Fast delivery. Food was really good. Highly recommend

Had order a lamb madras, got hme been given a chicken madras instead . Garlic nan is way to thick around the edges and very doughie.

Being completely honest I only ever ate from this place because the other Indian takeaway near me closed down and I didn’t know of any others nearby. The food was fine, typical spices and seasonings you’d expect but after previous experience with delays and this recent experience I can’t justify ever even attempting to order from them as I had to cancel an order after they had me waiting near an hour and a half when I was told within the hour! ( for reference I live about 5-10 minutes walking distance away and this was a small order)Their reasoning was a driver had broken down This might’ve been okay if they had informed me of this using the phone number I gave them! but it was only after I had waited long enough in my mind did I call them up asking if everything was okay? they then told me it would be another 15-20 minutes so when I asked to cancel my order they informed me they they would be banning my number and any deliveries to my address and when I asked for an explanation they hung up on me. This to me shows me they don’t care about their consumer and their quality of service, so just know if you order from Spice Entice you’ll either wait 2hours for rice and a curry or be banned over £10.

Honestly the best takeaway in Cardiff. I have been a customer here for years and for good reason. The food is always spectacular and the staff are incredibly friendly. I have yet to find a better takeaway in the city. Highly recommend.

The number one place to get the best curry this side of Cardiff. Really friendly staff that always make you feel welcome. Always got todays newspaper to have a flick through whilst they prepare your order. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Restaurant now has the monopoly as a curry house in Ely since the closure of Spice Kitchen (former Raj) but they have refused to serve Beef dishes like its predecessor. A lot of disappointed people, no doubt. Meat curry on the Menu. Was exactly is the meat?

Curry and nan was ok, prawn puree should come with a thin bread like chapati but was in more of a nan bread, the filling was also fairly dry and had been spread on. It was like a sandwich and was to heavy for a starter and didn't match the description. Also said it came with salad but that was just a slice of lemon. The same meal for 1 person is £3 cheaper in my usual Indian and tastes better. They were closed tonight so thought I would give this place a try.

Ordered a meal new yrs eve, after failing to deliver, we went to the takeaway, couldn't pay by card, so had to have it delivered, I ordered 2 Kormas and 1 chicken tikka, I did not receive chicken tikka, instead they sent me a vegetable curry, absolutely disgusting couldn't ring them they had taken phone off the hook and couldn't drive back as I had a drink, I have emailed them various times, they just ignore you😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Food was absolutely atrocious the curry’s was absolutely oil and bland I have never in my 25 years of eating Indian cuisine have ever tasted anything as rubbish as this place I highly recommend everyone save your money and go else where delivery driver was really rude and grumpy and couldn’t speak English

We have been loyal customers for a long time and usually enjoy our food. We ordered today and asked for one peshawar nann bread and 2 kema nann bread. The meal was delivered on time but when the food was opened there were 2 peshawar nann and 1 Kima nann. We contacted spice entice and they said they would send a Kim nann . But nothing turned up. Perhaps it's time to find another curry service.

These guys are the tastiest curry house in Cardiff (in my opinion). Had garlic chilli chicken tikka masala for a change tonight.. And wow.. So tasty!! Can't recommend enough!

Normally I would give this restaurant 5 stars because the food is always decent and reasonably priced, however, this time I'm giving 2 stars because the delivery was unacceptably late. We ordered at 7.30pm for two people on a Friday evening. The estimated delivery time was 40-60 minutes which is understandable. The food arrived just after 9pm and it was cold. The driver didn't give an explanation nor an apology. Maybe it was a mishap but I expected better service.

Don't get your curry anywhere else in Ely. The boys in spice entice are quality. The food is top notch and they deliver nice and fast . I can't rate the food and service higher. Thanks boys, great meal as always, you get 10 out of 10 from me

Didnt mind it being late.. but the half and half korma was a dried up mashed rectangle.. couldn't tell what was rice or what was chips. I'm gutted because the price usually reflects the quality when it comes food. Not in this case ata all. This is my first review ever to which I was only compelled by the most awful food. I'll never ever buy from here again 😒

Here do is korma. Was extremely greasy. This is the second time food has been very greasy. Rice is not bad but the curries have definitely gone down in quality

Could give a million stars if it was an option! By far the best restaurant I have ever had. My partner and I order from this place frequently and have never had any issues. Food is always hot, delicious and on time. Staff are super polite. Very, very happy!

The order took longer to deliver than stated. The chips were stone cold the rice had no flavour and the curry sauce was watery and had no flavour either. I won't be ordering from here again..

Best curry house around, and believe me we've tried them all. Always arrives hot and on time. Delivery driver and staff are always lovely. Would 100% recommend these guys.

Can't fault them, speedy deliveries, perfect onion bahji's every time, one of the best massala sauces around, absolutely stunning, not tried much else from here. Garlic naan's are on point. Not 5* only because i don't feel ive had enough from there to give it that, but my experiences have always been 5*, very friendly staff and drivers!!!

Ordered from urbereats the kitchen is two min away from my house the driver was hour delivering after kitchen said food was on way phoned spice entice and they did not want to know food turned up cold appalling service and driver very rude didn't understand any English (rubbish)

Look ! Im not on to complain for food as if its edible im eating it simple. However i am sitting eating a mixed tandoori that has had a major salt overload. This is a real shame as the food would have been good but the chefs salt grinder has malfunctioned !! 🤢🤢🤢 Guys a real shame the food was on par but for the excessive salt ! Sorry one star

Ordered food 9:30pm an had confirmation aswell before a long wait 11pm ringing them to be ignored partner drove down shop all shut up still took payment tho il be on phone bank first thing so unprofessional an waste of absolute time I'm sure il pop into shop if payment taken useless doughnuts lucky they got 1 star useless!!!

Ordered food to be told it would take an hour for delivery. After an hour and 15 mins I rang up to be told it would be another 15 mins. 25 mins later I rang again to chase up delivery to be told they have a problem with their driver and it would be another 20 mins at least. By this point we are all starving! No apology from the staff member on the phone and when we told him to cancel it he gave us attitude. Absulote joke! If we were told this in the first place we would of arranged to collect it! Can safely say I will never order from here again after being a customer of this place for a few years!
