Fantastic food really nice full of flavour staff was really friendly outstanding food and service

All the food was really good apart from the naan bread - it tasty very doughy and not fresh.

My 1st choice in Wallsend over many years , never let me down! Great food consistently thankyou.

The chicken was very tough almost like it had been there for years and lots of grease dripping out the bag so not the best but av had worse and it’s quite cheap

Food was really good and tasty however I ordered a garlic naan and got sent a plain one. Feel like the baltic should be slightly spicier but overall really good.

Food was lovely just abit disappointed that there was hardly any kebab in the Donna kebab and that the balti pizza came with things on I asked not to be put on.

Ordered a chicken wrap and curry and chips, the chips were like boiled potatoes, not even chip shaped and I don’t even think they had seen a splash of oil. The kebab wrap was served in something that was crossed between a naan bread and the bottom of a soggy Yorkshire pudding it wasn’t nice in the slightest. The chicken was ok if that’s any consolation

The chicken tikka roll, is just all really heavy dough, and huge slices of onions, about 3 fine chunks of chicken in the full roll. The chicken tikka pizza was, just a curry splashs on a pizza base and cheese on tip, would not order again. Best thing out the full order was the chicken tikka cheesey chips which came with the bare minimum cheese and and burnt chips and a few chicken bits. Absolute waste of money and won't be ordering again. And came late

Butter chicken not as expected, more like a korma but quite bland.

Thought we would try this place and we can honestly say it's the worst Indian food we have ever had,ordered a lamb balti and got chicken maybe they got the order wrong because the sauce was absolutely awful ZERO taste,could tell all the ingredients were cheap like the meat,tandoori chicken tasteless,and a very poor nann bread one million % will never go back horrendous waste of money

Texture of the curry was not nice couldn’t eat it

The driver claims to have been knocking on my door and to have tried calling me on my phone. I am sitting 3m away from the door, but nobody knocked nor did my phone ring nor are there any messages on my phone. I waited over an hour, and when I called did I only get a rude response from the shop. I threw their food away and ordered with a different company. Never have I encountered such unfriendly, rude and incompetent service here in Wallsend.

Came quickly, food was hot upon arrival and delivery driver was friendly. We really enjoyed it would order again :)

Meal arrived al the curry sauce was spilled out inside the bag the chicken was so chewy and hard you couldn’t even eat it and the rice was cold only thing that was ok was the chips and the sides

Everything was beautiful and cooked fantastic, piping hot could not fault anything about it, delivery drive was nice and polite will definitely be ordering again

The food wasn’t as hot as it normally is but it was still tasty. I asked for a chicken roll in the deal and we received a donner roll and there was also no chicken tikka on the chicken tikka cheesy chips.

First time trying the kebabs from here and they where beaut. We tried the chicken and donner kebabs. Meat perfect and tasty. Chips and nan bread cracking. Salad also included which was nice and fresh and all for £6 each great value for money. Will be back for more.

Love this place whenever I see its not open I become sad . This place changed my life and made me a better person that meat tai set meal is perfect for one lonely person or add and extra curry for 2 people. Spice Palace is the only place worth ordering from.

Food was really nice, always is to be honest but… something is always missing. No masala sauce this time so not the end of the world but it’s everytime 🤷🏽‍♀️ my tikka roll was lush and fresh but.. literally just onion and chicken, shame because it is so fresh and nice. Just wish it was as it was supposed to be and I got what I paid for

I don't know, but this place used to be fantastic, but the last few times I've ordered the food isn't as nice. I will order again and hope its back to what it was

We’re to start !! Asked no onions are peppers sent food with them in , the kabab box was so scabby for price , ordered a 12 inch pizza sent a 10 and it was all over the box had scrape topping up , ordered 10 inch garlic bread some cold and horrible! Disappointed

Was shocked to see a £8 kebab came as a tray of meat. Expected some chips or a naan/pitta for the price

Food arrived on time. Starters and main meal we’re tasteless. Ordered tandoori king prawns think there were two mixed in with a ton of onions. Main meal was with lamb which was hard to find and had to add salt to taste anything. Garlic chips arrived minus the garlic. Basically Twenty five quids worth of utter tripe. Avoid.

Mains were hot, but not the starters unfortunately. My lamb dish was so chewy I left the meat, but the sauce was nice. Very good king prawn dansak, chicken tikka masala so pink it looked really dyed… just okay, will probably try somewhere else next time.

Spice Palace was always my go to place for a curry but staff has changed & so have the prices! 2 lots of menus were on table & big difference in the price. Wondering if ownership has also changed with the big difference in price. Would rather pay the same price or a few pence more at Baburchi 2 doors along. Shame really as I used to enjoy the food here. Maybe they'll read this & learn not to rip people off with ridiculous prices! Rant over

Can't comment on much as Just had pizzas there, But tastes great and good quilty for money not too expensive. Very laid back and nice staff.

Food wasn’t great tonight and the mint sauce was off!

Absolutely disgusted in this place. Firstly order came and got the wrong order delivered. Then got the right order 20 mins later in which we were told was going to be fresh and turned up looking like it had done 10 rounds with mile Tyson. Side order of battered crumbs. This had clearly been picked up from another customers house that got our order. Ordered a bhuna and it was tasteless, salty and cold. Rang to complain and the owner is clearly not bothered about his business as he said he wasn't prepared to send another one and wasn't bothered about a bad review iether. Shall we see how bothered you are when trading standards give you a call or a visit ? Less than poor service and definitely the worst Indian food I've had in years. Shameful!

Ordered currys on Saturday night and they were cold or warm at a push. Didn’t taste bad but definitely weren’t hot temperature wise

Wasn’t that happy with it this time the popadoms were soggy and the vindaloo had barely any taste

Food was early fresh and hot but it was the usual standard. ( we normally order on a week day) perhaps a different chef. Meals didn’t taste as good as usual and breads were thrown in the bin as were undercooked thick and stodgy such a shame as never had a issue

Poorly packaged half the containers were spilt all over the bag. They over packed the bag so it split as soon as I handled it. Food was nice but ruined experience

Wouldn’t use again, very late delivery food was cold, use take away delivery services directly with restaurants not through delivery apps, to many excuses and profiting off people that are believed to be getting a good service, save yourself a few quid order directly!!!

Pizzas, chips and the chicken roll were really tasty but the chicken pieces that we received in our deal were a little on the cold side but was still tasty. We also only received normal chips instead of the chicken tikka cheesy chips that it states comes in the deal on the menu. Even though the price has increased on the deal we got it is still decent value for money.

The food was lovely but unfortunately, the garlic nann bread ordered, had kebab meat inside. Having ate some and being a vegetarian, this was unacceptable and very poor service. I understand mistakes can happen however, had this been someone with an allergy etc, this could have had serious consequences.

Got the driver is on the way txt, food turned up an hour later, predictably cold, driver was unapologetic, refund requested from just eat , will never use spice palace again.

Onion bargie was best av ever had massala was perfect couldn’t fault it definitely be ordering again the meat tali is a must ppl u will not be disappointed

Chicken dubiaza and lamb jalfrezi both lovely and tasty, chips very pale and enemic and garlic nan burnt and only half was barely edible.

Food arrived quickly but the poppadoms were soggy, the food was luke warm and was almost like it was last night's food warmed up. The lamb was chewy. On the bright side the naan bread was edible. Won't be ordering from here again.

Honestly was without doubt the worst food I’ve eating why so much onion? We got a meal deal of pizza kebab roll and chips the kebab roll we found about 4 bits a chicken you had just filled the whole thing with what seemed around a whole onion which wasn’t even sliced up properly big Chucky bits of onion was disgusting once we had spend our time picking out the whole onion we were shocked to find we were left with a naan bread roll and 4 or 5 tiny bits of chicken the pizza was undercooked and unbelievably doughy every time we picked up a slice the whole thing just fell apart into lumps of mush and same again spent extra to make the chips cheesy tikka chips the whole thing again just tasted like over powered filled with onions really was the worst takeaway I’ve ordered in a long long time had to order from elsewhere and put the majority of the food in the bin tired to ring restaurant to discuss a possible refund and to give food back but after a few attempts of contacting restaurant we couldn’t seem to get an answer so decided to bin it and order from elsewhere.

My Meal was booked for 7:10pm but I had to wait at the take away another 20 mins for it to be ready. The bread and rice were lovely however the chicken was very poor over half was inedible as was hard and tough. The curry had little flavour which is a shame as I order from here many times and is always good quality. Maybe just a bad day. I hope Next time it be as usual

Received notification to say food was on its way…. After more then 45 minutes called to ask what was happening. Told it had only left 10 minutes ago and they were busy, then said they had someone else to deal with and couldn’t say when I would receive food…. Food still hasn’t arrived.. if it will! Shocking customer service

Never received the 5 cans of pop ordered with meal and no correspondence or refund when contacted won’t order again

Second time ordering from here and just as impressed. Lovely food and great prices. New fave takeaway :)
