Gorgeous food, quick delivery, reasonable price but not compromised on taste.

Really good quality food and very very reasonable, particularly the mixed grill! And got a complimentary side even though spent less than £18. Very impressed with all and I rarely say that! lol x

Always ordered from here, food been spot on. However last time there was hardly any chicken, what was in it was like chewing on gristle and the madras, which I always have, was so hot I couldn’t eat it. Gutted as it’s my go to for a curry

food was cold all of it tikka was so thick I had to slice it was like thick paste disgusting 🫣

Curry had about 3 pieces of chicken in , I seen one tiny piece of green pepper , the rest was all onion and it was tangy , very disappointed as I’ve been raving about this place for the last several weeks , hopefully was a one off but I won’t be getting the shashlick massalla again

The tandoori chicken was awful. It was salty I couldn’t eat it so I won’t be ordering from here again.

ordered the meal for two. really good value and tasty however there was hardly any meat in both Currys. not sure if this is due to the deal but 6 very small cubes of lamb in one curry the size of a thumbnail and 6 small pieces of chicken in the other not much bigger wasn't very satisfactory when sharing between two. if the meat volume is less due to the deal this should be highlighted as they came in the same sized trays and sauce etc, really enjoyed otherwise.

We had the three person set menu which was very good value for money. Everything tasty, hot and added bonus that it was delivered earlier than anticipated. Will order again!

It was awful. The lamp chops were burnt and chewy, could not eat them. The chips were hard and the curry just looked like a tin of tomato’s had been threw over the chicken. Was my first time here and won’t be using it again. A waste of £30, did not eat anything

Yuk! Probably one of the worst "Indian" Take away experiences I've had. The starter of sheek kebab, was tasteless in the extreme, and all you got was a little bit of a chili hit. No other spices could be detected. This became a theme. Chicken biriyani main course was poor to say the least, and the portion of madras curry sauce which accompanied it was absolutely shocking. Bright red in appearance, which I have never seen before from any curry sauce, and tasteless apart from the chili. Somebody had obviously gone overboard with the food colouring, but forgotten the basics. like cumin, coriander and even salt. Disgusting. There was also a chili chicken dish, which was equally as bad, and as bland. Their menu says, " Raising the Standard." I dread to think how bad the others must be if this is a raising of the standards. They threw in a couple of free papadums (or so we thought) but when we checked the bill, these had been charged for. Even these were awful and tasted of the deep fat fryer. Most of what we had went in the dustbin, and to be honest, I felt quite sorry for the dustbin. This was my first, and certainly my last visit. Appalling.

Whichever chef cooked my food in whichever kitchen they work at - they need a huge raise...!!! This was probably the tastiest takeaway I've ever had... And I'm not saying that for brownie points, I'm saying it cause its true... My meal was *chefs kiss* friggin delicious..! Chicken was cooked to perfection, melt-in-the-mouth soft and tender... I recommends this restaurant in a heartbeat...

Item of food was missing (starter)

Food was cold on arrival - only things that seemed freshly cooked were the curry. The rice, naan and sides were cold

Food was bang on time and yummy scrumptious delicious, I had tandoori chicken on the bone with balti sauce and chips, chicken was soft succulent tasty and tender, unlike sometimes whereby its reheated from earlier, dry and chewy... Also received complimentary poppadoms (x3) and chutney, deffo recommended :)

from the moment you order it's an excessive wait. We've used this takeaway twice now and both been the same. We ordered set meal for 2 last time they forgot one of the cans, this time they forgot both Son ordered a tray of donner meat, that came as donner meat and chips Wasn't a huge order so don't understand why they are missing items off The food itself is absolutely lovely, it's just a great shame they can't get it right

I won't go anywhere else for an Indian takeaway. We've been going to Spice of India for years. Food is always consistent and tasty!

The food was nice it was just far too spicy for either me or my partner to enjoy, we got the same type of curries we always order but from here they were ridiculously hot 🥵

First time ordering and it was amazing! We had a special mix sandwich, it was absolutely huge for the price the meats were big chunks. We also had a chicken tikka biryani it came with a vegetable curry sauce and I got a garlic nan. We couldn't fault any of the food it was hot a delicious!

I was told that my food was ready at 1930 but when I arrived to collect it it wasn't ready and had to wait 15 minutes

The cocktail massalla was nice, cooked in a mild sauce as said on the menu, but the spice of india special was supposed to be cooked in a mild sauce was really hot, could'nt eat

The food was nice but came 1 hour and 40 minutes late and parts of the meal ie, rice and naan bread etc were cold, so a long wait for the food not to turn up hot was abit disapointing, would still use again as like the food as a whole, hopefully next time will be hot even if it is late

Absolutely lovely!!! The meal for two was well worth the value and could feed four. The kebabs were lovely and so was the curry. 10/10 😌

Wow !! Where do I begin !! These boys are not messing around. POWERFUL SCRAN. The south India garlic was next level, the mixed kebab was a strong contender, enough for second servings. Onion Bhajis were the best i have tasted, EVER! Naan bread, chips … stunning. Plenty of extra dips, free papadums. Delivery driver friendly. Zero to complain about. Without a shadow of a doubt I will from now in not order from another Indian in the area. Thank you. AMAZING

There was a distinct lack of paneer that n our sag paneer, we couldn’t find any. However everything else was still quality.
