lovely meal as always from Spice Cube.

Pathia was very spicy. Meat platter was dry and tasteless. Naan bread had too much yogurt in the mix was over powering. Won't be returning ever again

Think we will be eating here more often. :)

Saag paneer more watery than usual. Delivery driver did not follow the instructions I specified.

Naan breads were plain and not what was ordered. Missing Pilau rice

Very disappointed with the Vindaloo not much meat in it and smaller chunks than usual. I have had a Vindaloo from spice cube a few times and it had way more meat in it . Its time to try a different Indian next weekend.

At the time of writing this review we still haven’t received our food. We rang the phone number and the man who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when I questioned where our food was. Highly doubt I will be ordering from here again.

Absolutely shocking when we phoned asked about our delivery and they put the phone down on us. Phoned again 20 minutes later and then told our delivery had just left and would be with us in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later food arrived and we had to warm it up as it was cold.

We always order from Spice Cube, even though prices have gone up a lot, we have stuck with them to support a local business. I couldn’t eat my meal this time as they meat was very chewy and wouldn’t break down, it was like eating pieces of rubber. I think we may have to find somewhere else as at those prices we can’t afford to buy food and throw it away without being able to eat it.

Ordered a dish with garlic bulbs, methi and jalapeños. Dish did not include any one of them. Searched for a jalapeño or a garlic, but nothing, and certainly no methi. The other dish ordered should have had sliced green chillies…guess what? Not 1. Basically, place your order on your preferred choice, but expect just what they decide to give you. Enough said.

I’m not really a curry lover but tonight I really fancied one and I have to say it was absolutely perfect! It was delivered earlier than expected by a very polite driver (who actually closed the gate after him) My food was freshly cooked, boiling hot and extremely tasty. Thank you spice cube 😊 xx

If you want cold , greasy food this is the place to order from , restaurant wont another the phone, asked for no onions in the tikka kebab came with onions , basically onion kebab as there small amount of meat, shocking place, do not order from here

Chicken balti was just a bowl full of onions, never seen so many onions in one dishes ,the chicken was like rubber. It was disgusting. Keema rice ,was really spicy. Onion bhaji also really bad .And chicken masala, had on flavour. Over all the food was terrible, won't be ordering from them again .

Over 30 minutes, late and not very hot. Probably good for my health as just eat is gradually putting me off getting takeaways!

Delivery service and time was outstanding. Most of the food was very nice, unfortunately our keema nan bread was burnt and our sundries very dry. Normally all the food we've had in the past is really good, just not on this occasion.

Food was not the best chicken tikka kebab was thin bits and didn’t taste like tikka Nan breads were burnt and tasted burnt Tikka masala tasteless and watery Chips old and chewy.. Won’t be ordering again

Great tasting food. Ordered my meal through a food app. Was ready for collection, Went in and picked it up straight away, wasn’t even in there a minute. Best Indian takeaway in my area.

Ordered 6.25pm, del time said between 7.25 and 8.00, arrived well after 8pm. Not very hot, the sauces we felt were quite watery with very little flavour, no depth of flavour. Lamb rogan was mostly full of onion and still firm to eat, about 6 small cubes of meat and hardly any spice. Samosas weren't very hot or tasty. Poppadums seemed 'extra thin'. Prices have gone up, a lot! Will NOT be ordering again. Increased prices are one thing, but a rubbish meal is quite another!

Arrived spilled in bag, was lukewarm. Had to re-heat in microwave. Worst meal ever ordered, never again

Ordered 2 chicken dansakks and the 2 of the was way 2 hot and spicy and no taste just spice absolutely disappointed and then didn't answer the phone when tried to ring back and expensive never again do not recommend at all

The chicken madras was gorgeous.

I ordered my food at 6pm it turned up at 9pm. The entire order was stone cold and the delivery driver run away when he confronted. I tried to chase after him but he sped off. I had to microwave my food. I phoned the shop as asked where my order was too and the bloke was very rude and hung up on me when I was talking. SHAME ON YOU

Ordered food at 20:00. After several calls to the restaurant and the delivery driver, our Food arrived at 22:30. Driver was apologetic but there was no offer of refund or even some sort of food compensation. Food was stone cold and had clearly been in the delivery drivers car for some time. The food was so late, the restaurant had actually closed when I rang them the last couple of times. Real shame as the food is nice!

The order was very late, when I phoned to check on the order I was spoken to rudely. When the food arrived everything was cold.

Food arrived on time, so thank you for that, however, it tasted like papadoms were fried on a burnt fat and the curry was ok but kind of tasteless, I was expecting it to be bit better to be honest.

Asked in the notes for a small pot of extra coriander, in a £60 order... This was not provided. Other restaurants would have accommodated this small request. Minced Kebab has less and less meat every time, but the price has gone up. I've asked nicely each time, but refusing a customer these little requests, when I've spent literally thousands of pounds over the years there, just seems like poor customer service. I cannot understand why you would continue to upset customers, and lose business, just to save a few pennies.....? Why not give extra coriander....? Why not add just 20% more mince to the kebabs, just to keep the customer happy? This isn't going to put a dent in your profits... But losing customers, "will" put a dent in your profits... It's happened time and again.... And with a less than 4 star rating already, you're not doing yourself any favours... It's a shame you don't go the extra mile to keep customers happy.... Sad times.

When I was ordering it said half hour wait then after I payed it jumpers to hour and 15 mins. Food was cold and pakora burnt

Ordered food to be delivered for 7.20pm. At 7.20 had a text to say food would be delayed and new expected time 7.55. At 20.05 food still wasn’t here so I phoned the restaurant and the man said it was on the way and wasn’t very apologetic. Food finally got delivered an hour late

Chips were hard and half Cooked, food was cold driver got lost and phoned me to say he did not know where I lived . Chicken was hard. Only ate the Bread. So dissatisfied and disappointed as always had lovely food there before. Total waste of money won’t use again.

Although it arrived on time the food was stone cold….. the amount of food for what we paid was very disappointing and definitely not value for money. We’ve ordered from other places and had a lot more for the same money…. Will not be returning

I have submitted a refund request as the first delivery was wrong. I had someone else’s order. I then had the correct delivery but items were missing and the food delivered was cold and incorrect. The tikka masala was very spicy and my son could not eat it.

Waited over an hour for our food for it to be the wrong order and then got to wait even longer for the right order. Ridiculous
