tikka I've had in years , will keep coming back all the time the food is as good as this , delivery driver also good

Delivery time ten mins beyond an already very long estimated time of 1hr for a shop less than half a mile from my home. I'll be reluctant to order again as this has been the case previously.

Not happy made order at 8:30 and food wasn't delivered until 10:35. How is this an acceptable time. Phoned the shop at 10:15 and was told my order was just leaving male that answered phones wasn't very pleasant. This is the last time I will order anything from this establishment unnacceptable especially when I live only 10mins away. My son was sleeping this was the reason I asked for delivery or I would have picked it up my self.

It doesn't matter when you order from them it's always delivered late you get a time when it's getting delivered and you have to phone them back and ask about it there are times we have to wait a hour and a half which is not axeable

Meal was 30 mins late despite calling restaurant and assured it had left at 10.10 it arrived at 10.42 when should take no longer than ten minutes to get here. Found out the driver made a stop on the way so by time I received my food it was cold! Won't be ordering or using just eat again. Nothing but hassle!

Got 2 chicken burgers delivery was a while, and one of the burger buns was rock solid couldn't even bite it had to just eat chicken on its own, disappointed

Arrived 10 minutes after the extra 10 minutes added. Food wasn't warm enough and needed a reheat in the microwave. It did taste good though, which is just as well as I seem to have an issue every time I order from here!!

Home delivery ordered from 5.5. miles away using the just eat app. Food was delicious (Punjabi tikka korma and sweet naan), however took 1hr 45 minutes to arrive, which was 1 hour later than Just Eat's stated delivery time. 50p card fee on top of £2.50 delivery charge also disappointing.
