Mr Singh’s in Wolverhampton

This place is great. My wife and I had to visit new cross and were craving some junk food after. As vegetarians options are usually limited but Mr Singh's is a dream. Seitan Doner kebab is incredible and portions very generous!

I have going there from last few years.it has changed now (new owners and staff on every visit)

came here with my friends the staff was extremely rude and the place was cold and not nice to eat in at all. The food then came out after waiting over 90 minutes it was cold and I could make better myself at home. I’ve tried a lot of places in Wolverhampton this is one of the worst, I wouldn’t recommend. If you are looking for pizza in Wolverhampton, I was told about Veggie supreme pizza and agree it’s way better !

I travel 1.5hrs from the other side of Shrewsbury to eat here! The tandoori 'chicken' naan wrap is phenomenal! The sizzler also. Vegan heaven. Please open a restaurant in Telford or Shrewsbury

Terrible service by the store manager. She wasn’t understanding, listening or even able to communicate well. Will not be returning here. Prefer to visit the Birmingham branch. Was just a bad experience overall.

Favourite place to go for food. The deco is nice, the food is phenomenal. Its a tradition to come here for valentines. I think they changed the vegan cheese a year ago but still delicious.

Clean and armispheric place. You can eat vegetarian food for a good price. So far I ordered pizza twice in there and was delicious. Medium size was perfect just for one person to fill me up completely. Workers are friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend.

Horrible experience, never go here, the filthy attitude on the coworkers, super lazy, rude. They left my pizza to sit out in the cold and when I asked for the pizza that was just sitting there. The coworker said “it’s not my problem, go find out someone else” while chatting to her friends. Then when I tried to pay for my pizza and get my NHS discount and they refused to accept my NHS ID. So I got cold, overpriced and extremely delayed pizza all because their employees are to lazy

Rude woman that took the order, looked at me with disgust when I wanted to pay with cash just ordering a single large pizza for a single person... Clearly miffed I didn't order any extras.... I waited 20 minutes which is a reasonable time you can see the chefs working only then it was put it as I waited to see how long it takes it was rushed... It looked amazing on top when I got then it went south the cheese tasted plastic I know it's a veggie place but surely real cheese... It had a decent crust on top but raw dough base I had to throw it...it Would have been better to go to Iceland and get £1 pizza at least I could have eaten it... Fine a screw up on a pizza it happens but the arrogance and snottienes from the staff I'd advise you to go to any of the takeaways on Dudley road save yourself the head ache

Really happy to have this place local! There are plenty of pizza selling places in the same radius, but this one has topped them all for me. quality of food is very good and freshly made and place is also neat and clean staff is very coperative....highly recommended👍🏻

AVOID THIS PLACE – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken burger, expecting something fresh and tasty. Instead, I got a dry, flavorless piece of chicken in a burnt bun. It looked bad and tasted even worse. When I raised my concerns with the person at the till, things somehow got worse. Rather than offering to fix it, she told me, “We can’t remake or change your burger.” Her “solution” was to suggest I “add some sauce.” Seriously? She spoke in an argumentative, dismissive tone, acting as if I was the problem. At one point, she even said, “We’ve never had a complaint before,” as if that somehow made it okay. Basically, I was told to “shut up and eat it.” When I asked for a proper solution, she said I’d have to buy a new burger at full price. No care, no respect, no attempt to make it right. The food was bad, but the service was even worse. Burnt food can happen, but terrible customer service is a choice. If this place wants customers to return, they need to train their staff to handle complaints properly. Until then, I’d strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. Bland, dry food and rude service are a terrible combination. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We've been to Mr Singh's twice now, and can honestly say that the pizza we had is honestly the best we've ever had, anywhere on earth. It's just incredible. We're vegan and the choices are amazing, just need to get back and try them. Lovely friendly staff (shout out to Cam!). We intend to return in the new year with a bunch of vegan friends and really go for it.

Really disappointed that after spending £35 and you ask for dips you on get 2 only between 4 people. Also the packaging is not secure as soon as I got home the bag ripped and food fell down. Luckily it didn’t spill I caught it in time but I think mr singh needs to review there policy about how many sauces are allowed when I told the cashier there is 4 people eating

Gluten Free Pizza Was Good….The Curly Fries Were Reheated!

Had takeaway before so knew the food is tasty, high quality and good value. Seating in was a pleasant surprise; really nicely fitted out in an industrial style, whilst being really clean and welcoming. Friendly staff and great service.

Nice place, small car park, good variety of 100% vegetarian food which was quite tasty and they also have refillable drinks for only £3. The only downside was the service as they took 45 minutes to take our cake out of the fridge and pass to us, and we had bought this from home.

Lots of pizzas to choose from. I had the margarita twist (thin base) which was delicious. Plenty of sides also, you have to try the chilli cheese nuggets, amazing. Very reasonably priced. I'm a meat eater but I didn't miss the meat options and would definitely go back.

very bad experience. we went there on sunday evening. we ordered paneer spicy pizza .They took too much time to cook and serve , when it was finally served on our table it was cold . we didn't like it at all .I will never go there and will never recommend to others.Totally waste of Money and time .🕰️

Nice place, visited the Wolverhampton branch. Staff very friendly, food was tasty and hot and tge desert cookie dough was fab. I’ve ordered a gluten free pizza on Uber an hour ago. Still waiting for the delivery.

A bad experience we’ve had to date with yourselves. I placed an order for delivery, which arrived cold, 1 hour later, the driver didn’t come with change. I called to make yourselves aware of the food situation and returned your food in person. A fresh order was made, to discover the gluten free vegan pizza, was not gluten free or vegan, it had to be made again. The remaining order, small Pizza and 2 x fries, was left on the oven for 10/12 mins, whilst the correct pizza was being made. The correct pizza come out but the remaining order of fries and a small pizza was no longer hot. When explaining to both males, I’ve come for hot food, which was delivered cold. You then handed me a pizza which didn’t meet dietary requirements, leaving remaining food to go warm, I’m back to where I started. One male, I believe he may have been In charge for this evening, was not friendly about the whole situation, I didn’t get his name. They reheated the small pizza, which was then burnt and reheated one portion of oven baked fries, which were rock hard. The pizza made for dietary requirements was undercooked and below its usual standards. No labels on the box to indicate pizza or dietary guidelines, our stomachs haven’t stopped churning. This was our go to place for some time.

For context I've worked in the pizza industry and understand how pizzas are made and can be fresh or not. Before the new owners the quality was amazing and I had no issue whatsoever as I used to order multiple times. However, when the new owner came into business they started to cut corners in their food quality. When we ordered two large pizzas I knew it was uncooked on the bottom and cooked on the top, it also had a weird smell which was the dough going bad as I knew from industry. When I asked the lady about it being undercooked, they didn't offer to put it back in the oven to sort the mess out, they just blamed manufacturing and saying it's not there fault. We asked for it to be put back in the oven she said no and walked off. We was just stunned at how it was all handled as we never had this issue before with the old owners but don't think I'll be coming back, it's a shame as I liked mr Singh but will instead go to the west brom store for pizzas.

Never knew vegetarian pizzas tasted so good. This establishment is our weekly take away, nothing else compares, In a fussy pizza buff but these pizzas are on another level. I highly recommend them and the customer service is first class too. Thank you Mr Singhs

We have been going to Mr Singh's since 2019. Definitely our favourite pizza place.

Nice food, very well decorated, good service, hospitable staff, the chairs are a bit on the small side. The food was hot and cooked well. Clean, none greasy. We had an XL pizza, burger meal which needed a slice of cheese, paneer wrap and drinks and deserts. Overall, it was a very good place to enjoy a meal and is recommended. Shame they don't do a meat option, but this is for vegetarians/vegans. I would try the larger burger next time as a meat eater.

I ordered fries on 3 different occasions thinking they would change but they were soggy and it tasted pure of oil . Me and my mates got sick literally of it. Either their oil they are not changing or putting the fries into cold oil. It felt like I was eating the oil then fries. 3 chances I gave never ordering again!! Hi .. I ordered 2 pizzas on last Friday via phone after looking at online menu. unfortunately when I reached there the prices have increased staying online is not updated. I would expect at this stage people honour the online prices. I felt the service prison was a v little rice as well when asked.

Interesting to see pizza and burgers 🍕 with so much range..including desi range.. all veg... high quality food..huge place to dine with family... beautiful decor..lovely people..its upstairs..car parking available got a temple 🛕 opposite.. highly recommended if you want to try high quality veg range with right ✅️ pricing😀👍

One pleace where I can eat gluten free pizza with my family

I have been there for many times and keep asking for less cheese, even 2 times i told them to made it again. But today i got too much cheese instead of less cheese. Very disappointed.

I ordered a soya sticks wrap with chilli sauce. It was so unappetising and unappealing. I'm sorry Mr Singhs. Please what's happened to your standard of food. No taste at all. Please up the standard to where it was when you started

We were a regular customer and used to always come here.Once when we ordered we found a bug in our burger.We told them and they didn’t even apologise .They are really rude.They tell us the waiting time and it does not even take that long.They give us our food cold as well and when we are waiting for our food to pick it up they let it become cold . We are never eating here again as this is the worst restaurant we’ve ever eat had.

Last night I went to Mr Singh with my whole family around 8.30pm. Staff was not very supportive. I wish they had smile on face to greet their customers. Food was good though.

M' used to come in Mr.singh's but today am furious bcoz that staff overthere completely treated with my frnd vry badly. She told her to change the table twice while she was in waiting for us.

Banging food, really nice restaurant

The place is situated upstairs and they do have a lift for wheelchairs etc. The place is spacious. Have to order at the tills. All items are vegetarian or vegan friendly, no meat. Pizzas are always nice, tried half of vegi hot and paneer tikka and curly fries, the milkshakes are lovely too. Nice service, friendly staff.

This place used to be buzzing but it's gone a bit downhill in recent months. Some of the food has been downsized, i.e. our paneer wrap normally came with a generous filling but now you could count the chips on one hand. Our pre-ordered dessert was sent out with our mains even though we informed them that we would tell them when we were ready. The restaurant has become a bit dry and empty compared to the once family filled party atmosphere. I hope they pick it up again as it cornered a niche part of the market - or maybe the issue is that they have no competition...yet. We haven't been in a while so decided to go today as it's been a fair few months but it still the same. Food ordered still comes out in dribs and drabs which is so annoying; today 2 of us had eaten our meal before the other 2 got their pizza. Why can't they bring your whole order out at the same time.

Mr Singh staff are so rude to us as customers, no respect at all. I will never ever order from this company again. The staff are all from overseas and has no training how to talk to customers. I am appalled that its come to this

First time at Mr. Singh's. Amazing selection of vegetarian pizza, burgers, calzones and sides. The soya burger was delicious I could have had another. High quality ingredients and balanced flavours. Didn't feel like fast food at all. I will be returning to try the pizza!

Tasty food as always , value for money , we (17people) went on a Sunday afternoon , we virtually had the whole place to ourself , burger spot on , pizza on point as usual.

Food was very dry and tasteless

Twice I ordered on Uber and on the first occasion the pizza came flat, paper like and burnt... On the second occasion, today, the pizza came late by over 1 hour... The pizza was cold, flat and it hurt my teeth... I also ordered a large curly fries and they sent me fries instead which were just cold and horrible. I called to tell them that they sent the wrong items and she advised me to call Uber so they can issue a refund. Abysmal.. Why offer food if you cannot fulfill what you advertise? I will never order from Mr Sing again. Dreadfull pizza.

The soya tikka sizzler was absolutely vile, it was sinking in oil! Will never go here again, the food is pure grease.

Food is amazing when eating in. Plus wait times are short. The ac is always on, the servers are quick whenever you ask for anything and a good music selection.

Clean, relaxed and comfortable vibe. Good for families with children. Pizzas were tasty and fresh. Garlic dips or ranch dressing for the crusts would enhance the experience though the mint yoghurt dressing was tasty.

Worst experience. Staff did not know how to serve the food, they come and serve like just through the food on table.

This is by no means “authentic” pizza, however, it is a delicious take on pizza (and Americanised pizza) and is close to pizza that we’ve come to enjoy and love in India. I’d go as far as to say that Mr Singh’s is a better alternative to fast food pizzas served in the UK (such as Pizza Hut or Domino’s). The restaurant is entirely vegetarian and most of the vegetarian options (including paneer, and a fascinating but awesome dhaniya/coriander pizza) but they also serve pizza’s with vegan alternatives intended to replicate chicken. This extends to the burgers that are served here, which are also made with vegan alternatives for chicken (soy one would assume) and bacon. Personally, while the other dishes are quite good, the pizzas are the star of the show. Prices are reasonable, and this particular chain at Wolverhampton has a nice interior, so eating in is equally enjoyable.

Half and hour after taking orders 1 hour after food came And rudely behaviour with us ,so we can't eating there, so I ask box, they said normally I can't give to box any one but I have small box so you put pizza and chips together I said how he not replied. 15minute after box give us. Me and my friends don't want to go there again

Best vegan pizza in the Midlands. Absolutely smashing. And the cheese shocked me at first because I thought it was real. Donor and chips were fantastic and the fried mushrooms were perfectly crispy.

1st time I visited this place, glad I did, food was lovely, nice atmosphere and service was top notch. Would definitely visit again if I'm around the area.

For 3£ you can drink as much as u want any type of soft drink, and besides that the pizza is one of the best in the UK. I honestly ate in 45 restaurants++ and on the first taste is made so well, cruncy and soft.. with a looot of cheese. For only 12£ we eat together a medium pizza with 2 big drinks. Very cheap amazing quality for value. 10/10 food and service. The ac was a bit too cold but the pizza kept us warm. 😆

Horrible terrible 2nd time happened with us again we order food and the we waited for 45 minutes and when made it finally they forgot to serve our fries and when we ask for the bill that time they said sorry you have to pay for the fries as well either you cancelled or you didn’t get it 🤣🤣🤣 I laughed hard. I paid for fries which we didn’t get and all staff members were just taking to each other they no bother anything even they don’t see

Some people will be surprised to read it but this is the best place to have Indian pizza. We ordered vegetarian hot and it was really hot, something that you will usually get in India. Milkshake were nice and were really heavy. Loved the ambience.
