Dropped for the first time as we were in a rush for food and wanted a takeaway, food and service was excellent. Now we have used it multiple times and if anything it's getting better every time, well done guys 👍, first time eating in and have to say it was excellent

Excellent Indian restaurant, very warm and welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely decor inside and out. They have quite a large menu with pretty much anything you can think of including half currys, there's a good bit of parking out front, the food is amazing quality and nice big portions, also offer different spice levels for each dish to make it suited to you, overall great restaurant, highly recommended. We used to be regulars here when our children were young some 15 years ago. I am not sure why but I thought the wife and I should give it another try. I can't say it's the cosiest place around but apart from that it ticks all the boxes, especially the BYOB one. It's your typical Bangladeshi restaurant so no worries about choosing from the menu, not that our waiter was familiar with it. The food overall was good but the chicken was a bit dry in the wife's Balti and my Pathia. Apart from that everything else was very good. It's obviously doing a few things right as the large dining room was quite full even though it was only just gone 6.00pm on a Friday. One of these is possibly their prices, one of the cheapest meals we have had for a long time.

Great restaurant with delicious food and amazing and friendly service! We went on a Wednesday evening and even then it was pretty busy! Definitely a place I will go to again.

5* - Lots of safe, lit up parking, an accessible ramp and entrance, warm, cosy and inviting inside. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We met friends here as it is local to them, and they said the food would be good and they were right. Two of us use Powerchairs and they put us on an accessible table where we didn't feel we were in anyone's way. Nice decor, very hygienic and the food was amazing. Four adults with starters and mains, just over £60 and we had left overs to take home as portions were a great size. We took our own alcohol which kept the cost down too. Can't wait to go back. Thoroughly recommended 👌

The food was was mediocre I've had better and worse, there's not really a atmosphere in there the staff are really friendly and it's wheelchair friendly.

Food was great when it eventually came but there was a long wait as they were busy and the upstairs is now closed We arrived for 6.30 and didn't eat main till nearly 9 But it was pleasant atmosphere and we were a large group

Ordered a spicy balti and bland no taste called them back for them to try reason with me not to fix the issue very poor service any other restaurant would be quick to fix

Tremendous food and great atmosphere. Service was 10/10 and is an absolute hidden gem. The lighting and ambience in the evening gives it that homely feeling. Really enjoyed the Chicken Tarka, Garlic Cheese Naan, and Keema Pilau rice. Will be seeing me again soon, keep up the amazing work Spice Lounge, special mention to Mabz, Saj and Nasim!

All staff are very polite food is delicious and the whole place is very clean . Highly recommended.

We were down from Scotland visiting family. However it was my wife's birthday so we decided to eat here with all the family together. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff made us feel at home. The food is outstanding could not ask for any better. Was so tasty we were all trying each others food to compare lol. Thank you guys hope to eat here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went for a early lunch mid week, food was nice ,n fresh, bring ur own alcoholic drinks...nice treat...would go again..

Family meal for seven on a Monday evening, so it was very quiet. Did small trial starters for children experimenting with Indian quizine. Food was cooked and served well for all courses. Brought to table in timely fashion so we weren't rushed. Nice selection of desserts and a complimentary surprise at the end as it was a birthday celebration. Would definitely return.

Really good authentic food and they will make you something or change it of you want that's not on the menu. Lovely atmosphere.

On Friday 7th April 2023, me and 8 other friends had a wonderful evening . From the moment we arrived, the staff were courteous and any request was helpfully dealt with. The order was taken and the food was brought in , with good spacing between starters and the main course. The food itself was well presented and very tasty. Much humour was had between the staff and ourselves, which certainly made the night. This was the first time to this restaurant for the majority of us and we all said that this restaurant would certainly fit into the collection of restaurants that we use. Overall a very positive night and the prices are excellent too. £165 for 9 of us, including the obligatory poppadoms and nan bread. Definitely a place to revisit.

Cracking food. Haven't had a decent curry from anywhere in years , but WOW......this place knocks it out the ball park. I had chicken tikka massala / lamb bhuna combo with keema pilau rice , mushroom bhajee and a keema naan. The other half had a mix veg biriyani , mushroom bhajee , Tarka Dhal side dish and a peshwari naan , and we both loved it. Will be going back again in the future. 10 out of 10

Starters were cold and the meat samosa were not the same as normal they had some mashed up stuff inside them which was horrible I've ordered from this place for years but the last 2 deliveries have been really disappointing. Something has changed like a new chef!

Every time Ive been here the food has been out of this world, personally I think the chicken tikka meat is amazing. Friendly staff too. Unlicensed so bring your own alcoholic drinks.

Worst Indian restaurant I've ever been to. Ordered a keema naan it was all slimy and red inside. The food we ordered had no taste to it service was really slow would not recommend this place save your money

I don't live in the UK anymore and we are here visiting family. This is the first time in 2 years being back and I was craving a curry as our first meal. They didn't disappoint, it was delicious as always. I can literally say I've waited years for their food!

A most pleasant evening was spent with Sajid and the staff at spice lounge! My wife Julie had finished her job at Argos after 16 years and we celebrated with a gorgeous meal, cooked beautifully. Well recommended and fantastic value for money!!

Last night i ordered food for collection and in chickpea curry there was no salt I think someone forget to put salt in it and naan was burnt and roti was raw and burnt . Totally wasted our money £9.65 for just these three items which I was not even able to eat .

We booked here for dinner last night after a recommendation from a friend. We were not let down. The service, including calling up on several occasions to amend numbers and details, has been fantastic. Really friendly and professional staff who made our party of 9 feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. A lot of our party used their special banquet menu (which they do on Wednesday and Sunday nights); which included a poppadom and spice tray, a starter, a main and rice or naan bread for £10.95pp - such good value for money and everyone has said how good it all tasted. Could not fault a thing so would definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly be going back. Thank you!
