I used to come here or recently I have asked my frind to get the food. Unfortunately staff of 2 girls looks shocked or not very welcoming. Very rude behave. Very busy to playing reels on their mobile with loud sound. My frind asked them to add something they didnt understand or they even didnt reply with yes or no. Even my frind can understand their language they were talking . Can't explain here. Staff:- definitely need proper training if you gonna put pur staff to the counter. Atlest they should know what is the customer service. Very angry this time. Don't want to go there.

Food - The food was not too bad but could have been a lot better. Service - Staff were shocking, poor customer service, staff seemed disinterested and just lazying around making videos infront of customers. Atmosphere - was Ok the TV hardly worked properly in playing songs probably due to poor wifi. Overall - even though it was late did not enjoy coming here and probably will not come again. Food was ok but not great. Staff/management seriously need to take a look at themselves.

Reckless and dangerous driving by this Rio Piri Piri delivery driver—registration PJ08 PGK. The driver was speeding and abruptly cut in front of me, nearly causing an accident. If not for my quick reaction, it could have resulted in a serious collision. This kind of irresponsible driving puts everyone at risk, including pedestrians and other road users. Companies should ensure their drivers adhere to road safety rules and drive responsibly. Extremely disappointed with this experience and hope action is taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

macho, original whole , frango and few other stuff. i took my whole family . Great hospitality with good people .very neat and clean.we spent around £150 and had a very good food and looking forward to vist again. It is also a great place to have birthday, -anniversary linch or dinner.Thank you!

I really enjoyed the food there. Especially the cookies and cream milkshake. The El burrito was amazing. I also loved the customer service. Everyone was super friendly

Terrible food, terrible service. Tried a peri peri chicken pitta meal which was dripping with juice, the pitta was soggy and everything fell out when I picked it up. Not much flavour either. Took almost 20 minutes from time of ordering which is not ideal when you only have 30 minute lunch break. The lady serving was miserable, and coughing all over the place. No customer service skills. The toilet was dirty too, no hand-wash and dryer was broken, no toilet seat either. Will not be returning.
