Fantastic birthday meal food was amazing

Absolutely amazing staff and food. Would 10/10 recommend the Panna Cotta. Service was brilliant ans good portions were outstanding. Honestly best food ive had in a long time!!

Unbelievably great time for a bottomless brunch. The singer had everyone up dancing and the food was delicious. The service was brilliant, they kept topping us up out of no where. Special shout out to Andi who was the best!

Sad to say we had a very disappointing meal at the Spaghetti Tree In Sutton. We have been here before and it’s certainly gone down hill. Ordered Mussels in a white wine sauce but what came up was a thin tomato and chilli sauce, when I said I think you’ve given me the wrong sauce the waiter told me that it was the white wine and sauce with chilli!! I asked why was it red then? to which he replied oh it goes that colour when the mussels are cooked, it comes from the mussels. I was so gobsmacked that I couldn’t even be bothered to argue. But seriously I’ve never heard such rubbish. There were 2 sauce options one of which was tomato and chilli so obviously they had cooked the wrong order. Fries were also very under cooked. Pizza was ok but again nothing special. Nice Banoffee pie but definitely not enough to make me want to return. Shame. Also gave us the bill which did not take into account we’d paid £40 deposit.

If there is a zero rating, I will certainly give them no ⭐️!!!! Had to wait for 1.5 hrs before we got our mains. Asked for a refund (as paid in advance as per their policy) and they completely ignored me - what a scam! Apparently I cannot come in to a restaurant and ask for a quick service! It’ll be 12 midnight before I get my dessert served! Spaghetti tree if you cannot accommodate big groups then don’t overbook your restaurant! Complete waste of £50!!!!!!

This place is an absolute RIP-OFF They also were extremely slow bringing some of our table drinks and the food . Very miserable and rude heard one waitress saying to the other I would love to punch her this was about a customer Was told as we got there the steak was £5 extra bare in mind I had already spoken to them in the phone 5 times before we got there. They then double charged us for drinks that had already been paid for there was no receipt at the end even after asking for one. We heard another group complaining about this same situation too. Please don't book these cowboy's Not worth it pay for drinks elsewhere ! Extremely disappointed And all our group thought the same.

This place is an absolute RIP-OFF ! Charged me for people not even being there you want extra service do Not bother ! Miserable bunch as soon as so u say so. They also were extremely slow bringing some of our table drinks. Not good as you only get two hours. Insisted you pay a service charge when this should be your decision for a good service which there was None. Also told when booking we had to 4pm and they kicked everybody out at 3.30 so again cutting it short when we still expected the entertainment included with what we had paid. Please don't book these cowboy's Not worth it pay for drinks elsewhere ! Extremely disappointed And all our group thought the same. They've left reviews on other sites

The wife and I came to Spaghetti Tree to celebrate our 11yr anniversary, we have been many times prior and love the food and atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and helpful and good for a laugh too. Honestly, if I could recommend this restaurant higher than 5 stars I would. You will not regret an evening here.

The music could be less loud. Maybe a traditional Italian music or lounge music.

We had great experience at this restaurant! Food was great, we ordered pizza and pasta. They all taste amazing. Pizza was my favourite, the crust was soft and perfectly cooked. Pasta was flavourful. Beautiful decoration and really nice staffs.

Beautiful food and service every time.

Visited with 8 friends (5 scorpio birthdays). Started badly as really squished in too tight. Didn't get better when we had to return the 2 cocktails that just tasted of soda water. 3 separate worker said that is how they should taste. All 8 of us tried both drinks, we all agreed, little if any alcohol in... I'm 63 and been drinking mojitis for 40 years. that is NOT how either drink should taste. but apparently all 8 of us are wrong!! The staff combative and nasty at our dislike of the lack of alcohol in the drinks. Group stuck to wine after that. There was a lot of staring, pointing and whispering directed at our group during the rest of the meal. 2 wanted to leave due to staff attitude over drinks Food was liked, my tiramasu was fab, my risotto not. But the 7 others liked the food. Used to love this place, came here 30 or 40 years ago when they opened. It's OK there but personally I'd go elsewhere... my choice.

They somehow run out of Prosecco at bottomless brunch. And when asking about a refund The young guy who says he is the manger got quite angry and snappy. This used to be a really nice place.

We went for bottomless brunch today for my friend's birthday and would you believe half way through they ran out of prosecco, when we said what are you going to do about it they couldn't care less. Wouldn't waste my time going there again.

Shocking seeing vice cancelled my booking a week in advance after I had paid £100 deposit weeks in advance . Greedy would rather take a larger booking ! Disgusting

A few dishes unavailable which was disappointing. Majority of dishes were simply OK and could cook better yourself at home. Staff were friendly and attentive but for over £120 per couple I was hoping for something better.

I honestly do not regret picking this restaurant out for our wedding reception (considering we've never ate here before until our wedding reception and I just booked them because I couldn't find anywhere else in Sutton that would accomodate approx. 50 guests). It was an intimate reception with 47 guests. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I did not hear a single complain from my guests. Only compliments about how they felt that they were looked after by the staff. They were very approachable and easy to talk to during the wedding planning stage. I couldn't be more thankful that they made our evening and the planning truly stress and hassle-free. Nothing but praises from us for the whole Spaghetti Tree Sutton team who hosted our intimate wedding reception on a busy Saturday (we were booked from 5pm-7:45pm and they had a fully booked night from 8pm onwards). I know they were under a lot of pressure with the time as guests were waiting outside as our event ended, but they handled it with grace and professionalism! It was worth every penny spent!

Sadly the singer was the only think going for this place. Food was shocking and you had to pay before you ate with an added service charge, won’t be going back

An excellent evening out. My wife and I went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and not at all disappointed. The staff were very efficient, very friendly yet discreet. We did not feel rushed, and were able to really relax. The food was lovely - I'd recommend the veal. The menu catered for all tastes and dietary requirements. Why not give them a try!

Called in on spec last and managed to get a table for two, restaurant was busy despite being before 7pm on a Thursday night. Staff were friendly and attentive the food was excellent we had three courses each one delicious. If I lived in Sutton rather than worcs I would definitely be a regular.

Was very busy, but very thankful we managed to get a table!! The service was fantastic. It was rather warm inside so the person serving us opened the door, was polite, helpful and very friendly!! Food was really nice. Good portion sizes. Would definitely recommend but book so you are not left disappointed!!

The food was lovely. We were a party of 5 and to accommodate us all they did was put an extra chair on the end of the table. All a bit squashed in.....

Lovely homely feel to this place - We had dinner here yesterday evening in celebration of my niece and nephews birthdays. The service was brilliant, food was lovingly prepared and well presented and the guys couldn’t have done enough to make us feel at home, my only regret is that we brought our own birthday cake and didn’t get to try one of their desserts. Definitely worth a visit!

Atmosphere on the brunch is what gives it 4 stars the food I have to say was actually below average, the risotto was dreadful however the drinks and party atmosphere they create was good and we all enjoyed our night very much
