Highly recommend!! Good service!! The food was lovely and there was a mistake in the order but this was quickly resolved with one phonecall. Will be ordering again,and recommending this place to others.

Ordered from here a few times, but this time was the worst curry I’ve ever had. Not sure when a Balti tasted like tomato soup, no flavour or spice at all. Everything else was bland. Naan wasn’t cooked. Put me right off ordering from here again

What can I say, just lovely food, I only eat half of it at a time, although I'm a big person I don't have a big appetite, but I only order from places that make and deliver great food. The driver was new to here but once he realised I was calling come in and not coming he bought the food into me and listened when I said to make sure he closed the fly screen. So thank you for the lovely food and helpful kind driver. Xx

Really amazing food every time I’ve come and ordered. Cannot fault the food or the service. Employee at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. I was really surprised to see a few bad reviews on here as I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been local since they had opened.

Really had an bad experience with this takeaway, the man who was taking calls for the order has been rude and disrespectful. Put an order for delivery, as it was late called the store and they say we tried to deliver the food but could not find the location, did not even tried to call me and when i said i will come and collect and he rudely said that he binned the food and we will not deliver the food was saying do whatever you want to do. Such a bad experience and everything was paid for no solution.

I called up to order and the man who took my order was very friendly and kind. The food was amazing and piping hot when it arrived, the delivery was friendly and quick all in all it’s an amazing place to eat!

Food wasn't great, korma and chicken tikka masala very highly coloured?! korma tasted of coconut, bit runny, bright yellow, masala had no flavour just bright red! Pilau rice was white rice with flecks of veg in weird? bhaji very greasy, paratha was thick and greasy, such a shame 🫠

Very disappointed with the food, almost inedible. Very very bland, the curry didn't match what I ordered, was sweet N sour. Every thing was greasy, chicken wings were very old. Chapatti was still raw dough. Don't know what happened as they seem to have good reviews.

The madras had no flavour just heat the curry bland the chicken used was spongy a very bad experience to top I had to pay cash for delivery. Normally that’s pay with the order we had to hunt around for a £5 to pay the driver the delivery driver was very good

First order from here, looked about at all the local Indian food deliveries and happy I chose this one..!! Good food, well priced and the customer not paying through the nose for delivery charges..!! Other local delivery companies, offering the same foods need to up their game..!! Well done, we’re very happy.!

Food arrived within 20 minutes and was piping hot and delicious. Always brilliant service and fantastic food from Spice Cottage and great value for money. Portion size is great and unlike other restaurants we have tried, the dishes are packed full of meat, not just bulked out with onions & peppers. I can not recommend Spice Cottage enough and you have our continued custom.

Just moved into area. Haven't had a decent curry for a while until we started using this place. My wife loves the fact it has no oil or grease. Definitely our go to place. Delivery is excellent too.

To be fair on the delivery driver, it was Storm Whatever it's Called, that held the driver up. The roads were flooded, so I don't blame him at all. Weather conditions were awful that night. Still, my order got here & I was more than happy with it.

10/10 for presentation - the orange bags they use make it feel a lot more special and quality than a generic plastic bag. Delivery driver polite. Food quality 10/10, ordered extra to make me through the next 4 night shifts. Absolutely brilliant what i've ordered so far

I collected order as just around corner and no need to waste fuel or people's time. As ever, totally delicious, one of my favourite places when I don't want to cook. Would give 10 starts or even more.

Fist time trying as only moved here recently and WOW! Absolutely stunning! Was a little cold on arrival so I had to reheat which was a shame but it was really beautiful. Portion size was good and will do me for 2 small meals. Will 100# be going back!

Fabulous food, great people - this is one of my favourite places when I want something other than my own cooking (and I'm a good cook lol). Can't recommend highly enough. If you haven't already, try it. If you have, you're probably like me, and you'll go again!

Got food here for the first time, the food was beautiful, it was still hot time I got home, the portions are ample, 3 different curries, 2 rice, 2 side dishes and naan bread all for under £40. Highly recommend.
