Never expected food will be this bad. So disappointed, will never order food again

Worst food, i ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka biryani, biryani tasted like vegetable pilaf worst worst worst seriously worst and butter chicken was worst as well, guys please have good chefs, if your serving Indian cuisine please have good chef’s. But ATM not recommended

Fantastic food, great service, just everyone is a little too serious, a warmer friendlier welcome and seeking to make conversation would be advised. However, next time I'm in Birmingham, this is still where I'd go for my food, that's how nice it was.

2 hours late and still waiting for my food

Never again, I'd put 0 stars if can, Thought I'd try a new place 2 and half hours it took to be delivered and when it came it was cold and all the packaging was broken open in the bag the food was everywhere they tried fobbing Me off with "well give you something extra next time", they refused a refund it's just not good enough, waste of money and time, go somewhere else don't loose your money your money like I did and wait 2 and a half hours for a disgrace to be handed to you with no effort of trying to correct it. Ruined my night no refund and left with a mess you wouldn't feed to a dog

Really good Indian takeaway. Naga noodles are so nice! Food isn’t overly greasy like it can be at some Indian takeaways/restaurants.

Never had a problem, we use every week and have done for years, food is excellent. Tonight we were missing an item and I rang to tell them. I'm not sure who was manning the phone but he went to check out the back and came back and told me that I had definitely the item insinuating I was lying which I most definitely wasn't. I order from here every week and most certainly wouldn't lie about a nan bread 🙄. Better customer service from this individual would be appreciated.

Best place I've been to since queens head balti shut down wouldn't go anywhere else now! Great food as always, still hot when back home and the customer service is great would highly recommend 👌

Ordered from here for years and years last 2 orders one was cold so I phoned them which they replied sorry will sort u out next time .so 2nd time I ordered they forgot my chips .so phoned tonight explaining last two orders .fella said will sort you extras . Food turns up cold and no extras .... no more ordering for me which is a shame as it can be a decent curry

Ordered Indian food for 35 years,this was the best. Asked for medium rare king prawns in a dish not on the menu. Completely amazing prawns, delivered very quick. This would be my death row dish, but would ask them to delay delivery.,🤪🤪 F-ing amazing. Thank you. No13

DO NOT GO TO SPICE BOX in Langley last night my mom had a curry for dinner from here and has been ill all night after eating the food she’s been throwing up all night !!! After ringing the doctors today we can confirm she has got food poisoning ❌

Unbelievably amazing food from spice box curry is brilliant and portion size is spot on I can't recommend this place enough. We have one once a week and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I have not had a curry from the West Medlands for over 9 years. I've seen a few people put greats reviwe on facebook so I though I would put one on here What a great curry and food this place does. I will be coming back again.

The chicken Tikka is just mouth watering, soo tender and filled with flavours. And we tried the chicken madras and the Chicken jalfrezi 10/10

Had a balti 2 ma'am breads and a chicken wrap last night the balti wasn't to bad but wasn't impressed with the chicken wrap not much chicken on there more naam bread and bits of salad and mayonnaise wasn't impressed at all so think I will not bother ordering anything else

Worst food ever… didn’t even taste like curry or rice,it was just greasy food not fit for consumption. The burger was grey YES GREY in colour which has totally put me off in ordering burger and chips from any takeout restaurant, even the popadoms were over cooked and had a burnt taste. Fingers crossed i don’t get food poisoning.

55 minutes wait OK now 1 hour and 25 minutes calling them giving excuses and cutting me off driver Had my number. His out side... No he ain't I'm outside waiting... Never even sent my meal tell the truth... Will never use this place again and will never reckon mend to anyone again thank you spice box what a let down.... Be honest.. Instead of lying...

We ordered 2 Lamb Donner jalfrezi, 2 naga donner with spicy chips, beef burger meal, platter starter, plain chips and milkshake. The donner is tasteless as well as the burger. Most of the food was thrown away and gave us the runs. Very bad food, the chips tasted so oily and the papadoms were brown (fried in old oil). Service was good 20% off on collection. The Malteser milkshake was nice although the ice cream in it tasted cheap. We won’t be ordering from here ever again.

For someone who eats out regularly, i can say that spice box is on another level of quality. Havent had such good food in a long time. The lamb chops were sublime and the jalfrezis were the perfect texture and spice. And not to forget the biyanis were on point. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be ordering again!!

My wife ordered a biryani and only the rice turned up. The answer from the takeaway was. We have no drivers and we will sort you next time. After only delivering half the order. But charging for the full order there will no be a a second time. I ordered a madras and it was swimming in water, and ruined the meal for me. What a waist of money.

First time trying Spice Box tonight and can honestly say one of the best curries I've ever had !! Asked for a mild curry and that's what I got..perfect Will definitely be returning !!
