The curry sauce isn’t nice at all and is more like an Indian curry sauce than actual curry sauce

no peppers on pizza when asked for them also paid extra for pakora sauce and tub was not full

It didn't arrive, just marked as delivered.

No updates or anything, I had to keep asking and no apology until I reported it was very late!

always 10/10. got something wrong on our order but but very unusual for them to make a mistake and my little one was quite happy to eat it!

I ordered a korma but didn’t receive rice with it 😥

ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED. After 2 hours of waiting, I called to see what was happening, told they were too ‘mobbed’ & it wasn’t even cooked yet. Had happened before & I seem to get spoken to very rudely by the same girl. Ex-loyal customer.

Bad delivery and bad app tracking considering the order didn’t leave when said app stated which resulted in nearly 2 hours for food in which still waiting for partial refund. Only thing is pizza was delicious.

My order was not delivered at all! Shambles! Food was for my pregnant wife and son, won’t be ordering from these amateurs again!!!

after waiting almost 2 hours for delivery it never arrived then said it was delivered within an hour terrible service and thats it they have lost a valid customer we order from here 3/4 times a week but no more their customer service has went right down hill, do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost!!

I am giving it no stars as they never delivered it and when phoned said it would be 15 mins and then nothing then phoned and no answer. don't get why they lied instead of just being honest. never had an issue with them before as well

food came absolutely frozen, even the separate tub of curry sauce was frozen. I also ordered 1.5 litre water and they sent out 2 small bottles 500ml.

Over at in laws for New Year’s Day and ordered for 8 people and the food was hot and fresh.

I bought this thinking it was spicy chicken calzone how youse can sell that to people like that is beyond me it has this white stuff in the middle witch comes out in lumps absolutely disgusting wouldn’t even feed my dog that🤮.

pizza base was soggy and wet ... Usually don have issues with restaurant but on this instance food wants upto regular standard

Asked for my usual peri peri 5 strips n chips was overcharged wasn't bothered until I seen it in pizza defrosting waited 25 mins to then say a want my money back as they were still trying to defrosting went down hill big time no unless the boss is in they are lazy and give u defrosted shit the boss is actually decent aswell just the fact he's now losing the locals because overpaid defrosted pish

Asked for portion of chips, cheese and donna meat and a donna kebab. Gave me portion of chips and donna meat with no cheese and a donna meat with nothing else. Don't listen to you when taking your order.

waited almost an hour and a half for my food which was stone cold upon arrival.

Hi we have a problem my order had missing items and when I called the restaurant thay were very cheeky and I was not a good experience. Thay said thay where going to send out the missing items and I didn't receive them this is not the first time this has happened the laddy that answered the phone cut me off 3 time and even shouted at me 2 of the 3 pizza was not right .it was not even remotely acceptable to be treated like this and not get my order or money back .

The pizzas here are genuinely the best and freshest I’ve had in glasgow 10/10, plus the cream cheese jalapeños slap,

ordered my food at 18:16, had to wait until 8pm for it to be delivered. came cold and chips soggy. all we ordered was 2 kids menus and juices not the most complicated order. never again order from this place, tryed to cancel my order but told I couldn't buy the restaurant which I know is incorrect. definitely avoid if thinking of ordering from here

Ordered food didn't come have ordered from here before where food was OK hence the 3 star but tonight rude staff ordered food didn't arrive at stated time or arrive so contacted restaurant to then get a different arrival time again it was late so spoke to staff to then say because I left review about food that they won't send food or return if funds because they don't like bad reviews

Possible just bad luck but we Waited over 1.5 hours for the order to arrive and it was stone cold, pizza was not edible, the nan was a soggy mess. Pretty disappointing after a long wait to have to reorder from elsewhere.

Ordered Chicken pakora and chips and cheese. The Chicken Pakora tasted so bland it was like eating cardboard. The Pakora sauce smelled and tasted rancid. The cheese on my chips was disgusting. Overall waste of money as I couldn’t eat it.

came quick enough but was missing chips and cheese from my order. called up the restaurant and they said it'd come out between 10-15 and it never did unfortunately. these things happen but I couldn't even get a way for a refund on them which was annoying

Pizza base was really thick and doughy not there regular base,Also there wasn't much topping on it,there was a big gap near the crust due to the topping not been loaded properly,This isn't like them to send a pizza out like that,was shocked by them.

Food was fresh, hot and really tasty. We had chicken tikka kebabs on naan which were lovely, lots of fresh salad and the chicken was very tasty and tender. Cheese burger was also good.
