Food is always excellent and so is delivery. Only Indian I use.

This is th worst meal I've eva had. The omlet was dark brown outside & grey inside how do u even make a grey omlet. Th chips had been put in th omlet box so were cold & soggy. Th tandoori chicken breast was hard & dry. I've not eaten th leg portion, there was only 1 small box of salad, yet I had 2 portions (hence 2 boxes of salad), wuld expected, mayb it was a difrent chef, cos it was way below ya usual standard. Very dissatisfied & disappointed.

5*,the tandoori chicken was lovely, cos it was th leg portion it was even better as it's my favourite piece, the chicken curry, yum yum yum. th chicken was moist and tender, th rice again yum yum, altho I only ate half of each, I will eat th other half 2mora. th popadums mmmmmm indeed. all in all a luvly meal, delivered by a kind helpful driver. thanku all so much xxxx

Food was lovely as always only thing was my madras was super hot this time far hotter than normal which did spoil it for me a little but food quality is excellent

Just lovely, but I think I was short on side salads that are served with the chicken as only got a tiny box which you get when you order 1 piece. I ordered a whole chicken which is defined as 4 pieces hence I expected 4 salads. It was still lovely and the chips were good too. Thank you all.

The butter chicken was awful. Just a hot soup of chicken and butter with no substance. Worst dish I’ve ever had from this establishment.

Very tasty, in my opinion it’s the best Indian food.

Lovely food, usually have chicken korma, but wanted to try a bhuna, so glad I did, had lamb bhuna which was nice, but the lamb was a bit hit and miss. Some of it was lovely and soft, but some of it was hard and chewy, but I would still use Spice Cottage again. Thank you

Had two meals from here now a balti & Rogan josh, food not very spicy compared to other establishments, mushrooms in mushroom rice were raw and no mint sauce with onion Baji starter Food was hot and lamb very tender. Did email restaurant but no reply.

Tikka masala was fine and rice. The pathia was awful and the onion bhaji was mushy and too greasy.

Don’t order a madras if your hoping for a bit of spice bland tasteless and more like a jelly than a sauce , will not be using here again waste of money even the kids said how tasteless and non spicy it was may as well be a korma yogurt

Ordered from here a few times, but this time was the worst curry I’ve ever had. Not sure when a Balti tasted like tomato soup, no flavour or spice at all. Everything else was bland. Naan wasn’t cooked. Put me right off ordering from here again

What can I say, just lovely food, I only eat half of it at a time, although I'm a big person I don't have a big appetite, but I only order from places that make and deliver great food. The driver was new to here but once he realised I was calling come in and not coming he bought the food into me and listened when I said to make sure he closed the fly screen. So thank you for the lovely food and helpful kind driver. Xx

Really amazing food every time I’ve come and ordered. Cannot fault the food or the service. Employee at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. I was really surprised to see a few bad reviews on here as I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been local since they had opened.

Really had an bad experience with this takeaway, the man who was taking calls for the order has been rude and disrespectful. Put an order for delivery, as it was late called the store and they say we tried to deliver the food but could not find the location, did not even tried to call me and when i said i will come and collect and he rudely said that he binned the food and we will not deliver the food was saying do whatever you want to do. Such a bad experience and everything was paid for no solution.

I called up to order and the man who took my order was very friendly and kind. The food was amazing and piping hot when it arrived, the delivery was friendly and quick all in all it’s an amazing place to eat!

Food wasn't great, korma and chicken tikka masala very highly coloured?! korma tasted of coconut, bit runny, bright yellow, masala had no flavour just bright red! Pilau rice was white rice with flecks of veg in weird? bhaji very greasy, paratha was thick and greasy, such a shame 🫠

Very disappointed with the food, almost inedible. Very very bland, the curry didn't match what I ordered, was sweet N sour. Every thing was greasy, chicken wings were very old. Chapatti was still raw dough. Don't know what happened as they seem to have good reviews.

The madras had no flavour just heat the curry bland the chicken used was spongy a very bad experience to top I had to pay cash for delivery. Normally that’s pay with the order we had to hunt around for a £5 to pay the driver the delivery driver was very good
