Under new management but very pleased with the food. Got very freindly service from the staff and the food was perfect no complains would recommend coming here definetly and will be ordering again 100%.

This place has become an absolute joke I ordered a pizza and 20 mins later when to collect it they hadn’t even put the order on they forgot to, don’t bother ordering from here

Orded from here twice and both times they got the order wrong

We made an order tonight and we haven't received it and now they are shut so we have nothing to eat so will be complaining as soon as they open and the amount of times they get our orders wrong. Absolutely horrible!

It was okay. Pizza tastrd like cheesey bread with not enough tomato and toppings.

Disappointed... I have ordered here before but today appalling paid extra for grill but received normal Donner thought ok possible mistake but all the burgers were completely bitter like fried in old oil, something has gone wrong was not edible never thought a burger could leave your mouth tasting bitter.

New take away place in Pleck which needs a good food and hygiene inspections. it is not at standard. Like most of the take aways in Pleck the hygiene is clearly neglected and the surprising fact is that nobody has suffered food poisoning yet. stuff poking their noises and then touching food so common there.

This has been my regular pizza place now changed after the customer service I received I ordered a deal that I have had many times to be told I'm not going to be recivenig some of the sides an they are not in the deal although I know they are as I have had this deal many times but they expected me to pay full price I call back after checking there website to let them know it clearly says sides are included to be told sorry we still will not be sending them.

Over 2 hours and still no food. An absolute joke. Not sure who's running this place but they should really consider another career path.

I placed an order half an hour beforehand as I know it would take ages at this place. So hungry me eventually gets there after half an hour, And oh guess what? The oil hasn't even been heated let alone my chicken fillet burger being packed. And no customers either so I don't know what they've been doing all this time. Good food but extremely poor service.

First time ordering Food took 2 hours to deliver ...would been easier to go collect (definitely will in future) Either they should be realistic in delivery times ..(said within hour ...like really 🤨) Or invest in better drivers Having said that after numerous calls and 2 hours wait 😠 The food was the best ive had in walsall for some time The portion was generous and all the food tasted great and reasonably priced The meals were all tasty ....loved the mixed grill and pizza Would definitely be having more food from here ...maybe if i go get myself though Recommend their food Was delicious Gave 4 stars as food was the best

DONTT ORDER FROM HERE!!! food took a VERY LONG TIME to come. We ordered a big bottle of coke but ended up having 2 cans of coke. The food was not worth the price at all!! The food was too spicy and it was impossible to eat!!had to put the food in the bin 🤮my mother then contacted the manager and he was very rude to her saying it was her fault and apparently it wasn’t that spicy 😩

The food is decent but there delivery service is very poor .order the food at 6.50 and it's 8.20 but no food phoned the shop told the driver on the way still waiting .

I always ate from this place and haven't up till now had a problem. I am disgusted with the attitude of the people talking to me on the phone rude is not a understatement. When I've finished telling him how I have my pizza he said okay and hung the phone up to me. I rang back and spoke to the manager to which he said it was him on the phone. I am not eating from this place again

Nice food but need to speed up there service as it’s too slow but food is great.

What a joke of a service,ordered food at 6pm was told an hr, I called them back at 7.30pm an they advised me they didn't have my order an that I was lying, I than reordered only to get a phone call back stating they will not delivery to my work which is only 1mile away. Never again worst experience ever

Burger was awful. The sauce was so slimy and the bread was soggy and falling apart. Waited ages for the order and the drink was not from the fridge.

The best pizza in town it is soooooooooooo cheap and very large....their kebabs and peri peri chicken is tasty...they need seating area as people would like to sit in the shop

Food was 20 mins late and cold. The only thing hot was the keema nan which had next to nothing in it.... called to talk to them and they had nothing to say and just said that it was cooked and sent so what should they do. Not a care in the world. Was talking about me while I was still on the phone as if I couldn’t hear being blatantly rude. Don’t order! Waste of money!

Order on the phone they got my order wrong order two burger meals and one wrap ended with three burger meals. Also I said to put sauces on the fries no sauces was on the fries and salad was missing from one burger

Great food great service grill food is amazing

Ordered Pizza, it was cheap but the taste was bland they used sweet chilli sauce as the base which tasted like nothing, should use tomato base for pizza the cheese and topping won't fall off. Topping and cheese just slid off the dough every time I picked up a slice.

Food is nice although place looks like it needs a clean andrefurbishment. Staff need to speak English as well.

One star purely because of the Peri Peri Chicken Grill otherwise no stars. Absolute disappointment. Made not just one but several mistakes on our order. Delivery driver was very intimidating, belligerent and had NO people skills. We ordered steak chips- we received deep fried chips that were dripping in oil. I have ordered from there previously and never had a problem, however, this time round, I was sorely disappointed.

I get their new so hoping with time they will get faster and sometimes the workers are quarrelling infront if the customers so this seems quite unprofessional as the kitchen area is right close to the waiting space. I go with a lot of time if I want food from there. But the food is really fab
