I waited for about 1 hour.. it took a long time and the pizza will be cold

food was lovely but my cheesecake was frozen..loads of it but will have to defrost lol still great 👍

usally order from here a lot and never had a problem but i never recieved my order at all last night spent over 20 on food to ask for a refund their reply was no and to quote “we’re really sorry your order wasn’t delivered on time , we hope you enjoyed your food” good one !!

Food was pretty bland and it took over 2 hours to be delivered, which was over an hour after just eat said it was dispatched. Called 3 times and no apologies

Pizza is tasty but was +1 hr later than del time, i asked for spicy chicken with green chillies and it came with no chillies but a garlic dip? Food was warm but not as hot as i would expect when I called and was told the order had just left :(

Ordered Chicken pakora and chips and cheese. The Chicken Pakora tasted so bland it was like eating cardboard. The Pakora sauce smelled and tasted rancid. The cheese on my chips was disgusting. Overall waste of money as I couldn’t eat it.

came quick enough but was missing chips and cheese from my order. called up the restaurant and they said it'd come out between 10-15 and it never did unfortunately. these things happen but I couldn't even get a way for a refund on them which was annoying

Pizza base was really thick and doughy not there regular base,Also there wasn't much topping on it,there was a big gap near the crust due to the topping not been loaded properly,This isn't like them to send a pizza out like that,was shocked by them.

Pizza was ordered late at night so there was a delay & confusion when the app said it was delivered before food arrived. Pizza was absolutely brilliant & hit the spot after a late night show.

Do not order from here. Pakora lumpy and hardly any sauce when you order a large portion. Went in the bin

Wrong food delivered. Phone not answered to sort so ended up with zero food and binning the random order sent to me. Trying to get refund through just eat and shall remember to never order from here again. Heads up for anyone else to avoid

Consistently the best for Kebabs, Pizzas and Side. Just truly delicious food and the nan bread is amazing. You won’t regret ordering. Best fresh ingredients and the best taste.

wanted to share my recent experiences with you because I believe in giving feedback constructively. Over the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and food at your establishment. As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to see the standards slipping. Out of my last five orders, four have been incorrect or missing items that were paid for. When I've tried to address these issues with your staff, their aggressive attitude has only added to the frustration. It's disappointing to receive a rectified order slammed on the counter as if it was my fault for their mistake. I truly hope that you can address these issues promptly, as I remember how great your services used to be in the past.

I ordered food at 7.25 for my son’s guests at his birthday party, delivery time was between 15-30 mins, 8.40 and I’m still waiting :( kids had to leave without food as over an hour delivery not good at all I won’t ever order again very disappointed

Received order and everything was cold… called as soon as I received it and boy said send another order. Waited 50 mins and nothing came called shop back and boy said never spoke to me and I was lying.. this is not the first time this has happened. Stafff attitude is appalling and very unprofessional calling customer liars.. I have calls to prove it and recorded due to last experience.. will not be using again

Order was marked as delivered 40 minutes before it actually arrived, phoned the restaurant to have a member of staff say it was either getting made or on its way rather than checking and that the longer they’re on the phone the busier they’ll get. It’s understandable that they may be busy but as it’s the first time phoning up and only asking where the order was it’s completely unreasonable to be spoken to like that. Food also arrived freezing cold, not ordering from here again.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered food to collect and when I've gotten there they haven't even started to prepare the food. The owner lied to me saying it was in the oven and made it up sneakily behind the counter. When I realised what he was doing i asked if it wasnt prepared yet and he said it was in the oven and he was making a different pizza and he kept telling me 2 minutes. After being there for 10 minutes I asked if it's not in the oven already then don't make it and give me my money back and the cheek and attitude I got from the owner was shocking I've been going there for years I won't be back

Was not up to standard atawl far from it soggy pizza and weird taste binned it all have eat food from here before don’t no what happened tonight enough to poot me right off anyway when your spending 30 quid plus in a takeaway for you and people they should be making it properly especially when charging top end delivery charges

From the initial estimated delivery time the food was over 1 hour late, it was a further 17 minutes late from the amended time. When the food arrived the pizza was cold, I have a video of how hard the Doner Pakora was but the rest was ok. I did call the restaurant to enquire on a timescale, but I found the response less than helpful and slightly arrogant.

Ordered a 12 inch pizza when I got it home it was a 10 inch and the pizza dough was undercooked. Shops went right downhill

Had to wait 30 minutes to go collect it then had to wait another 30 minutes waiting on them cooking it after I got there

Can never complain about the taste of the pizza or the hoagies however the wait times are currently 1.5-2hr late, no communication from the restaurant or apology. The service is really letting them down.

Ordered Turkish pizza, received one with just single topping on it. Taste was not bad but I was disappointed that food did not came as described.

Veg pakora nice and crispy, good size portion. Pakora sauce good. Chicken tikka masala sauce flavourful, but quite rich. The boiled rice cut through nicely. Sauce is quite thick and chunky. Chapati was on the dry side. Delivery time was slow (marked as delivered online and had to phone the restaurant)

I don't mind when it's late when they're busy cos it's always good kwality food 😁👍

Last time I order. It’s rare now I’ll actually get a sauce at all with my order. And without it my food goes straight into the bin.
