Spice Inn in Tameside

3rd visit here with a lovely group of friends. Food was delicious and the staff really looked after us. Fab service.

Went in for my husband’s birthday and we both tried different meals from what we normally had, we both thoroughly enjoyed the whole meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend a visit as we have never been disappointed every time we’ve been.

We've ordered from Spice Inn several times and were always very happy with the service and quality of food. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable; staff are very friendly too!

Excellent food and great service with a smile. Yet again, some of the best Indian/Asian food you can have in the Greater Manchester area. Always served efficiently and with a warm smile . Highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant with fantastic attentive staff. Always go the extra mile for you. Extensive menu with great choice, fab drinks menu. They have a cocktail menu and will do them virgin for the kids, my boys love the blue lagoon. I always try to have something different when we visit and each time I'm not disappointed. The murgh masalam is delicious.

First visit this weekend, good food and service. Great little place if you want to sit in the menu is big enough to cater for anyone.

The donner meat was thick and chewy and the chicken tikka was dry.

Superb customer service! I cannot remember the last time I had an issue dealt with so well. Sent missing breads out straight away which were hot and delicious. Very apologetic and sent 2 free drinks for our inconvenience. Amazing customer service.

The food is ok but been here a few times and won’t be back due to them always adding extra items on the bill. And when querying this they smirk so obviously done on purpose! There were 3 extra vodkas which they removed but was over charged for coke and soda water too. They tried adding a nan bread we hadn’t even ordered. Also, we asked for one drink but they brought out 3 which was our previous order. We only wanted one.

Just had food delivered, ordered for 7pm and came 10 mins early 🙌🏽 food was piping hot and was absolutely delicious especially the lamb chops starter! Thanks and can’t wait to order again!

Every time I have eaten here, either dining in or take-away, the food has been 10/10. Genuinely think you’d struggle to find a better curry in Greater Manchester. Pick anything on the menu and it will exceed expectations. On top of excellent food, the restaurant itself is lovely, the staff are super friendly and the portions are more than generous. Don’t hesitate in eating here, you won’t be disappointed!

Would of been a higher rating but the chips wasn’t cooked enough and they sent plain rice not pilau rice.

We went on a Tuesday evening and had it not been for a large family group celebrating a birthday we would probably have been the only people in! We were well looked after by the staff, the food was great. Will go again but perhaps on another night! They have live music on a Friday night so that may be worth a visit.

Thee of us ate here tonight, excellent curry sauce, unfortunately hardly any meat in them, I would say less than half a chicken breast between the 3 of us.more onions than meat. With a breast costing about £1 from the supermarket, it makes the curry very expe sive for what it is

Had a meal New Year’s Eve with family. King prawns where great. Lamb chops decent. Curry was really tasty. Lamb jalfrezi.

Came to dine at Spice Inn because of its reviews online so decided to try it out and have to say it was well worth it. Staff were very polite and hospitable and the food was great. Thank you, and we will definitely come back again. Ps it was great to know that you know some of my relatives.

Food was cold. Chicken overcooked and they must buy the scrawnyist chicken ever as hardly any meat. Their idea of salad on burger is 7 pieces of shredded lettuce. I deffo not buying from here again. Used twice and food as bad as qst order. Most of it ended up in the bin. AWFUL FOOD

Its our 3rd time back at the Spice Inn. One of the best Indian restraunts we've been in. The management and staff were very friendly and helpfull. Even kind enough to allow me to add a pint glass to my collention. Would recomend any family to try it out.

Quantity was too less and they take too long to serve the food and the taste was average ... It is not fake I visited 3 weeks ago pleas don't cover up u r mistakes by just saying it as a fake one...

We went there for collection using our Meercat discount. Never eaten there before. I have to say it's the best curry I have eaten since moving to Tameside. No curry's have stood up to my more northern home town. This however was up at the top. I dont like to much spice and don't eat meat so ordered a mild vegetable Dopiaza and it was gorgeous. Just a nice enough amount of spice and full of flavour. The onion bhaji was really nice and the naan was light and fluffy. My hubby who is a spice fiend and curry fanatic said it was really nice. Can't wait to eat there again. The only tip for a vege person is I would like some cauliflower in the veg curry. However, even without that this place is the best I've tried and our new go to for a curry. Also...hubby says it's really nice inside. I recommend people eat there for a nice night with nice surroundings. Date night there for us as well as takeout 🤤😁 great place big thumbs up 👍🏻

Great food lovely staff. They stopped the music and put the news on The TV at about 1015pm which was a bit weird at the end of the night. But it was great food. Bit on the pricey side.

Thank you for today guys was extremely busy with it been Father’s Day but the food was hot fresh and delicious and you can never complain about that. Them two young lads are fantastic workers. Credit to all you we fully enjoyed ourselves so thank you for a lovely meal.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Haughton Green! Despite visiting lots of expensive and popular restaurants in Manchester, the food just doesn't compare to the wonderful food at Spice Inn. Spice Inn is always yummy and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere with very attentive staff. We have never been disappointed at Spice Inn and it definitely needs recognition for the lovely restaurant it is!

Service was very slow. Over an hour for two meals in a half full restaurant. When food was served, the bread ordered was given to a different table. The bill was incorrect. Added drinks which weren't ours, it was rectified but not a good impression of the new owners. Food was nice though. Not sure if I'll visit again or go to Suhag down the road.

Found this restaurant by mistake. Great service, awesome menu and the food was truly amazing! My only criticism is there is too much choice! Definitely recommend it!
