De wrong flava. Ordered food online and didn't get what I ordered. What came was some 3 day old stale stew chicken and festivals so hard my dog couldnt chew them. The food went in the bin it was so rank and I had to go order from somewhere else.

Ordered via Uber eats for the first time. Received a call shortly after to say out of jerk chicken, dumplings and steam vegetables. Requested please exchanged the one jerk chicken meal for stew chicken. Instead just replacing the one jerk chicken meal they sent two instead of the curry mutton we originally ordered. The festival, chicken, vegetables were stale. Unacceptable standard. My advise is only order Jamaican food from sauce an peng. De Wright Flava has no flavour and is inedible. The meal cost £24 and the only thing we could eat was the pre-packed patty.

1st time ordering and I’m very disgusted with Saltfish fritters and festivals it was rock hard not edible and now I trying to contact them they got fone on voicemail kmt il never order from here again I wudnt even feed my dog it how hard they were rock hard like rock

Both ladies serving looked miserable and did not want to be there, especially the mixed race girl with the fake eyelashes! NO customer service whatsoever!! I got charged over the amount for food £6 odd for a small meal when in fact it’s £5 and always has been. All the food was DISGUSTING, it ran my belly so I had diarrhoea all night and still going now. I’ve ate from this shop many times and has never had a problem! Either the cook was tryna poison people or they just couldn’t be arsed !! Also had NOTHING left in the shop other than chicken. Very disappointed and will NOT be returning. Infuture I will use MAMEES or TROYS!!!

My first taste of Jamaican food in England was at this spot. The atmosphere could use a little sprucing up, but honestly, it kinda fits the vibe of some Jamaican joints, depending on where they're located. The best part? They’re affordable and there a variety of classic dishes on the menu. My personal service experience was pleasant, but I did witness a few folks getting iffy service. Now, let's talk about the food. I dug into some delicious oxtail, and they weren't stingy with the sauce, which I loved. I have mixed emotions about the amount though. I also got a side of plantain which I have no complaints about. All in all, I'd say give it a shot. It might not be a fancy place, but if you're in the mood for affordable Jamaican eats with a side of character, it's worth a visit.

Staff were not wearing head covers. They have very long fake hair, also wearing nail varnish and very long fake nails also wearing rings all of these should not be worn when serving food.

Been awhile since i had food this good the portions are amazing and the quality is perfect.

We had the mutton soup... and it was an endless cup of soup... full of flavour, full of food, full of meat and taste like heaven.... piping hot and niccccceeeeeee. Will be visiting again, this was our first visit but not last.

Just came from London and first stop was this place, I don't think I took a breath whilst eating 😂 the food was that good, rice & peas, fish, cabbage, plantain...make sure you pull up!!! And always packed, now, what's that telling you!

Alright, seriously, I was looking for a place to cater for a small event. I don’t usually even eat out. I asked for recommendations and this place was unanimously recommended. I thought, let me try the food for myself first, which I just did. I’ll definitely choose them to do the catering for next week’s event. Thanks in advance.

Rate this place highly in comparison to other local establishments. The food is delicious, fresh and well seasoned. They also offer boneless versions of the most popular dishes. The staff are usually friendly and I’m yet to have a meal I didn’t enjoy. My only complaint was the size of my last large meal, please don’t scrimp on the portions it’s frustrating to be hungry after a meal. Will be back again in future.

I purchased Oxtail, rice and peas and Veg from here last night. The oxtail was as tuff as old boots. I had to throw it away as it was not even half cooked. Absolutely disgusting!!! I like my oxtail soft to a point it is dropping off the bone. Never again!!!!!!!

Omg the food is always tasty when I order. Oxtail 💯 curry goat 💯brown stew/french fry/bbq chicken 💯 coleslaw 💯. I love the food especially when Troy’s cooking. I eaten here numerous times and have never had a complaint. I had food on Xmas eve. Dunno what I expected but you could tell everything was cooked fresh that day!!!!

The Food is Delicious, Staff are very polite and friendly, the Price is right also. I feel very safe and comfortable. They follow the new Covid rules. Delivery Service is also available and parking too.

Great carribean food, service getting better re speed

Food tastes nice but portions can be questionable. £7 for a meal that is mostly rice with a small portion of meat. (Also depends on who is serving). Best to order meat seperately and rice as a side that way you will get more bang for your buck 😉

Today i had the Boneless Chicken with white rice and steamed vegetables oh wuth some Jerk Wings aswell. Really really tasty meal and i had loads in my medium box meal. I also had the Jerk Lamb, rice and peas with steamed vegetables. This is delightful aswell! One of my favourites! 👍🏾

Absolutly disgusting had chicken on coco bread. Chicken was hard and dry even the dog wldnt eat it. Looked like thin chicken strips that was cooked weeks ago and warmed up. These people need to learn too cook.
