Southport in Sefton

Fabulous food, with excellent staff especially Hannah & Edward, nothing was a problem. Both a real asset to the business Music too loud - sounded like thud, thud, thud. Would be lovely to have a pianist playing on that lovely grand piano. Evening finished with live entertainment which was lovely.

Went to the opening night for Harry’s bars bottomless brunch. Atmosphere was great had a saxophonist which was a great addition to the experience. Cannot make one complaint, processco upon arrival, drinks were very quick and all delightful. Great selection of drinks especially for the price, great value. Food was unbelievable, sushi was to die for, one of the best sushi places I have tried in Southport. Was served by Grace who was very polite and attentive, big thanks to her for her amazing service. Nothing was to much to ask of her. Will definitely be returning for the bottomless brunch and to this venue again. Tom, Sean and Lucy on the Bar make the best cocktails

Love this place, we live around the corner and fab to have a lovely bar nearby. Fantastic staff and drinks in beautiful surroundings. Couple of staff are especially attentive and really make the place.

I visited the grand on Saturday night for the first time, my boyfriend and I had Camembert to share and it was really nice, we had great service by ed and Tibu and everything was very quick. Afterwards we went to finish our drinks in Chloe’s bar and were served by the lovely Heather who made sure we were treated the best.

Beautiful venue, delicious food and very attentive staff made you feel very welcomed. Can't wait to come back and try different dishes.

I emailed and went in person the day before the booking to request 1. Surprise birthday message plate and 2. slight change to standard afternoon tea sandwiches. We were seated and left 10mins until I requested some water. Party seated after us were served before us. Never given menus. Afternoon Tea order wrong. Had to ask for the drink of tea. No top ups were offered. I asked 3 times for the birthday plate when eventually they said the chef was ill and couldn’t do it. After 3 requests for the bill we finally received it! Service was abysmal. Food was ok. Our booking was on a Tuesday and I have since heard they have more staff on a weekend.

We have just had an excellent 2 course meal, lobster bisque was amazing. Our lovely host Michael was the best, I work in the same industry and I have never been so impressed with such great service. The other male waiter was also excellent. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you Michael and your brilliant team ❤️

Visited on Sunday for lunch and a few drinks with our son and his fiancee. Started in the piano bar then moved to the restaurant and finished in Harry's bar for a cocktail. All the staff, as ever, were very attentive. Special mention though to Liv, who from the moment she saw us come in looked after us, managed to get us a ta le in the restaurant. This is why we keep coming back!!!

Amazing afternoon tea in the Gorgeous brasserie. Daviua was amazing and looked after us wonderfully. Really tasty food and the cakes and scones were out of this world. Especially the lollipop!
